As someone who has big dentist anxiety, Optima Dental Spa has been a wonderful experience. Your initial contact with them is with their front desk staff, and they are WONDERFUL. They always have a great attitude, personable, friendly, overall a great customer service experience. They understand dental anxiety and do their best to accommodate any needs you may have or requests to make your experience easier. Their work is great and reasonably priced (with insurance at least).I initially came here because I worked in the same building and liked the convince of their location. I have since changed jobs and work remotely from Seattle now and still go to them. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit at Optima Dental Spa. I loved everything from their appointment intake, email communication, look of the office and location and above all, Dr. Lee and his staff.Dr. Lee was very clear about every step he was taking and worked very carefully for the best results. The best dental experience Ive ever had! The office is welcoming and clean and has great views. My dental technician (Hailey) was super nice and didnt cause any pain during the cleaning, which is rare in my experience. Everyone who works there is very professional and nice and you can tell cares about you as a patient.

I probably had the best dentist experience ever at this place. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I got a cleaning and a 60 min whitening done and the hygienist Haley was super informative and explained every step of the cleaning and provided great advice. The dentist that did my exam was also super nice and informative! The whitening process was also comfortable and my teeth are almost 3 shades whiter! I signed up for the care plan and im now thinking about canceling my regular dental insurance because everything I need is covered with them or discounted about the same and Im given a much better experience!

Doctor Lynn Jones is very down to earth, extremely knowledgeable and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Probably the single best dental experience Ive ever had. Entire staff was warm, sincere, and efficient. The Dr was solid, instructional without reproach, even with my grill in need of a lot of love, and the hygienist Laurel was seriously a pro at her craft. I was pretty blown away. Not trying to spew hyperbole but usually Im not too pumped about dental appointments but i actually was enthusiastic about setting up my next visit lol.

If I could give it less than one star - I would. I bought 1 hour teeth whitening on Groupon which was supposed to include a cleaning as well. While at that place they told me they won’t do the cleaning, and their teeth whitening machine was broken so they would only do 30 minutes of whitening. They were literally trying to sell me on all these other dental visits I did not want to make. Furthermore, months after that experience they relentlessly keep calling my cell phone “to schedule me for teeth cleaning”. And I’m like ??????? This was the worst most unpleasant dental service I ever received and now they just keep calling me like scammers even though I already blocked a number they call from, so they just call from a different number. This place truly sucks.

I cost more than three years to finish only one year Invisalign there. They repeatedly made problems of my aligners, like it could not fit my teeth, or the aligners left half of my molar teeth outside, or they lost my wax model. There were not only one time they forgot my appointment or the time I should’ve come and pick up the aligners.Since it was my first time of Invisalign, I didn’t know how the teeth space should be aligned that they claimed my teeth were all “perfectly” adjusted. But it ends with most of my teeth are too far away from each other that my gum meets pain most of time after chewing.Optimal Denys Spa complained it’s one side of wisdom teeth affect my gum. So I went to meet the surgeon and did consultation but the dental surgeon confirmed my wisdom teeth has nothing to do with my gum problem at all.So now, my current new dentist gave me two options of the teeth pain, redo the Invisalign or refill the space between molar teeth. This place just looks decent, but does a messy work.And btw, they even didn’t remove the cleats completely from my teeth that I only got known when doing the cleaning at another place.

It was the worst experience I had in a medical service.I had tooth ache and my appointment was moved from Thursday 4pm to Friday 11:00 am, I already completed all the forms online but I was kept waiting for 30 minutes then the receptionist went ahead to take x-ray to my teeth which was obviously was her first time trying on me and it took her 40 minutes.I left the clinic after almost 2 hours without seeing any doctor and I had to spend the weekend in pain.

