Mr Kim is a straight shooter, he will tell you the truth about your yard equipment as far as what is going to take to fix it, not like some of the other shops will do. Tell you its something simple then after checking your machine then something totally different is wrong so the quick fix has turned into a major overhaul. And thats why I like Jims lawn mower shop you will know up front whats wrong with your equipment.

We took our lawn mower there a week ago after that my husband went to pick it up and found out that the business was completely closed we are very upset about it because if of an emergency or of any kind of vacation they should have posted it on the front door My husband has been going there every day and calling and there is no answer and there is not a note on the door and its all locked up very discouraging and we need our lawn mower.

Way to expensive, problem was not fixed.... then wanted to charge more money. And was rude. Will never get my business again.

Service was okay .He was able to tune up the lawn mower and edger but was unable to get the weed wacker running ! It would turn on n run for a little bit and then just turn off , would not stay running ! Overall 3 Stars !
