I went there to have a PC assembled after stubbornly trying (and failing) to do it myself and Im happy with the final result. The customer service was good. Owner frequently kept in touch with me about his progress as well as any issues he encountered and was very polite throughout the transaction. Prices were also negotiable. I had actually taken my laptop there a while back to have the screen replaced and it was fixed within a day so theyre also good for minor repairs. Overall, I would recommend them. I will definitely consider them for any future repairs.

This Dell PC with Intel Core I-5 we just bought from Ismael at Computer Zone recently; is great.Im writing the review from this computer. The price was great too. I have already downloaded Microsoft Office and files from my old computer. This computer with its Windows 10 is very fast and responsive. Files open at blazing speed and the internet on it is very fast also.We were surprised to find that this PC didnt have a disc drive and some of our important programs required disc loading. We went back to Ismael, he was very busy., He GAVE us an external disc drive! That was a great solution. I called and was told my laptop would be fixed in 4 hours after dropping it off. Our initial conversation was my very descriptive explanation of my laptops functioning. He did not make one call back in 4 days. I had to drive there several times just to be turned away without a quote.He promised if anything is wrong he would take care of it. After calling around and asking professionals in the computer field, I wanted my laptop fixed. He then tells me he will charge me again just to put back the proper components to my laptop if I buy the products myself from elsewhere.Laptop works a ton better. I was wrong. First of all, the prices are high. The person in charge told me Ill give you a discount for a positive reviewSMH. I took my 2 year old macbook to find out he mess up/stole my internal microphone. Before I took my macbook I was able to do Facetime and Zoom. NOW I CANT USE BOTH. I notice it after I pick up my macbook from them after almost 2 months of trying to fix my macbook. Now I have a not working macbook. Avoid this place at all cost, please. They take for ever to fix things and they steal. I needed to remind the worker about my macbook charger as well, because he told me I didnt took one. And clearly the charger was there with my name on it. I seriously hate this place, I dont know why they still in business.