A crown from my implant broke - literally a giant piece came off - after only 5 years. The crown material is supposed to last your lifetime.I had moved out of the area 3 years ago and switched dentists. I came back to Dr. Jones for this situation because their work had a warranty. Guess what? She wouldn’t fix the work she had guaranteed because I had moved. So my word of advice is to not get expensive dental work done here unless you are sure that you will be living in town and going to her practice for the foreseeable future.If this practice was customer centric they would have stood behind their work. I have records of consistent dental work and cleanings over 5 years. Guess there is always a loophole to get those $$$$

This was my first experience with Hayley (dental hygienist) and she is fantastic! (I was a long-time devoted client of Judy, who retired this summer).There was a time-consuming complication discovered during my appointment (a broken tooth) and Hayley worked through her lunch break to complete my cleaning, so that I did not have to return at a later date. This is above and beyond service! I highly recommend Dr. Lynn Jones and this entire office for their high level of skill and professionalism - Ive been a patient for 8+ years and know first-hand that they always work to put the patient first and provide the highest level of care possible.

Loved seeing Dr. McDonald!!! I highly recommend you go see her. She is super knowledgeable about what I needed and explained it to me so well... I’ve been to places where they don’t even look me in the eyes and they quickly diagnose and walk out but not her and I really love that. She sat down and had a conversation with me about my treatment and I could tell she really cared about me as a whole person. I also got to see Ali my hygienist and she did a very efficient job, love her!

I went to the dentist at 10 am and was there for two hours because after they put my bottom permanent teeth in they had to take it out again and put it back in again . I have implants. They said it was because the screw was stripped but they did it in about thirty minutes you think they would have checked the screw maybe it was too small to tell but I was a little put off by that. That is all! Otherwise Dr.Jones is an awesome dentist!

I chipped a couple of teeth chewing on the weekend and they made room for me on Monday to do two crown preps. There were originally no appointments available. They stayed until after 7pm to make sure I was taken care of. I am very appreciative of them making sure my teeth were properly cared for.

Dr. Jones and her team are amazing! I needed two dental implants where my upper laterals should be, so the implants and crowns needed to be perfect. Needless to say Im so glad I trusted my smile to Dr. Jones. She was great every step of the way! She was so patient with the anxiety I tend to get with more surgical type procedures but she took the time to walk me through the process which helped a lot. The dental assistants that saw me through this process were also amazing! Rachel was the assistant I had the most and she is just an absolute delight to work with. I seriously cant say enough nice things about her, she is just great. Melissa is the patient coordinator, and without her I probably would have given up on this process a long time ago. She helped me set up payment plans, get my appointments scheduled, and answered any of the weird questions I had. Katarina was also another assistant I saw somewhat regularly and she is super sweet too! I also get my teeth cleaned there and the hygienists are awesome as well. All in all while the process was longer than I had initially expected I am so glad I did it and that Dr.Jones and her team were the ones that helped me get there!

Dentist is a crook. They gave me a price over the phone. I got there they took 20 x rays which is unnecessary. A dentist usually takes 4 to 6 X-rays. Then they tell me I need a deep cleaning how come no other dentist ever told me I need a deep cleaning. She wanted 450 dollars. She’s a crook I walked out will never walk in again

The dentist is good, assistants are friendly. HOWEVER, I do have concern over their practice to prevent COVID-19 Spread. (1) they told me I can wait outside until its my turn, to minimize wait time. What happened is they told me to come in and I ended up waiting for 15 minutes in waiting area with other patients. (2) Some of their assistants/receptionist were not wearing mask! This is against governors order. (3) They are not enforcing mask wearing on patients! Almost 4 months into this pandemic I still see they are not 100% alerted. This made me worry about my next visit.

This is way over due!!! This place is my second home and Dr. Lynn Jones is my fairy god mother!! 🤗 She is a compassionate person and an amazing Dentist!! She changed my life...it has been 3 years since I had my beautiful Veneers done and they still look like brand new!! That’s how great she is, she took her time to make them look perfect!! It made a huge difference in my life!! The whole team is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed with smiles!! Another person that was Amazing was Melissa!! In the 3 years that I’ve been going there, they’ve gone through so many different dentists. The most recent dentist I saw is by far the worst. Unprofessional, pushy, and doesn’t seem to care about his patients. He didn’t introduce himself when he walked in, then within 5 minutes of meeting, he made a comment about the way I look. He told me what was wrong with my teeth and the treatment plan, but when I asked if other alternatives were possible, he shut me down immediately and didn’t bother to explain. I’m clearly no expert in dentistry and needed to rely on his expertise. I would have appreciated an explanation of the treatment and what led to my current teeth condition, so that I could stop doing whatever it is that I’m doing wrong before the actual treatment is scheduled. I won’t be going back to this place again. What a rude and unprofessional dentist they hired to represent them.

