I highly recommend Artisan Piano Services! I recently purchased a used grand piano and even though its in great condition it needed some work. My house is very humid and the action started to behave funny. I called Artisan Piano and they set me up with Josh who is extremely professional, friendly and competent. Josh came look at my piano and made some pin replacement for the keys that are too tight. He suggested having a humidity control system installed to help regulate my piano. On the second visit, he installed the system, made the action quieter and voiced my piano. Im very happy after the visit because everything works they way I wanted. Im a happy camper.

We used Artisan to evaluate our Steinway grand prior to purchasing. They were quick to schedule an appointment and did a thorough job.After purchasing I had them come out to tune, do a major cleaning and to adjust the sustain pedal. Again they came out in a timely manner and did a great job.Lastly the sustain pedal needed some additional adjustment and they came out and did that for free.I know have the piano of my dreams and the team to make sure it stays in top condition.Thank you Artisan Pianos!

I inherited a nearly 100-year-old Cable baby grand. Josh came out and did some restorative work on it when I first moved it to my home. Ive then had him tune it each year following. I recently had my 1907 Steinway upright serviced by Artisan, and I truly could not be happier with the results. The technician was Josh M, and he was prompt and supremely pleasant. He happily walked me through a minor needed repair, and was eager to answer any question I had about the process and my piano in general.I was honestly a bit uncertain about moving to a new tuner after my previous tuner retired, but I really had no need to worry--my piano plays and sounds better now than it ever has in the ten years Ive owned it.Highly recommended!

We have had him work on our piano before and, as always, he did a superb job.Artisan is easy to work with - you reach a human when you call and then receive email confirmations regarding your appointment. They are flexible with scheduling, punctual, professional, and they even have a cool looking company car!We highly recommend them for your piano tuning needs.

We have been using Artisan for Piano tuning service since last year. We found that it is very comfortable to deal with Artisan. They always try their best to find service time that works best for customers. They send out confirmation email right after the appointment is made, and also send reminding call on the service day, which is very thoughtful since it is so easy for people to forget an appointment that is scheduled a few months ago. We are also very happy with their service. Joshua h is the technician who helps us.

We have used Artisan Piano Services for a couple of years to tune our antique upright piano. It hadnt been tuned in many years when we got it. They were able to get it in tune with two tunings. They are wonderful craftsmen who have an incredible amount of knowledge about all types of pianos. We also had them repair a broken piece and it turned out very well.The technicians are polite and work very quickly. I think the best part is listening to them play a part of a song when they are done to double check the tuning.I highly recommend them for any piano tuning or repair needs you may have.

The technician was on time and very courteous from the time that he entered the door. He proceeded to tune the piano after asking if we had any issues which needed to be addressed prior to or during the tuning process.Upon completion, all questions were answered by the tuner and payment was accepted on the spot using his cell phone.Fast, on time, professional, courteous.
