I have been a customer for 2 years now. NEVER have I had an issue. The customer service agent Rosemary is very helpful and professional. My family and I have multiple policies and she is always getting us the best prices. TOTALLY SATISFIED!!!

THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY TO WORK WITH. Extremely unprofessional, they do not answer the phone or return messages, you have to wait weeks to hear back from someone and to top it off Rosemary who there couldnt seem to care less for her job.So unprofessional. Their rates are through the roof. My rate was half the price with a better insurance company. Save your time and save your money. After speaking with the manager Imad, or Iman, Im happy they are no longer providing me coverage, I ended up losing money by cancelling my policy but it was worth every penny. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and was actually yelling on the phone. Thanks for providing me with the worst service EVER! I hope someone is able to read this review and avoid the hassle.
