If you are handicapped and need to flush the toilet more than once, stay at another hotel. I stayed here with my elderly parents over the weekend. We pre-paid for a handicapped room. When we checked into the room, I used the restroom and flushed the toilet. No water. I lifted the lid to the tank and there was no water in it. I contacted the front desk and he said he would “try” to fix it. I asked if we could be moved to another room if he couldn’t and he said they had nothing else. We left the room and the hotel for awhile, and came back. I was hopeful that the toilet would be fixed and it wasn’t. Thankfully, I know a little about toilets and so I tapped the fill valve and the water filled the tank. We stayed three nights and the toilet worked intermittently. Wow, I wonder if someone in a wheelchair would have been able to lift the lid to get the toilet to flush? Maybe they should have just not used the bathroom at all? Hotel manager, if you are reading this, here’s what you need to do in the future: if you’re maintenance person is not available, you owe it to a paying guest to call a plumber. Weekend or not, it shouldn’t matter. Call a plumber. We wouldn’t have booked a handicapped room if we didn’t need one. Also, there were a grand total of 2 carts to use for a hotel this size and people hoard them. The solution, provide more carts! Then there was the drape pull that fell off and the trash cans that were always full. My gosh, was this a Motel 6 that had the wrong name on the building?

At this time it seems they are short staffed.Daily housekeeping service is not offered due to an abundance of caution for Covid. I have left my trash outside of the room and housekeeping did pick it up each day. However, basic supplies like toilet paper requested through the front desk was not fulfilled. Additionally, I have requested stay over housekeeping on Sunday. It is now Thursday in the room has not been cleaned.The hotel needs to find amore efficient way to take care of the hotel rooms during this time.

This place was amazing! They really stepped it up for the community in need by providing a reasonable low rate for all have lost power here and no cancel fees and pets for free. Thank you, Courtyard management for helping everyone in need! Cleanliness was up there too. Highly recommend this place

Stayed there overnight after we attended a wedding. Gentleman who checked us in was wonderful. Believe he was the assistant general manager, great asset to your team.

This review isnt as much for the hotel itself and the stay as it is for the events team, Specifically their events manager, Allison!We are coming into town with 40 teenage girls for a softball tournament this weekend and Allison has been nothing short of awesome with helping us plan an extremely short notice dinner event for all of the girls. She has been SO responsive, made sure to communicate with me and my millions of questions within minutes of my emails and has just been an overall joy to work with!From my initial phone call with Allison, she had menus and pricing over to me within the hour, was really thorough with all that was included, set pricing expectations and just really made my life a thousand times easier.Shout out to you Allison!

So clean, so quiet, so well appointed. It’s lovely, and I feel really relaxed and at home. The room is clean, the lobby is not crazy busy, and the desk person was very sweet. Thank you for making the weekend so lovely!

Pretty good place to stay for the price. Our 4 person room only had 3 towels, and staff was a bit short in the late evening, but it was nice and clean with great amenities.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before and it was great and the reason we came back. But what a difference. No where in the website does it show there is no maid service. We are here for a week and just found out so we are taking our garbage downstairs to dispose of, no clean sheets or room cleanup. There is also no discount for this. Our family is here for our fathers funeral and would have booked somewhere else if we would have known this. The reason we have two stars is the front desk personnel is great.

Positive: The staff was friendly and helpful. Negative: The bed was too hard and the curved couch was very uncomfortable. We had to place pillows on the back to try to find a way to get comfortable. Whoever picked out the bed and the couch did not do their due diligence for comfort.

Rooms were very nice. The lobby smelled as if the sewer was backed up the whole time we were there.

Overall its a pretty nice venue. There was an odd odor throughout which they tried to remedy unsuccessfully.

Beautiful facility! ** Clean rooms.** Bathrooms were clean and no moldy corners. We were able to get right in at checkin time and service was very professional. We were there for an event at the attached Beardsmore Event Center. Very convenient! Close to Target and and restaurants. Beds were comfy, too! Id definitely stay here again! This is the worst Marriott I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at many. Do not stay here! Walls are paper thin. Management will do nothing outside of the valient effort by a night clerk to quell the noise at 3 AM to no avail. You will NOT sleep here.

