I contacted Patrick and Leighsa after a bad experience with another realtor, they were at my house the very same evening to game plan what my wife and I wanted in our new home. We went out the very next day to look at houses. We were trying to decide and heard that the house we liked the most had an offer on it. The next day Patrick and Leighsa called to say that the other offer was not what the seller wanted and we had a chance IF WE WANTED IT. There was no pressure, there was no selling.