Just got some fillings done by Dr. Kemahl. Hes super awesome! He kept making sure that I was doing alright throughout the procedure and let me know what to expect at every step. He also took updated X rays before doing any fillings to make sure I really needed them - and he decided that two of my cavities got much better over the last 6 months (thanks to the awesome toothpaste Dr. Jones had prescribed)! I recommend him 100%!

4th time back and it was a pleasant experience for a dentist. Dr. Kemahli is pretty solid. They seem to be getting busier and due to covid restrictions you may have to wait 10 minutes or more just to leave at the end if there are too many people. On of the best things about this place is its also always easy to find parking and its close to a lot of shopping which can be convenient if you plan your day right ;)

Cleaning was fine, but then they were super aggressive and told me I needed 6 or 7 fillings for tiny spots they could barely point out to me... after complimenting how clean my teeth were several times... and wanted me to prepay for all those fillings upon scheduling the appointments.Took the same X Rays to another popular highly rated dentist that said I had a few tiny spots to keep an eye on, but didn’t want to do any fillings.

Nice experience here. I got my teeth deep cleaned and filled here, and now I do regular cleaning here as well. Doctor Jones took careful exams on my teeth and explained how I can make improvements. The filling was totally painless, nicest experience! My hygienists Emma and Ali were patient and friendly too, they did very good job on the cleaning and now my gums are much more improved.

Excellent team and treatment! I was neglectful over 7 years and hadnt gone to the dentist. When I did finally go to Dr. Jones for a cleaning they found 4 cavities.Today I had the cavities filled and the experience was quick and painless. I have started as their patient. So Far it was a great experience. I update my rating if I have any bad experience, but so far they have been on time regarding schedule, very professional in their work, and very nice in treatment and communication.Update: Actually after the first year I stopped going there and moved to elsewhere. There were Three major reasons:1) Unnecessary treatment ( Doctor Johns herself was my doctor, and she advised to fill almost all of my teeth! after doing a couple of them there, I went multiple other locations to double check, and they said it was not necessary).2) being very expensive, for the same service3) Called several times and talked to the secretary to get rough estimation. she said she will call me when they find out. I got no call I called back again and she said she will find out and let me know in few minutes. I never got back a call.Update2: The secretary called me and we had a chat over the issues I listed here. They have requested me to stop by the office and have my teeth checked for free to make sure the diagnosis was right/wrong and they apologized for not calling back regarding the quote. I consider it a nice customer service and bump up the review based on that.

Dr. Huang went above and beyond to care for me. During the snow storm he made sure he connected with me, and took care of everything, including work that others would usually do. His work was superb, only eclipsed by his care and warmth. Fantastic experience ..thank you Dr. Huang!

The whole experience is relaxing and at the same time very efficient. I was able to schedule two appointments for fillings just a week way from the semi-annual checkup. Dr. Eric is friendly, caring and professional. I didn’t even hurt when he did the anesthetic injection. The equipments at the clinic are also top of the line!

I got a horizontal wisdom teeth that grew into its neighbour and made a huge hole in it. Situations came that the teeth has to either get extracted or get a crowning after filling the big hole. Dr Elliot and Merci and Victoria made great effort saving the teeth. I had two visits and each visit took extra time compared with ordinary visits because of complexity of my teeth. The procedure completed very successfully and Im very grateful of their effort. Highly recommend.