I will be as objective as possible here and keep the drama out.Went to check in at 9:20 pm and was told at the front desk that a $50.00 charge for my dog would apply in addition to the room fee. I explained that I had specifically looked for a hotel in the area that was pet friendly but that did not charge extra for them. (Picture of pet policy attached) I said i would like to cancel the reservation then and find a hotel that did not have the charge. (Found 2)The very friendly young lady at the desk explained that I could pay the extra 50 if I wanted to stay or be charged the room rate if I wanted to leave; she had no authority to help.I called Marriott corporate to see if they would waive either the pet fee or the cancelation fee. They put me on hold and called the front desk. She explained that the hotel is owned by the Kinseth Hospitality Company and they have final say.The desk clerk called the property manager and they refused to waive either fee. They said it was my fault for not calling to verify if there would be a pet fee charged.Corporate had put me on hold while they spoke to the front desk. Fourty minutes into the hold and after the property managers decision, they disconnected the call.I chose to stay there that night due to the attitude of the clerk. The hotel and facilities are nice, though the TV did not work by the time we got into the room by 11:00 p.m.I understand that COVID policies have been devastating to many companies. Many companies have been forced to take extreme cost cutting measures to survive. What I find astonishing is that the very customer centric philosophy that made brands like Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt what they were, was nowhere to be found this night at Courtyard by Marriott Bellevue (Beardmore Convention Center).Sadly, lodging is once again a commodity in this new time; no reason to choose a big name for extra service.

I was not aware or notified by the staff there was not going to be any room service.No fresh towels, coffee, soap , etc.No water in fitness room?There really isn’t a bar or any real breakfast served.Paid a premium price for a premium hotel with poor service and a staff that blamed everything on COVID.The web site should explain the situation and be up front with the guests. And, you should also be notified upon arrival, which I wasn’t.Not a good experience.....

We arrived at a time when travel was not recommended due to the coronavirus pandemic. Because of this concern, we were unsure about the wisdom of our choice considering our last experience with a Marriott property. We were pleasantly surprised. When we arrived in our room, we found it in pristine condition. The room was very stylish and welcoming. Throughout our stay, our room was serviced each day and maintained the clean standard with which we had been greeted on our arrival. Since we were in Nebraska to celebrate our four-year-old granddaughter’s birthday, having the hotel feel clean and safe made our time with family relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you, Marriott!

Nice stop! Hotel took Covid precautions seriously. Room was super clean and very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Our room overlooked the courtyard, and there were people outside until well past 1am both nights being noisy. We could hear them on the 3rd floor which was a bit obnoxious, but otherwise nice stop.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very clean and well put together. Very modern. The bathrooms in the king room are all open so accommodate for that. Pools were clean and not too bad on smelling like chlorine. Lounge was also very comfortable. Food accommodations werent all that great though. They have a bistro but everything was slightly expensive and not really family friendly except their breakfast menu. They are located right next to Culvers and more eateries not far from the hotel so that help. Overall a great stay.

We were in town for a family graduation and stayed Friday and Saturday night. We were very happy with the extended Queen room! It was clean and very nicely decorated. We particularly liked that it was a corner room with plenty of floor space. I was a little disappointed that no stay over service was provided as in fresh towels, coffee supplies, garbage removal etc in the room. Maybe because of the Covid restrictions? But, overall the hotel was very nice and we will stay again!

Enjoying our week end stay. So many changes with Covid but feel comfortable and highly recommend. Room is beautiful. All staff are working hard to make their guests feel special.

Thank you to the Beardmore Event Center staff for hosting the Wedding Reception for our daughter and new son-in-law. The space was perfect. Food was awesome. Dance was fun. And the people worked hard to make sure things were going properly. The staff was easy to work with ahead of the event and also during the event. And with the Event Center just down the hall from the hotel rooms, it made for a convenient and safe end to the night. Would definitely use this location again if there is ever a need.

Im a titanium elite so Im used to staying at Marriott brand properties basically every week. This property is definitely the nicest looking courtyard Ive ever stayed at. Usually they are outdated but this one was very modern. The service was ok. The front desk folks were clearly new but they didnt have proper training on some things (like splitting the bill or knowing what benefits titanium elite folks get) the restaurant staff was split. Theres a young lady on a scooter who is absolutely so kind and zooming around to be accommodating. There was a different young lady with curly hair who put in the least amount of effort and frankly I didnt appreciate it. There was also a front desk staff member out of uniform which could have been for a variety of reasons but she had on pajamas and a hoodie and didnt look professional at all. I thought she was a guest behind the counter. She also had a foul body odor and it made be limit my interaction even though I had more questions. Overall, its a nice place but if I were an auditor (I used to work at le Meridien) the guest services staff would definitely be failing.

