There should really be a zero stars option for places like this. Do not expect to be treated like a human being here. At least not after your first couple of weeks from when you are accepted into the program. Oh yeah, just a heads up, they leave out A LOT of vital information in your first orientation meeting. They simply despise addicts. Seemingly, it has become acceptable behavior within their entire staff as a unit, to mistreat their patients. Im normally an extremely calm person. Those who know me best would tell you that it takes a whole lot to get me riled up. And if I do get upset enough to say something, I keep my comments to myself. Unless, I strongly believe that either myself or others are being, neglected, ignored, purposefully humiliated, laughed at, or receiving any other form of treatment that is unfair, cruel, or otherwise undeserved.

BEWARE: There are no advocates for clients. I have a clean, good record, over a year. You can be on ur best behavior but no one will listen to you. You are at their mercy. But dont dare to disagree.Theyll say your combative and know one will listen to you. Good record or not. Counselors can walk away from you in the middle of a sentence and completely blow you off but theyll make sure no witnesses. . If you do that, youll probably be kicked out.

It seemed really great at first... and I was really excited to finally be getting some help. But when I told my therapist I wanted to go to detox then she laughed in my face and told me that I was living in a fantasy land if I thought that I could just go to rehab and everything would be okay... then when I was trying to take a supervised UA the person view me mad comments that made me feel extremely uncomfortable... I tried to report this and got called a liar and ended up having my program terminated... don’t come here if you actually want to get clean and sober.

I worked there for nearly two years and for me it was a great experience working with the staff and having them share there knowledge and experience in the field. I also enjoyed interacting with the clients and hearing there stories. I wish nothing but the best for THS and the clients. Believe in yourself and anything is possible. SUSAN Doyle

Everyone at this place is AMAZING!! They treat addicts like people, a lot of places dont so its very wonderful to find a place with compassion that works!! Cannot say enough great things about this place!

Take my issues to team are you kidding. Ill only make myself a target more than i have with my last reviews. As i said, i have a good record. I was told if a person doesnt come to the clinic to dose counselies dont get paid. My counselor says oh just pass me in the hall to let me no ur ok, i assume its because i follow the rules. But i cant get carries for absolutely unrelated issues. One of the dispensary nurses figured out a way to fix it but my counselor refuses to take it to team for approval. This place is RACIST AGAINT ALL RACES. As i said, no client advocates. Your just a liar regardless of what my DOCTORS BLOODWORK PROVES.but my counselor wont take it to team.

The staff here are despicable individuals. Some rarely show up on time. Others refuse to do their job. Others are so blatantly disrespectful its amazing they are allowed to remain employed. These places are truly incredible. Theres no where else you can provide such terrible service and stay in business. These places are nothing but a money grab and nothing else.

One star out of five is still an overstatement in the quality of, care, this establishment subjects patients to.Attention THS patients, Evergreen Treatment Services offers you everything THS does but without treating you like garbage. Switch!

This is supposed to be a place 2 help u. With your life. And yet it doesnt feel like that a lot of times. When your making all the right moves in your life headed in the right direction you would expect to see some type of support. As the name is theraputic health services. I feel like I get next to none. Ive never been to a place where the staff where allowed to be so unprofessional rude. And unhelpful. That isnt to say every single person who works for ths is like this.... but about 80% of the employees.

You get what you Want and they teach techniques to do so. Easy and effective once you learn to get over yourself. I had a 5 year 600 mg/day oxycontin addiction. They gave me suboxone, tools, resources, knowledege and freedom. I live a life of Quality without narcotics or alcohol.

Very unprofessional lying, not carring, disrespectful staff at the dispensary desk except one guy that has a beard. The doctor is actually very cool guy.....Seems like those people (at the dispensary desk) think and really believe that somehow we are below them just because we have an addiction...... Ohh and on top of that they have a parking lot Nazi it feels like if she had a gun she would shoot you for parking on the wrong parking spot at 5:50 in the morning when Its raining so hard that you cannot see 5 in ahead of yourself and there is no one around and God forbid if you light up a cigarette 2 1/2 inches away from a smoking area then she will definitely go get a gun and shoot you next time you come......

Got told to move from sitting on the steps the only reason I was sitting there was because I was in line waiting for 30mins while someone did their intake paperwork an I have worked 112 plus hrs so u can imagine I was tired but funny part about that is that they didnt tell the (WHITE LADY) before me to move nope just me.Watch urself from the tall fat white lady with short sandy hair super tall looks like she has a hunch back.. ugh cant wait to leave this hell hole of racism also the white ladies will offer white kids snake but not colored... FYI.. crazy how half of these Dopefiend staff think there better then us...when we all know they to are ones too remember me today u Tommorow

Staff are two faced , they bend the rules, then punish you for to the point of taking away your doses. They should not be able to change the rules at thier discretion. Your doses are prescribed by the DR because we need them, so to take away are weekend caries we also loose the haliday Carry, Wich makes us go two days without are prescibed Medication. This should be Illegal to do , this forces us to self medicate, Wich is the purpose of the treatment to begin with.

Fun experience with Diana and Pedros group IOP...if u have to do iop..thats the place to be💯

Great amazing staff...except one of the ladies in the front office. .shes kind of rude at times..besides that though, so far so good. 👍 😋👍
