Just tires is the best place to get service. I usually come here for my oil changes and they are so helpful And make sure to give you the best rates available. Today I had a bad experience with a nail in my tire and as a women was afraid to just go anywhere and get ripped off, Hugo and his team were very helpful kind and professional and made sure that I felt secure with what they were offering and explained everything to me in detail and we’re efficient with their service. I’mGlad to have them so close by to home and would definitely recommend them.

The guys here were great. The customer service skills were excellent. Our tire blew out on the freeway and we had to get to the tire shop before they closed as it was a late in the day Saturday. They took us as the last customer. They explained all pricing, made us laugh and feel comfortable. They took less than half an hour. If you need a place for tires this is the spot. This one is on Artesia Blvd in Bellflower. AMAZING GUYS!!

I had a flat tired and just happened to noticed the shop. The manager was extremely friendly and after putting air in the tired showed me where my back tire was separating. He then proceeded to prepare me a quote for three different option. Initially, I wasn’t prepared to spend so much money on tires but he was very patient and explained the different options and why the replacement was necessary. I appreciate help in helping me make a good decision.

Needed a tire repaired so I scheduled an appointment and they were able to get me in within an hour. Service was fairly quick and facility seemed clean. I was helped out by Jonathan and he listened to my concerns and questions.

Went with a friend and was told they dont take same day appointments by the manager who was rude initially. After putting him on video and threatening to call the corporate office. Ultimately they did take a look at the vehicle.However, the store manager Johnathan contacted my friend and made everything right. He fixed the existing issues and really went out of his way to resolve the issue. He was professional kind courteous and knowledgeable.

My check engine light went on yesterday so once I got home from work I set up an appointment online for the next morning. This location was the first one I thought of because I had previously purchased tires here and had a complete oil change a couple of months ago. My interaction with Jonathan was professional and pleasant. I left confident that he solved my concern.

Apparently these guys are too busy to help people rolling in with a flat. Theyve helped me in the past, but maybe the guy at the desk was just having a bad morning. Fortunately one of the guys in the garage saw me pulling out, and inflated my tire enough to help me get to another tire place, who was more available to help me out.

I bring my flat tire.The guy told me that its not possible to repair and he suggested to buy a new tire.Since I knew that he was lying, I just went out immediately.Dont recommend to trust all what they are saying

I have had the pleasure of taking my cars to Just Tires now for a while and have never experienced anything less than fantastic service. All the auto techs there, from those that help you upon arrival (shout out to Hugo for being so awesome) to those that work on the cars are all friendly knowledgeable guys! They take the time to answer any questions you have, never try and upsell you, and provide quality work in an efficient manner at fair prices. I’ll continue to take my vehicles there and will continue to recommend them to friends and family for their auto repair needs!

Welcoming shop! Replaced my tire, matched the price, and allowed me to take a quick nap while I waited. They also provided cold, bottled water. I will return to this shop whenever my car needs one of their services.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!First off, all I needed was a patch. They told me if I didnt mind it was going to take anywhere from 1 hour to 1 hour and a half. Which I had no problem with.However it took them 4 hours. then before I left a asked me if I wanted to pay for an alignment. I said no, that I had just had an alignment and a full tune up a month ago. Plus I have been working on cars almost my whole life and I maintain my vehicle very well. So I headed home and instantly felt a wobble in my truck, and I am talking about a major wobble. So obviously theyre doing shady business here. So I called them and they insinuated that Im just after a free alignment. Not the case at all, Ive spent plenty of money maintaining my truck. So I took it to the Ford dealership and they were blown away buy how bad it wobbled, cost me hundreds to fix. Save yourself the frustration, money and time. Go anywhere else.

This is a complete 180 review compared to Costco tire center today. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. They were fast and very honest. Costco said it was too close to the edge, just tires said it was just over 2 inches from edge and it was safe to repair. Turns out nail/screw had not punctured the tire and it was fine. They didnt charge me a dime. I gave the guy a tip for his time and honesty. That means Costco didnt even take the tire off to see if the nail went through .

This place is a scam. Just walked in and asked the cost for a patch, he responds with 34.99 + Tax . Another employee once before said i would need to come in for them to figure out the cost. Its only a patch!Yet, they advertise lowest rates and prices. Im calling B$ at this spot. Stay away. If you need tires or tire service, drive 1.5 miles down the street to American Tire Depot ( Alondra) theyre much cheaper AND they charge nothing for a patch.

I ran over a wooden box in the freeway last night and blew out a tire, today I bought a new one at Just Tires. They were very busy but still had a new tire put on in no time Lets face it tires are expensive but I think they did a good job! I will get my next tires there also.

Omg, The worse the receptionist was SLOW! It took 15 mins to make it up to him, then he told me an hour wait to fix a flat tire. Cost 109.00 for a mismatch tire so I walked down the street found a Mexican shop! $30.00 gave $10.00 tip. Because he had me In and Out!