The place was disgusting to say the least. My family stayed for almost a whole week and noticed that they never cleaned the place once. They had to clean their entire room themselves prior to bringing any luggage in because of how disgusting it was. You would think there would be better care in the cleanliness of this hotel especially during COVID. 1 star was the lowest I could give but I would go much lower if I could. This hotel ruins the Marriott name.

Great stay. Clean room. Great front desk stuff. Even helped us to open our beers 😁. One thing you might want to consider - hotel is not too far from Offutt AFB and unless you cool seeing huge military jets flying by - its noisy when they fly by and they pretty low and fly at night too.

It wasnt clean at all!!!! Every garbage needed dumping, they were all over flowing. The elevators were never vacuumed the whole time we were there. We had to ask for towels, coffee, and reserve the hot tub. Never stay there again.

Absolutely perfect stay! From the check in, stay itself, and check out, everything was flawless. This place, like everyone, was hit hard because of the COVID 19 pandemic, but it did not disrupt the overall quality of the hotel. Some of you on this reviews site are extremely pretentious! Blaming a hotel for not having a restaurant open during a pandemic (state laws do prevent certain things!) or because they didnt let your stuck up family use the pool for an entire day just makes you look like a snotty jerk! Great job Courtyard!

A wonderful hotel that is pet friendly and has miles of green space all around it to exercise both you and your pets.

As I am not able to reply to your statement. The “pet” fee was not provided when we called and set up the reservation and provided documents of the service animal. And the pet was crated the location. The location stated we were not upfront about a pet although medical documentation was provided and the direct question was asked to your staff. Also no invoice was provided for the continuous charges which is against the law to just charge a card without notification. Stay here if you like horrible service and your card being charged without being provided accurate amounts or invoices.

Clean, big rooms, sparkling bathroom. No breakfast options, no nothing because of Covid, but we just wanted a nice room to sleep comfortably and this hotel has those rooms.

We checked in for a quick stay cation. We chose this hotel because of the amenities. None of which were offered because of the covid19 outbreak. Which would be fine if that were communicated to me. This was not. There were zero alternative options. We did not stay another night.

Really good place! Rooms were great! There is a nice sitting area and lounge including one outside around a fire pit that we spent most of our time at. I cant remember anything about the breakfast or even if they had one. The pool was good!

Beautiful lobby. We enjoyed the seating and had some cocktails during happy hour. Rooms were very spacious. Beds were pretty good. A little hard for my liking, but everybody slept well, so that was good. Housekeeping was prompt when we needed items. Overall the noise level was minimal. Decor was very nice. Pool was a little on the small side, but the kids had fun and it was well maintained. Disappointed there was no free breakfast. I love a hotel with a free breakfast. Im not sure wed stay again, but only for that reason. Overall a very nice hotel.

I stayed for 5 days at the hotel. The location was perfect for my needs. The access to the hotel and surrounding areas was easy. I loved the modern design of the room. I felt as if I was staying at a more expensive hotel. The room was cleaned almost every day that I was there (I slept in one day and it didnt get cleaned). The bed was too firm for my tastes, but everything else in the room was wonderful. The staff is friendly and the hotel was quiet even with a large wedding party staying there.

Nice stay. Room was clean. Check in process was quick. Bathroom was okay. The shower only had a half-length glass wall (kinda weird). Parking is good. Plenty of restaurants around to pick from. Easy access to the freeway for travel to and from the airport. Close to Offutt AFB for any business there.

The main reason I stayed at the Marriott is for the complimentary breakfast.....they contract a service to order food off a menu and you pay for what you order.

Great experience with this hotel. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was fantastic! Bed and seating were very comfortable. I was unable to try the bistro inside the hotel this trip due to my time restraints. I did take advantage of the fitness center inside the hotel. Cardio equipment inside fitness center was adequate for my needs but would have enjoyed using weight lifting equipment other than the free weights/dumbbells that were available. In All this was a wonderful experience and intend to book my next stay at this location if I have any other business in the Omaha area in the future.

