Paid 700+ to apparently receive help from Fernando for his repair services.I never saw any results from him.Nor did he contact me to see what steps could be taken, I was always the one trying to get in touch with him.Her sent me a few pictures saying that the items highlighted were going to be removed from my report so I got my hopes up just to fund out that these items were never removed as he promised.I often see him posting about how much he does for his other customers but not about how much he doesn’t do for the others.If he can’t handle more work just simply tell the potential customers you are no longer taking any more clients.Im very disappointed with his service and lack of communication.I would love to get my money back and look elsewhere for the service I need

Sorry for the long read, but please read before signing up with this guy. What a horrible experience. I first heard about Fernando through Tony and Maribels Instagram page advocating Fernando and his services. I decided to take their advice and give him a try. At first he was very responsive. We went over my credit profile and after reviewing he said it would be $750. Mind you, I did have a lot of items in collection. 23 items total with 17 with Kaiser for medical bills and 6 others with various companies over the years. He said he was positive he could get me the results I was looking for and get these all off of my credit report. After a couple months I saw 2 items removed and after that absolutely nothing. He never called with progress reports like he promised and trying to reach him was like pulling teeth. One day I finally got ahold of him and he said to start booking progress appointments through Calendly so I did. That didnt help either as every appointment he was a no show. The he started with excuses days later as to why he no showed our appointments. He wasnt feeling well, he had to help his relatives move etc. But 0 communication beforehand. I have the proof of this in text messages. I realized now this guy just scams people. I took matters in my own hands and contacted the BBB for my 17 Kaiser collections and through a direct dispute with then and the company I was able to get all 17 wiped off my credit reports. I told Fernando about it and he didnt believe me so I provided all of my correspondence with the BBB and the collection agency as proof that I did the work. My other collections pretty much all fell off as well due to the statute of limitations of 7 years and I had to show him this proof as well from the credit reports I pulled on my end. Towards the end of my year with him, because he literally did nothing, I asked for a refund, even partial to regain the money that was scammed from me and he declined. The funny thing is the 2 collections he helped remove at the beginning showed back up on my report a couple months after they were removed which I also had proof of and he had no answer as to how or why.The entire time I was working with him, whenever I could get ahold of him, it was always excuse after excuse. He blamed everything on the pandemic as to why things were dragging out which I now realize was a ploy to waste time and get more money. His communication skills are horrible. Even after my year ended I never heard from him again. Funny thing is hes always posting stuff on social media of screen shots saying these are his current results. They are literally screen shots of Credit Karma from Google. He even reposts screen shots of results from Credit Karma that he used previously saying they are new results. All it takes is a little research to see this guy is a scammer. Im sure now that I wrote this hell go through his posts and delete the repeats since I pointed it out. I even reached out to Tony and Maribel on Instagram asking them how well they know this guy and could they vouge for him. I briefly explained what was happening saying I heard about Fernando from them and all they said is to ask Fernando and then they blocked me. Guessing theyre probably in on it too. I blame myself for not doing more research from the beginning. I guarantee any reviews he has that are positive are from people he knows helping him out. Look at all his negative reviews too, they all tell a similar story. If you sign up with this guy, dont say I didnt warn you when you get scammed.

Just stay away from this guy, I paid 600+ dollars just to in the end not have anything removed but to be told that we just have to let time heal my credit. His communication skills are garbage I had to constantly go to him for updates and even then he would just say in the coming week or tomorrow Ill have an update just to tell me nothing. Just save your money and time honestly.

I am really disappointed by Fernando I gave him my trust for him to work on my file and get things done the way he promised. At first he was really helpful and promised me he would take care of my file. This year was a false promise and made me wait for nothing items he said he was going to remove are still on my credit and now he wants more money when he gave me his word he would take care of and I have prove of what he told me and now only leaves my messages on seen I wish he could of told me since the beginning of the year he stopped working on my credit file so I could of looked for a different person to help me. My advice to everyone do not trust this guy!

Very disappointed with Fernando, half a year is gone to waist...have not seen one change since March 2020 we are in late November and none of his promise nor work have been reflected on my file....I have message the guy and have not gotten a response from him...PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP! IT IS WAIST OF TIME! I WANT MY REFUND!!

Fernando was very helpful at the beginning with great info on how to improve my credit, I payed over $700... 3 months after I did as he said, he stated he would be able to delete a few accounts, I payed all my debt and when I wanted more info on what next steps I need to to do to improve my credit, he doesn’t reply to any of my messages but decided to leave them on read. I’ve been trying to get a hold of him for months with no luck.... hasn’t done anything to help me improve my credit, my credit has gone up due to fact thay I’ve paid my outstanding debt but nothing has he done but send a a couple letters that nothing got deleted.... I Trusted him with my info and trust

Sadly they stopped all communications with us. They no longer respond or reply to text and calls. They werent able to fix anything or give me any information on how they left my case. Dont recommend them at all.

Please please do not trust this Fernando Castro he is a scammer he does nothing for your credit he is a fraud he will take your money work on it the first month then never touch it the rest of the year then tell you I’m working very hard on it, it’s taking a bit longer until your contract is over.

Fernando is the right person to come to he repair my credit just as he said. You wont be disappointed.

Well theres a lot the I can said about this place and everything is good he help me and my wife he removed all the collection all the negatives the we had in our credit report

Couldnt of went to a better place.I went from not being able to apply for credit to being approved for a home loan and making my first investment thanks to Fernando and sharp credit.He asked me to put my trust in him and delivered.Thanks bro

Thank you Fernando for assisting us, and answering our questions. The customer services was excellent, there is a parking structure in the back, easy to spot on the street, this business is very active in social media, this is how i discovered it. I spoke with actual owner and he was understanding, I firmly believe that by customer service and establishing mutal relationships bussines prospers, and these are some of the qualities that i saw here ar sharp credit services, becuase if i recommend a person or place its also me who they will thank or unthankthanks again
