Team SoCal Appliances went above and beyond for me and my family. Our refrigerator decided to break down on us 4 days before Christmas 2020 and I had already purchased our Christmas dinner. I was so stressed and every other store had delivery dates between 3 weeks to 2 months! I will never understand why appliance stores do not have plenty in stock (of all types of refrigerators not just the smaller ones) incase of an emergency. Team SoCal Appliances had the refrigerator I was looking for IN STOCK and was at my door delivering the refrigerator within 3 hours even though I live almost 2 hours away from Bellflower. Man what can I say after looking for a new fridge all over I decided to walk into team so cal. At first Im not gonna lie it was not the average appliance store like the others Ive been to. Small warehouse style place. As soon as I walked in I seen what I wanted price was great cant complain. I was there no lore than 15 min they delivered same day as well actually within the 15 min. I only live down the street. But once they got there these guys wasted no time I believe the dudes name was Johnny. He measure door ways entree to the kitchen and did state that the fridge would not fit. I suggested going In thru the back door and just like that he got to work yeah they charge me $25 additional. Which I think is more than worth it these guys took care of business with no complaints and great attitude.Ia definitely gonna return for my future purchases.

We just bought a refrigerator from Team SoCal App. and got a great deal. They delivered it to San Diego and JT/Johnny was great. Although he had very tight dimensions to work with, he was quick and very careful. Nothing was damaged. He also had a great attitude the entire time even though it wasnt an easy or typical installation.

My fridge decided to die on my family right before christmas, with our christmas dinner slowly warming up inside it. I couldnt find any locations with one in stock and the ones we did find were too small too expensive. Walking in Team SoCal I saw the exact fridge my wife wanted. Everyone was working unpacking a new shipment, stopped everything and helped us out. A few minutes later, we had a fridge for almost half the price from lows/Homedepot, and they even delivered it on the spot about 95 miles away!! On top of all that, our service technician, Johnny was awesome. His knowledge and character made instalation go smooth and enjoyable. He took our old fridge out and replaced our new while having an enjoyable conversation. He was professional, courteous and gave me more info on the fridge I thought I knew doing research. SoCal was really close to home and made it easy to go look for a washer and dryer. Price was pretty good for a small business. Dryer and Washer were limited as far as choices but still great product. Johnny first came to install my washer and dryer and was really personable. He installed everything and even if you don’t have all the i stallion materials they bring it with them for a reasonable price. Johnny noticed the dryer was defective in the box and decided to take it back and fix it. JT came the next day and double checked everything and reinstalled the dryer and made sure worked before he left. He left the area very clean and was also personable. JT is very knowledgeable about appliances and will answer questions about the product one buys. Only thing I would recommend would be better communication from the seller other than that great service !

Our dryer broke down, we called Team SoCal and they came to inspect it. They told us it was no good and we were able to get a new one from them. Nancy was very helpful throughly explaining everything to us. Johnny came in to install it, also very clear in his explanation and both have great attitudes. After months of looking around where to buy our washer and dryer we finally found this gem. Prices are great and affordable especially for families that are looking for quality appliances and they can pretty much do anything for you. They have it all! Service cannot compare to any of your well known appliance store. We had Johnny in today to install our washer and dryer. He did it quick and was very knowledgeable of the products and made sure he told us every detail about taking care of the product itself and how it works. He also checked our old fridge (not bought from them) since we mentioned about an issue with it and was able to pin point the issue right away. He even went out of his way as well to try and help us fix a fault on our landlords behalf. Definitely will be coming back here for future appliance shopping and would recommend it to anyone. Got a very nice refrigerator for an amazing price. Staff was very friendly. I called to move up my original delivery date, and they were able to delivery it that same day, no hassle. Their delivery guys, Johnny and Anthony, were very professional. They brought it in and Johnny was so kind as to set up our water line for us since it wasn’t already connected. I called Team SoCal because I needed my washer repaired. Previously, I had two other technicians from other places come out and give me two completely different and expensive repair suggestions. When I called Team SoCal they sent out Technician, Nate and Im sure glad they did. Nate was professional and pleasant, and explained what he saw occurring when he looked inside the machine. He was right-on with his assessment! We were able to order the parts in less than one day and Nate was back out the next day, fixing my machine. Almost no down time! Nate is experienced and a real credit to the repair department at Team SoCal. The price was a little higher than what I had expected to pay, but Im very happy with the repair. We purchased the appliances on the second day from Nancy. She is amazing sales person. I didn’t walk away from the sell feeling “Jipped” and disappointed. Also, just as promised the appliances were delivered right at the scheduled time but Johnny. Bought a new refrigerator which was delivered on Sunday right within the time frame specified. I bought a set of washer and dryer from Nancy with no scratches and delivery guys scratched them up. I was going to stock them up for space but now i cant. I havent heard from Nancy ever since she apologized several times. I got a good deal but now I get stuck with scratched machines. Bad Service! No accommodation

