As a customer, I have had State Farm for about 3 1/2 years. My family has had State Farm as well in the past.. In those years i have worked closely with this location when it used to be on Clark and now on Bellflower Blvd.I currently have banking,life insurance & investments set up and I have been very happy for the customer service and support in helping me get set up on the right track.I began using state farm when i was a student and Michael was really knowledgeable in helping set-up for my future Its kind of great when someone takes time to sit down with you and help you plan your future at 22. I really appreciated that and now I am a working professional and because of my strong set up thenI have very little qualms about my retirement and life planning. The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this location all the time.I have now moved out of the area but still choose this location for all my financial planning needs. I have seen better returns using State Farm than with some of my other institutions.

Excellent customer Service!

I have known Mike for over 16 years. He is, and has been, active in the Bellflower community for many years. I installed him as President of the Bellflower Chamber of Commerce in 2005 and he also served for two more years 2006 and 2007. He is active, involved, serves and is passionate about Bellflower and adjoining communities.

My worst experience I ever had. The staffs are very unprofessional. They never return your phone call. My monthly insurance premium ALWAYS changing. Their excuses is, because of the rate changed. Every month???? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR OFFICE( Bellflower/Alondra) AT ALL. TRY AAA OR MERCURY INSURANCE INSTEAD. They knew the meaning what great Customer Service is.

Worst customer service ever very rude. Norma will hang up on you without hesitation if she is fustraded. Maybe find a diffrent place if you dont like rude unprofessional service.
