Account temps does not care about whats best for you or the placement company. They just want to fill positions. They have selective hearing. They act like they are concerned with listening to what your needs are, but at the end of the day, a person thats not working isnt making them money. There is also a big disconnect internally. You will end up talking to several people just to get one thing accomplished. Theyre so disorganized that they sent me duplicate emails and emails belonging to other clients. Lastly, a few of the employees do know their stuff and seem caring and insightful, but most of the other employees are like pushy sales reps. A man named Lucas threatened me. He said if I didnt return to a job (that was a terrible fit) Accountemps wouldnt work with me on future jobs. Theyve completely turned me off of temp agencies.

This Agency is so unprofessional! The switchboard operators are very RUDE!!! The recruiters doesnt return messages nor Emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! THEIR LOW SCORE REFLECTS THEIR AGENCYS CHARACTER.

There are many reasons why Robert Half and Accountemps have been, for years, awarded the highest recognition as one of the Best Places to Work in America.Here is my direct experience:Over several years, I have worked for both Accountemps and the Robert Half Salary Professional Service Division.All of the staff have been always been professional and cordial.The placement specialists are amazing in their ability to secure assignments that have been a perfect fit, for me, in terms of work and client corporate culture.The managers have been 100% supportive and highly responsive to any of my work concerns.They are enthusiastic about all aspects of their work and exhibit high levels of positive energy!Additionally their clients are first class organizations, both established and start-ups.Robert Half also provides access to various learning methods so employees can choose the way that suits their personal style. By using many different training opportunities, learning maps and evaluations, they create a comprehensive development program that provides the tools needed for personal and professional growth.

They dont even deserve the one star I gave them. Went on a few assignments and was told they had something for me next. Never heard from them again. Left many mesages & still havent heard one word. These 20s something are very rude & unprofessional. No follow through skills or work ethic. Dont waste your time.Not worth it.

I love accountemps! If there are any concerns or you have any issues regarding your assignment, logging to their website, etc theres always someone available to address your issues. They always make sure youre satisfied with the opportunities they find for you and are very explicit about job requirements and expectations! Being on the same page is priceless and theyre pros at that. Communication is essential and they understand that like no one else! Im proud to represent them at my current assignment and Im also glad to work with such an amazing team thats professional and motivated. I 100% recommend accountemps to everyone I know especially this branch because Nancy, Claire, and Spencer are fantastic!

Im very impressed with the girls who are on staff at the Bellevue office, calls are answered almost always immediately, Im working at a great place full time/ and with benefits, and just a nice team to be represented by.

They tell you they have awesome opportunities where youll learn, but instead force you to work jobs that are convenient for them. Nancy is great at making you feel like theres promising employment, but the jobs are all mindless and degrading.

Horrible company to work for.Stay away.Recruiters keep changing and are newcomers who dont have manners to talk to their employee!