When I first moved here in 1982 I was seeing Dr. Jones in Everett where she had her practice then. I immediately felt in good hands and her office staff was always so friendly and efficient. When she moved to do just cosmetic dentistry I found someone else and although they were good I was quick to move back to her when she opened her practice back up to general dentistry. Ali Wood is my hygienist and she is the best! So thorough and gentle. Dr. Jones continues to give me the best care I could ask for. Great office! Would highly recommend .

BEST DENTAL TEAM EVER! Im petrified of the dentist, and Dr. Jones and her team are remarkably professional, kind, and accommodating. They do beautiful work and I cannot recommend them highly enough! What can I say? Hands down the absolute best dentist Ive had the privilege of seeing. I had a very poor experience with a dentist in Belltown about 3 years ago and needed my two front crowns fixed. They were bulky, they didnt match, they werent white and worst of all-they caused an infection in my gums. I did my research and found Dr. Jones. She recommended a surgery to fix my gum issue and then made the most perfect temporary crowns Ive ever had. I had my finished crowns place last week and Im in disbelief. I no longer make little half smiles or try and cover my mouth with a subtle hand movement...my teeth look beautiful. Not only will you get first class service by Dr. Jones, but her team is incredible. They keep you comfortable, they keep you laughing, they make you feel important. I’ve been a loyal client of Lynn Jones for a couple of decades now and swear by the quality, expertise and attention to detail her office provides. Recently I had another great experience with my routine teeth cleaning. This wonderful hygienist Ali almost put me asleep with her precise and gentle manipulations. She purely has magic fingers. The hour I had spent at Lynn Jones’s office felt like a relaxing trip to a spa instead of a dentist visit.

Ali the hygienist was fantastic. She was very positive, patient, and kind. I had no pain during my cleaning. I also appreciated Sara the office assistant. She also played an important role in gentle encouragement and guidance. Dr. Sharma is also a patient and efficient provider. It was worth it to me to seek out this office.

I had a great experience with Dr. Mo. As a consultant, I travel Monday-Thursday, so the additional days/hours that Dr. Mo joining the team has allowed are extremely helpful for me. I recently had to have a couple cavities filled, and Dr. Mo was wonderful. His calm demeanor, kind words, and perfectionist style made for a pleasant experience. I could tell how much he values a solid work product and loved how he took his time and made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the process. Would definitely recommend this practice for dental work.

Communication is very poor and service is so so. The staff hygienist is always very polite and they do a great job. My dentist Dr. Yu left the practice and I was never notified which is very unprofessional as I was very happy with her. My wife’s orthodontist also left and she was never notified and his plan of care was changed by the practice and no one ever communicated that to us. Very unclear on insurance changes/billing. This practice needs to read “Good to Great” and step it up. Consider other options before settling.

Dr. Jones and her staff were all very helpful both times I went in this year. I hadnt been to the dentist in over a year due to moving an hour South from my previous dentist (you know...just hadnt gotten around to getting a new dentist, doctor, etc!). I was pretty nervous as I had to get several fillings and they all really helped calm me down, and made me feel comfortable. The whole process took much less time than they originally planned, so I was in and out relatively quickly, and in virtually no pain at all.Thanks Dr. Jones and your staff for the great experiences so far!

She cleaned my teeth and she took the time to walked me through steps of how to clean and protect my teeth, not just for myself but also my family.I met Dr. Lynn as well at the end of my cleaning and she explained what I needed done and what my options were.I was really impressed from all staff and never felt pushed or rushed in doing something I didnt understand or didnt want to do.I recommend Dr Lynns office to anyone.

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Lynn Jones since March 2005. She is by far the best dentist I have ever had. Her work is simply amazing. She employs the highest level of staff. Because she keeps my teeth in such great health, I usually work with her hygienist team. Each of them is spectacular. I have most experience with Judy; however, you will be in good hands with either.I highly recommend Dr. Lynn Jones and her team. The several people I have sent her as patients also highly recommend her.

Dr. Jones and her staff take time to answer any questions regarding my health issues. The staff reminds you by text, phone, and email when your appointment is scheduled. Her office is conveniently located in Bellevue Place next to the Hyatt Bellevue with easy underground parking.She and her time took very good care of my when I had to get my crown replaced. Dr. Jones uses only the best materials for crowns. Her staff remembers each patient by their name. Their billing department is always helpful handling insurance for any treatment.

