I went to Payless Repair two times, one time to replace battery on my iPhone and another time to replace the battery on my MacAir. GREAT experience both times. So great to be able to talk directly to someone who was going to work on my devices, make an appointment on the same day, and get the repaired devices back on the same day. Raina was very cautious about jumping into conclusions about the problem being the battery (although that seemed most likely the case) and offered different solutions for me, if somehow the problem ended up being something else. Both times, she offered me time to observe the devices to make sure that the problem was resolved. She even sent a text to follow up with me. This places does not have bells and whistles -- it is a mom and pop shop that just does what it does well. But Raina conducts her business professionally with excellent customer service.

Great place to fix your phone! Raina helped me fix a faulty charging port for my galaxy s9+. She even went the extra mile to fix that back panel of the phone that was cracked. I was not going to have this fixed, but she was concerned that my camera would be damaged because the glass cover over the lens had broken off. I trusted her judgement and she offered me an excellent deal for the complete fix that cost less in total than I had been quoted at another shop just to fix the charging port. This was a few months ago, but I felt I should write a nice review for your quick and professional repair. Thanks Raina!

Went to get battery replaced and got home with faulty Audio IC so couldn’t make call went back they offer to pay half and take it somewhere else to repair but it got really damaged that needed to replace motherboard so end up with a brick and had to buy a new phone.

Highly recommend, my phone was screen and a bit of hardware was damaged and within a couple hours of being dropped off it was ready for pickup, there was a slight problem with the part installed (like came broken from the manufacturer, so not her fault) and after we contacted her she offered to fix it and even come pick up the phone. It took about 15 min to fix my cracked phone screen. Friendly and helpful staff. Lowest fee I found in Bellevue area too.20-day-after edit: New screen shattered again, at the first drop. Original screen endured much more abuse before shattering, suspect the glass part being used here is not as durable as OEM (Duh).

I dropped my older iPad off for a cracked glass screen, and it was done in about 45 minutes! She was knowledgable, professional and did an amazing job. The price ($69 flat) was great too; other places are advertising $100+. I also appreciated that she asked me if I really wanted to fix it (as it wasnt very bad), because older iPads cant be updated to the current iOs. Fixed the front screen and camera in under 30 minutes and I was back to being a respectable phone owner. I called in to two other local shops and this place had the lowest price for a screen replacement on an iPhone XS. They also got me in the same day I called. Repair took about 15 minutes and after 3 months now, it has worked fine, no issues.

If you need anything from camera replacement to screen replacement this place is it! They charge a fraction of the price that other places do and in fact do a better job than most places I have been to in the greater Seattle area. They use high quality parts and not the cheap stuff you guy in China for dirt cheap. The people that work here are awesome as well and professionals in what they do. My phone screen was so broken you could see the inside of it. One last spill onto carpet and my touch screen stopped working. I have visited the store today. The girl was quick and fast. She replaced my IPhone X lightning port under 30mins with reasonable price. Only drawback was waterproofing may not work anymore( I guess this is the same case with all the phone repairs in any location)

Terrible Place , Cheap yes but you will regret once you have a service through them . This place is a joke, they make it seems like it is cheap but when I replace the LCD screen they will give you free tempered glass , PLEASE SAY NO, they will put a smaller tempered glass that does not cover the whole screen.1 week after I changed my LCD screen through them for $85 , and when I drop it, the screen below the tempered glass cracked , and not a single crack on the tempered glass protector itselfThey are hoping I come back to them . But I will not recommend this place .Seriously this is a joke.My screen is shattered and my tempered glass is not even a single crack, as I can feel it with my nails . The LCD screen they put in is a very low quality screen. We have both me and my wife phone screen replaced I phone 6s and 8plus . Both also cracked once dropped .I will be spreading the word out of how this business is not a honest company . I work for a local news company and I could very well easily write a report on my experience on their newspaper . As this is SHADY business.Updated:I will not be coming back for the replacement, as this is how you get people to come back for cheaper replacements more then once .YOU SHALL NOT PUT A SMALLER TEMPERED GLASS ON THE LCD SCREEN AND WHEN THE PHONE DROPS THE LCD WILL GET CONTACT RATHER THEN THE TEMPERED GLASS. (The tempered glass protector is actually smaller then the actual LCD screen, and how can this be protected . There is not point for the tempered glass screen protector .I will be bringing my phone to others and I will also be writing a report regarding my experiences with your business in the local papers.Good luck ,PS, put the correct tempered glass that is meant for the correct model . Not s smaller glass.

So I took my phone and on the Groupon of the screen to be repaired. After the screen was repaired and I left the battery immediately had problems. I had a brand-new battery put in it from You break it I fix it and I just took it to Jet city repair Play said the last place to fix it put in a battery thats about to explode. You break it iFixit logged the serial number of the battery that was put in it! Long behold the serial numbers dont match. So these guys fix my screen and then put a bad battery in there that was set to explode! Havent gone in there to deal with them yet but I will!!
