I have suffered from severe anxiety and panic attacks for many years. I have been under medical care for many years and I have taken almost every SSRI and Benzo to control my anxiety and panic attacks. I was very scared to try Ketamine as I was afraid of having a panic attack during the infusion. The staff at NW Ketamine answered all of my questions and did a in depth consultation with me after which time I decided to try the 6 Infusions. Today I just finished my 6th Infusion. Ketamine rebalanced my brain chemistry, by repairing neurons. These treatments literally saved my life. 1st treatment the thoughts of suicide disappeared. 2nd treatment I wasnt burdened by sadness. And I couldnt believe I was easily smiling and getting into tickle fights with my husband by my 3rd treatment. Ive been working in the Seattle and Bellevue Area since 2005. I have personally worked with the Northwest Ketamine Team for several years. I have been doing surgery and medicine starting in medical school in 1996. Over all of these years, this team is the best team Ive ever worked with. period. I have no reason to give this positive review other than to tell you what I honestly think. Over the past several years, this team is always on time and have managed my patients with impeccable care. The founder of this team is one of the nicest people Ive met. He is a great guy and my team loves him! He is honest, ethical, works well with everybody and is always responsive whenever we need him. Just the other day, we had a question for him about one of our patients and he was in our office in less than 20 minutes. He interrupted his day to address something for us. We told him he didnt have to come but he did anyway. We found the Northwest Ketamine clinic after trying everything to solve our teen’s severe anxiety and depression. Ive struggled with chronic fatigue for 16 years and have tried everything. Around my 4th treatment (of the 6 treatment plan) I started feeling productive. I didnt feel like I had more energy, but I saw things that needed to be done and just did them. Usually Im lucky to do 1 or 2 things a day, and all of a sudden I was doing 10 things and it wasnt wearing me out. Its the first thing in 16 years that has made any sort of difference and I am so grateful!The other thing that I really appreciate is the staff. Its been a long time since Ive talked to a Dr that didnt make me feel bad or wasnt judgmental. Allyn is really down to earth and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He truly wants to help people and you can tell.The procedure room is comfortable, they have a nice reclining chair and bring you a warm blanket. You are hooked up to a machine and monitored the whole time so the procedure is as safe as possible. You are able to listen to whatever music you want- the music really guides your journey so I recommend bringing a playlist or having an idea of what you want to listen to.Overall this has been one of the best experiences in my life. I leave feeling happy and the feeling lasts for a while. Stressors in life wear it down over time which is why the maintenance visits are so helpful. I had my first one and instantly felt productive again! I cant say enough good things about this process and this clinic, and look forward to seeing the improvements in my life. I highly recommend this for EVERYONE!

After 17 years of anxiety and depression, treated with the usual mixture of medications and therapy, I found out about ketamine while trying to find a different answer.From the first moment I interacted with Northwest Ketamine Clinics I knew I was in good hands. Cindy is so incredibly helpful and kind. Signing up for the initial six infusions was a snap. When ever I had a scheduling need, Cindy went out of her way to help.Allyn provided my first infusion. Before hand we spent about 30 minutes going over my medical history and talking through the infusion process. After that I was seated in one of the treatment rooms. During the infusion I was seated in a very comfortable recliner. Before hand youll get a warm blanket (totally needed, the ketamine makes you cold). Starting the IV is nearly painless as Allyn numbed the IV site.Once the infusion starts its best to just kick your feed back and listen to some music. I always bring my iPhone with Spotify, but if needed they have a tablet with a music selection and a set of really nice wireless headphones to use during the infusion.After the infusion I am normally VERY tired. It took me a bit to get my sea legs back. Once Im home I usually take a nap and go to bed early. By the next day the Im always feeling MUCH better.The results have been nothing short of a miracle. On a 1 to 10 scale with 1 being very depressed, before my first infusion I was between a 1 and a 2. The day after my first infusion that jumped to about a 6. After my 6th infusion I was a solid 9. Maybe its a 10. Honestly its been so long I dont know what being above a 5 really feels like.Cant state that enough. 17 years of depressive misery, gone in two weeks. Ive cried a couple times during this process because I didnt think results like this were every going to be possible. Its been so effective that I was able to drop two depression medications.The other staff member I need to say a big thanks to is C.C. Shes an amazing nurse. Very kind and welcoming. She remembers all the little things I like in the treatment room like the blanket, being able to see out the windows, having a small fan on. On the days when I went in for an infusion when I was feeling rough, I always got a big smile, a hug, and that instant reassurance that I was in a place where I could just drop my shoulders, get the infusion, and get to feeling better!Overall 5 stars doesnt do Northwest Ketamine Clinic any justice.
