I recently had 19 VHS tapes converted to one flash drive! The customer service was outstanding and without requesting rushed delivery it was done anyway free of charge. It was easy to label the tapes, box them up and drop them off at the UPS in Bellevue. It couldnt have been easier.

Contacted Lotus Media and they replied so quickly! Provided me the necessary steps which were quick and easy. I’m local so I was able to drop off my tapes at the designated location with my form filled out. That was last Wed. requested a Rush Delivery. I live in Annapolis MD, and sending off our family videos across the country was one of my biggest concerns. Ngina at Lotus has been amazing throughout the entire process. They are very timely in notifying you of receipt of the tapes and in updating the status of the project. The entire process has been so easy and they have become my go-to solution transferring our old videos!

This was a stress free experience from start to end. Using the information from the Lotus website, I sent in my media (VHS, 8mm and audio tape). I used priority mail for my own peace of mind. I started with 14 of my less valuable items just to be cautious. I elected to have the converted media returned via downloads from Google drive though physical media is supported. The link to obtain my items was instantly readable, and all files played on my computer. There were some real jewels found in this old media. Many 2-5 minute clippings of my parents doing ordinary things, and part of a talent show where our daughter played her violin in public for the first time at age 3. All in all a great experience. I am now confident in sending my more precious and older videos. Invoicing was clear, including any repairs needed or splicing. Lotus will be returning my original media at my request. (My photo shows the date 8-14-2020 which is the future date media is removed from Lotus servers) Thanks Lotus!

Like everyone else, I had a great experience with Lotus Media. I nervously dropped off my precious home videos (VHS-C) at their store front in Bellevue on Saturday morning and just received the MP4 files on Monday afternoon. Everything was in order and easily retrievable from Google drive, and payment was really simple with PayPal. Id say the quality of videos was an exact replica of what I had on the tapes (although its been a while since I viewed them). I will definitely use them in the future for any other videos I find stowed away in the attic!

Lotus media did a great job digitizing my old VHS tapes! Dropped off 12 tapes on a Monday and had the Google Drive link to videos by Thursday. Reasonably priced and surprisingly fast to respond if you have any questions or want an update.

My order contained 71 mixed sizes of old video tapes, many of which were not even rewound. These needed to be transferred in exact sequence, as they were chronologically recorded over the 20+ year period of my childrens lives, from birth to young adulthood. I also needed three additional copies, so that we all had one to enjoy.I have barely put a dent in reviewing the 314 hours of these digitized tapes on my portable hard drive, but they seem to be in perfect order, and each tape segment is clearly labeled and dated.What a HUGE relief it is to me to have these precious memories digitized and safely preserved - in a usable format - for my family. I can tell you that my children, now in their mid-30s, have rarely ever shown the same emotional reaction to ANY gift as they did when they opened this one!!Lotus Media, especially Gina, was so patient and helpful; her husband did a terrific job of following my requirements to make the transfers -- and they did the whole thing in less than 2 weeks, for less than the $ estimate!Take my advice, dont wait. Digitize your memories and you will sleep better knowing they are safe (& usable!) for the future.

Several decades ago, I made my first venture into 3D animation, and I created this several-minute narrative about a steampunk robot confronting a mid-century toaster. The only copy of this animation was a betacam tape. Lotus Media performed a marvelous digital copy from the tape, and this is the first time Ive seen it in two decades. Thanks Ngina.

I took 49 VHS, VHS-C and Digital tapes in and received them back with the 4 portable hard drives loaded several days later. The portable hard drives are easy to access the videos, and the quality is as good as watching video tapes. If was fast, thorough and I think a great value.

After holding many old vhs, vhs-c, beta, and cassette tapes for decades, I was thrilled to read such rave reviews on Lotus. I had previously been told that half of the tapes were degraded too much to save. I had Lotus try anyway.I was so unbelievably happy when they managed to make great copies of these precious family memories. They labeled a few as “glitchy” but it’s likely they were caused by operator error years ago! To me, they’re perfect!To my absolute horror, the brand new hard drive I had Lotus copy to crashed days after viewing the videos. NO! Total panic and sadness. I’m so grateful Lotus hadn’t recycled the old videos yet and were able to make me new copies. This time I gladly paid to have them keep copies for me... just in case.Lotus is easily one of the best companies I have ever done business with... and I thought that before my drive crashed! Now? Lotus Media, good but different going to a 3rd party store to drop off and pick up my media was different but easy. Located at an easy to get to location. I found Lotus media to be kind and patient with my order and they were able to get my media back within about a week. I had 48 varing lengths of 8mm 39 VHS tapes and 429 slides and they all came out better than I expected. Some of my 8mm was unplayable with my equipment and though some of it turned out grainy/noise at least I could see it. If I had any more media I needed to transfer to digital I would have them do it.

Im very pleased with Lotus Media. One of the most positive aspects is the personal attention I received in submitting video tapes for conversion in terms of back and forth in response to my questions. Most important, however, is the excellent quality of the converted files. Also the returned files are all clearly titled with whatever data was on the tape labels. Another huge plus is that Lotus charges by the item- not by a flat rate box of 10 or 25 items, i.e. if you only have 1 or 2 items, why pay for a flat rate box that holds 10 items. I will definitely be using Lotus Media again.