Thorough cleaning. Very knowledgeable hygienist who had some great tips for remembering to floss or when to change toothbrush. Dr. Ilya spent a lot of time talking to me - more than any dentist in a while - and was genuinely interested in my teeths health. He asked a lot of questions which I appreciated. Great experience!

Dr. Huang is very patient and always helping me out. He makes me feel better and smile more. Front desk staff Jenny & Bailey are so sweet and welcoming. Outstanding service every visit. Thank you.

Friendly staff, great environment for sure. They needs to get the online patient forms working correctly as I had to fill out my personal information twice (once online before my appointment, and then once again once arrived in person). This caused a delayed and forced me to push some work meetings around, not the end of the world. I think once they get the online portion sorted it will be super smooth. Once in the system, Judy (the lady that cleaned my teeth) was fantastic. Dr. Jones came by to introduce herself and look over my x-rays. Was great to meet her and I feel like I will be in excellent hands!

Everyone at this office is simply amazing. Im a regular at the dentist, unfortunately, and I used to be an extremely nervous patient. Ive been going to this office for a few years now but even during the very first visit they put me at ease. As much as I would still rather be anywhere but the dentist, each and every one of the hygienists and doctors are incredibly friendly, calming and help me laugh my way through the appointment (truly!). Thanks to all of them for helping me get over my phobia of the dentist. I seriously cant recommend this dentist office enough!

I always have a wonderful experience when I go to the office of Dr. Lynn Jones Dentistry. The staff is amazing and Kelly is always there to welcome you in. Its always so clean and pleasant smelling, definitely not like any other dental office Ive been to before. Although Ive moved and the office is now 45 minutes away, no way am I switching dentists. Hands down, the best dentist Ive ever had. Even living on the east coast I still plan my trips back to the west around my dental appointments . I have a huge fear of dentists and Dr Jones is the only dental practice so far that has made me feel comfortable. Everyone takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions and is always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate my crazy schedule.

I love this place! The friendly staff makes the trip to the dentist fun and painless. I genuinely look forward to and enjoy my biannual visits with Ali; she’s the best hygienist around!

I just moved around Bellevue a few months ago and I need to find a new general dentist. I found this place online and wanted to give it a try. After two visits, I feel it is really a good place to get your dental service. The location is just in the middle of the Bellevue downtown and is very close to my apartment. They are all friendly and the place is very fancy, cozy, and nice. Dr. Mo is very professional and excellent. They even gave me a blank to put on when they knew I am still in the recovery after birth delivery. I also referred my husband to visit this place.

Ali the hygenist is awesome! She was really helpful with her cleaning advice. I always enjoy going to this dentistry as the staff is always down to earth but also professional. Keep up the good work!

I love this place! I have a major phobia of getting dental work done and I was at ease the whole time because of Ali and Dr. Huang. I already scheduled my next appointment and will be sure to recommend them to friends/family.

Im only giving this four stars for now as I never like going to a new dentist but the guy on the phone which had a helpful, if you are a new patient press one which I appreciated.Lets hope that their reputation is well earned as I had a phenomenal dentist for 35 years and now that hes retired I want a new one that has great chair side manner, highly skilled and accepts my insurance.#firstworldproblems

Update: after cleaning, I did a filling and my tooth still aches after a year!This review is with regard to my cleaning appointment with Barbara.Barbara is very attentive and knowledgable. She went over my dental concerns and gave me nice tips for my dental care. I had a pleasant experience working with Barbara.

She made me feel comfortable. Understood what I wanted, and was aware of my situation with past dentists. Gave me the best plan that fit my schedule and financial situation. Very kind. Great dentist.

Very professional and friendly. For cleanings they do a great job and get me in and out very quickly. They also made a great recommendation for an orthodontist where I finally got braces and now have a great smile. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lynn Jones office :-)
