I called them the morning after a big storm damaged 3 trees in my yard. They promised to send someone out to give me an estimate. I heard nothing for 3 days and called again to ask if I was on their list. They said yes they would get with me. Never even got a call! If they dont need my business, just let me know. Thanks for nothing. Total waste of my time.

We have a historic home and due to road construction had to lose one of our century old trees. The Drefs crew did a marvelous job taking it down so nothing else would get damaged and their clean up was beyond amazing.

Overally, I had a very good experience with this company. They are responsive by email and phone. They promptly gave me a quote, and the work was completed in a timely manner. I had a situation with my neighbor, John and his staff were very respectful and kind in their dealings with him. The bill was exactly what I expected. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the local area.