I would say that I received top tier service from the minute I walked into the store and by the time my appliances were installed! I walked in with my wife and we were greeted by Andrew who was very knowledgeable on all the machines and gave us a GREAT DEAL along with SAME DAY delivery due to our urgent need of a washer and dryer. And to my surprise Andrew was at our front door ready to install our appliances a few hours later with another gentleman, Anthony, who was a great professional. They both took the time to explain how our new machines worked and how to properly maintain them. Andrew and Anthony were extremely respectful and cleaned up after the old machines mess as well as leaving their work area clean ( which my wife appreciated ). Firstly, customer service was amazing! I did not feel like I was “just another customer”. I got a great deal on a really nice NEW refrigerator. My experience in store was great but the delivery was the icing on the cake. First of all her name is Nancy ! Nancy is the representative who answered my phone call. I know absolutely nothing about a washer and dryer I just know I needed one TODAY! She could tell I was all over the place. She then took charge she answered all of my questions she gave me some insight and will basically within 15 minutes I was heading to the store to go purchase a new Maytag front loader stainless steel washer and dryer pair! She was very friendly and patient the store was well organized everybody had a smile and welcoming. The guys were super nice & I got a great deal on a brand new LG top load HE washing machine. Because the outside had some denting & a few scratches I got this washer for $690 & it sells for $1500 in the store. It also has a 6 month warranty with them & I think LG provides a warranty on the motor. They also use SNAP financing which uses your job info instead of your credit score. Happy with my purchase & will be going back for a new stove.

These guys came out to my house in April of this year via my home warranty company. They re-sealed my oven door. The glass had separated from the door on the bottom. They took my door for three days stating they had to get the right clips to attach it. They returned and it appeared to be intact. Today, my over door separated in the same place as before and I notice that it was never clipped, only double sided taped back into place. When I called them they told me to go through my home warranty company, which I no longer have. I asked why they couldnt fix it since it was their work. They refused stating I had to go through the home warranty company. When I asked if I had paid directly for the work, would it have been different, they then said it has been five months so we wouldnt fix it. I do not recommend this company as they are unwilling to stand behind their work. This was repaired in April 2017 and it is only September.

Found this place on yelp and good thing we did. I was on my way to Home Depot to pick up the same fridge that I bought here. Not only did they deliver the same day but the price was nearly half of the Home Depot price for a tiny debt on the side that is not even visible when installed. I purchased a fridge and expected to have it fit perfectly into my kitchen spot, unfortunately my floor was unleveled and it coudlnt fit. These workers Andrew and I believe Anthony worked quite hard to get it into my kitchen. Finally got my appliances into my kitchen after a huge remodel and wanted to thank Team Socal for holding and delivering my stuff for so long. Thanks to Andrew and Anthony for putting my appliances to the side and wrapping them up for me so they wouldn’t get scratched.

Very well priced and the delivery man, Johnny was very good. He installed everything quick and correctly. Definitly would reccomend this place.
