Just moved into a short term rental and wanted to make it feel like home, with some decent bedroom furniture that doesnt break the bank. I found Biz Biz Furniture and love these guys. Many sets to choose from, and the price is right. Hernan is upbeat, friendly, professional, and takes pride in the business. He made an appointment with a specific delivery time, not a 4-hour window like most places. And he is on top of it, text messaging confirmations, reminders of the delivery time, and then he showed up on time! 10 minutes early in fact. The setup was done with care, not a single scratch on the wall from moving the furniture in and setting it up. The furniture looks great. The mattress is comfortable, medium-firm, Im sleeping soundly and waking up refreshed. I am impressed they are able to deliver such value at these great prices. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again.

I’m not sure which associate helped me but he was amazing! I called to order the bed and they delivered it within two hours!! The associate walked me through the whole process and was able to answer all of my questions!The guy who delivered my bed was so nice and helpful. He put it all together for me in about 10 minutes! I highly recommend getting your furniture here!

I ordered the 8 piece bedroom set from Herman and I was very pleased with my experience. He was able to deliver the very next morning. Everything was brought into my apt, fully assembled and arranged. I didnt have to do a thing! Prices are very reasonable and for the price the mattress is actually pretty comfortable. Great service, great products!Yesterday I ordered one of the 8 pieces bedroom sets from Biz Biz Furniture and they came and set it up this morning. Herman was super nice - during the sales calls as well as during the delivery/set-up. They scheduled my delivery within 12h and were perfectly on time. The set-up took less than 15 mins and looks amazing!I will definitely reach in the near future when its time to get a new couch! Thanks!

Overall, excellent experience! Fast response and he even came to deliver and install it as soon as I ordered the furniture. I didnt have to do anything, he installed it fast and carefully. No scratches or complaints. He is very professional and nice! The bedroom set is beautiful, good quality and really low priced. Absolutely amazing service! It is a family owned business and it runs smoothly! I ordered a queen bedroom set on a Sunday and it came by Thursday. No complaints whatsoever! He kept me informed all the way through! He and his wife (forgive me I cannot remember names) moved everything in quickly and put it all together! They couldnt have been more awesome and thoughtful. They tried their best to get my queen box spring upstairs but the hallway was too narrow. He told me that they could split it in half (it was an extra 75 bucks but thats okay!). He got it to me the next day! Dont think Ive ever experienced such nice customer service! This is the first time in a very long time(years) that Ive written a review! The bedroom set is awesome! Looks just like the picture online! Id definitely order again! I got the Venezia mattress as well and it is very comfortable! Thank you guys so much for helping me settle into my new home!

Great experience. Very pleased overall. Contacted Herman around 115pm, ordered package #1 ($199) with bed frame ($69) and delivery($75). Nothing fancy and exactly what I wanted. Herman himself delivered my items and assembled the bed frame. He was done and out the door by 315pm!! Furniture seems sturdy enough and my bedroom finally looks like a real room. Great deal for basic furniture that looks good.

Me and my wife went there this morning just to check the bedroom sets. They were lovely, and decided to purchase package 13. We decided to buy right away without hesitation as we already window shopped around Western Beverly. Within the next hour it was delivered, installed in our apartment. I found this furniture company on the internet and the prices seemed to good to be true, really. I expected a catch but found none. They do an honest, good business and I am very happy! I chose a wooden bedroom furniture set in an espresso finish. The queen bed has an orthopedic mattress and is ultra comfortable. The furniture is well-made, sturdy, and beautiful. I chose a set with a bookcase headboard. There are three drawers in the middle and one locks which I thought was very cool. The dresser has big drawers and a large mirror. The mirror was bolted to the dresser for safety and I like that. I am a senior living in a studio. The price was very reasonable and my room looks great. I ordered and it was delivered the next morning at a time convenient to me. And the polite and professional demeanor of the delivery man made doing business a pleasure. The furniture was carefully carried to my third floor apartment and set up quickly. It couldnt have been easier. I dont feel safe doing money transactions over the phone . They understood and accepted cash payment at time of delivery. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend this company to you. And I have seventeen drawers in all so the storage factor is great.

Just wanted to write a review because I have never had to actually call and find info about matresses on my own before. I recently moved out and thought it would be so hard to find a mattress at a decent price that is also willing to deliver the same day! Surprisingly I came across bizbiz furniture and they have saved my life! I got a 2pc orthopedic mattress and box spring for 160 and they offered to deliever the same day in just a few hours after I had called them. Definitely will be doing more business with them. Very reliable, affordable, and professional furniture service!