Bad experience yesterday i asked them to replace my tire which was going to a flat. I was told nothing wrong with my tire. Next morning my tire was flat. I am very disappointed never giving this place my business again! It was close to closing time around 7:40 before they got to my car. I waited 35 minutes or so to be told when was the last time i put air in my tire. SMH!😣

So Im driving home from Christmas shopping, and realize that I have a razor blade in my left front tire. Its 6pm on a Saturday, so I realize Im cooked. I googled tire shops near me, and Just Tires in Bellflower came up. I called to see how late they were open, and Keith tells me 7pm. Too close for comfort. But he also tells me to come down, and theyll get to me that night - but it might be a while. Good enough. So in I roll, and the good soldier Keith writes me up. I am in the auto industry, so I can tell that he is used to people with no patience and understanding, but he is pleasant and accommodating. They surprisingly have the custom Suburban tire of mine in stock if we need it. They are understaffed, and I notice they take in two more people in distress even though it will keep them well past closing. I cannot express how much I appreciate their goodwill for such circumstances. They dont have to do it - it is now past closing time, but they soldier on. When Keith determines that my tire can be patched (saving me $150+ more cost for a new tire), I gain even more appreciation for their customer focus here. I even make a few new friends in their clean waiting area (with spotless bathroom) while I wait. VERY IMPRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I suggest you use them. :)

Overpriced. He wanted to charge me $25. I got a patch for $10 on Lakewood @ Alondra.It took a while to be acknowledged by the service provider with a not unfriendly attitude. There was only 1 customer, 2 workers & I would have to wait about 30 minutes, I was told.

Came to get a set of 4 tires one of the tires that I had on was supposedly under warranty give me an estimate of over $500 for good tires or 700 for great tires I felt like I wasnt getting any kind of help over the tire that was under warranty so I decided to go somewhere else

They have taking care of me and my cars since the 70s. I refer my family and friends to Just Tires. Thank you for taking care of us.

Worse service ever on a Sunday where few customers were there. 3 plus hours only to finish with a flat tire that i didnt come in with. Tried to get flat looked at but told everyone is out to lunch except 1 worker. Guy wasnt so nice either. Longest and most horrible experience ever for buying tires. To bad i cant post a NO stars.

Never again. Been here twice second time my car oil light came on 5-6 weeks after oil change. I ignored the light and a couple weeks later my car started to make a rattling sound which I know isnt good but I ignored it for another 2 weeks. I finally decided to take it to my regular guy at Long Beach Muffler and he said the Oil was almost gone. I knew that sound meant the oil was low but I knew it had only been 2.months since the last oil change. My car did not have a leak so we can only assume they did not put enough in.

Bad customer service. If you want to be charged for items you dont want or didnt ask for then this is place to go. Dont waste your time.

Terrible service!!!!!! I bought 4 new tires, which was expensive. Then they told me it was all done only to come back and tell me that they had put the wrong size tires on my daughters car. They changed them to the correct size. One month later my daughter gets a flat and we notice that 1 lug nut from all 4 tires are missing. Bad service and thieves. WTH honestly! I will tell everyone I know to never go there no matter what!!!!

This is my second trip to this location. Ive had nothing but good experiences here. My first trip was due to a busted radial. I received no sales pressure. We identifed my most affordable solution and I was out the door promptly.Todays trip was due to a nail in the tire. The repair was quick & reasonable again.I made a special request that they drain a quart of oil so I could put in an additive I had purchased elsewhere.They did this free of the applicable oil waste and a man hour charges.I recommend this place for quick no hassle affordable repairs for anyones vehicle.

Fast friendly service. I arrived thinking I had 2 flat tires at 9am. There was a 1 Hr wait for walk-ins. The rep offered an appt time for later in the day & refilled the tires. W h e I returned, I was immediately seen and after a tire rotation and other services covered by my roadside insurance plan...set on my way. No flats, leaks, or damage as expected. Simple user neglect. Apparently I should be checking air pressure each month.

This place has the worst customer service ever. I come here only for my company vehicles and have to watch 2 or 3 guys stand and look at one car and then be told it will be about an hour for us to look at your tires. Im told you can get air and come back so I go outside, back my truck up and one guy is working and others are nowhere to be found.

One of the workers at the time helped me start it so I could make it home, also, the tire repair price used to be $12 back in the day now its close to thirty. Inflation (get it ;) ) sucks. Theyre always understaffed, their actual working staff has No SENSE OF URGENCY to get vehicles out, they say an hour, dam nearly 3 hours later and my vehicle still hasnt been checked, and it when it finally does the so called tech walks slower than Eeyore ... like I mentioned no sense of urgency... the manager doesnt even seem to care bout all the clients asking how much longer. If you NO PLANS for the day and have patience than go-ahead and go.... but if youre looking to get out quickly dont even stop by.... I regret my purchase there... heading to Americas tires, you see the HUGE difference in work ethic. Their guys are actually hustling to get you out in the time window they say it will be done....

I went in there to have them check my tire pressure as my tire light went on they were busy but they help me within than 6 minutes and put air in my tire and fix the problem. For free!

I waited damn near 6 hours for an oil change, new filter, and a simple tune up. Simply ridiculous.

Walked in at 8:01 am and asked how long for an oil change. They asked if I had an appt?! I said no so they said like 2 hrs. I turned around and walked out the door. Looked like several mechanics were there and only a couple customers.

Really bad job. I went to get in alignment for my truck on Thursday. I waited 2:1/2 hours and on my way home my steering wheel was super bad so I go back to get it fix and they told me in one hour it will be done they took 4:1/2 hours. I will never go there again!!! Not recommend :(