I stayed at the Coourtyard in Omaha. quick check-in and out process. Comfortable stay. all was in working condition.If I could make a suggestion, I think it would be a nice bonus to have shuttle service from/to the airport.Also, it would be a nice geture to offer coffee and mini pastries in the lobby in the AM.My stay was most pleasant. People in this area are seriously kinder. I notesd this right away; your taff is no exception. Thank you!

Wonderful place to host events

The hotel was very nice and seemed new and fresh. The staff was very pleasant. The room was very comfortable and had a nice coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The lobby area is nicely decorated and has a nice bar and food area. The hotel is next door to a nice burger, salad and ice cream restaurant and is walkable. There is a 20 screen cinema directly across the road. There are 18 miles of paved walking, jogging, biking trails out behind the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

You need to experience this new hotel in the Bellevue area. Very modern, calming and clean atmosphere. Food offerings here are very wholesome, along with a nice bar area. Rooms are larger than most, have a fridge and microwave and a large bathroom with walk in shower. Nice!The location is ideal, near shopping, restaurants a theater across the street. Wonderful experience!

Wonderful stay while visiting a family member in the Service! The location was great, conveniently situated right near stores and restaurants and a luxury movie theater complex, and only 5 minutes from the nearest highway. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. The decor of the rooms and the entire facility were pleasing to the eye and modern and the overall environment offered a peaceful ambiance. Our room had more of a homelike atmosphere as opposed to the typical hotel room. There was a nice pool and hot tub, and a workout room, and although I didnt use them during my recent stay, it was nice to know they were available. There was a Starbucks on site and a cafe. Our group took advantage of the lovely patio with the cozy fire pit on a cool spring evening, and it was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of bridal dress/tuxedo shopping. The staff was very hospitable, as well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and would recommend it to anyone who would look for accommodations in the Bellevue area.

It’s a Courtyard so you know it will be nice. The staff is over and above when it comes to service! I have interacted with several staff members at the front desk, services and the bar, all were very friendly and helpful. The downside side is that the design and decor definitely went for fashion over function; the shower is cool but doesn’t keep the water in the shower and the room has a very disappointing refrigerator.

We spent a week here in June & loved it. It was during the covid thing so there was no breakfast, no restaurant, no lounge, and limited pool access and they were charging the same rate...I would have thought the rate would be knocked down a bit seeing most of what they offered was closed. But it was a nice place, friendly staff, clean, and quiet. We did enjoy the pool but you had to sign up for hour time slots because of covid...but that was better than closing it down completely. The whirlpool was broken. When we first got there our room was pretty warm and the AC was not cooling it down ...so I called the desk and I guess he had to hit something to make it work in our room...high tech stuff. From that point it worked and almost got too cold but if you turned the temp to 72 the heat would turn on so it was either be cold or turn heat on...no happy medium. Our other issue was figuring out how to get the fridge cold. There wasnt a knob like most fridges to make it colder or warmer. There was a button to make it cold but that was only meant to stay on for 2 hours. We just got that once and a while and it kept our drinks pretty cold. They have free WiFi but if you want better Wi-Fi for streaming movies or something you have to pay for better Wi-Fi. We watched movies on Netflix but every time the lips would become out of sync with the voices because we didnt pay extra for better Wi-Fi.Lastly no one told us at check in that because of covid you had to ask for housekeeping. The first day we got back to the room no one had been there to make beds or empty garbage or bring towels...and when I asked its because you have to request it. So I said tomorrow can they at least take our garbage and bring towels? They said no problem and thats what they did. So the next day I said the same thing to the guy at the desk. He said they cant do that and I would need to come down and get my own towels. But the next day when I asked for housekeeping to make our beds and the whole bit they did.Overall we did like our stay and would probably stay here again because it was a nice location and most of the staff was friendly. It was a little high but for a Marriott it wasnt too bad. The issues we had were minor and we had a nice time. I would recommend it.

Extremely beautiful hotel! Very nice rooms, service, and amenities!

The hotel staff was amazing, and the hotel was very clean. I loved the convenience of having a Starbucks in the lobby, but the service was subpar. I waited nearly 20 minutes for one drink while the baristas made drinks for those who ordered after me, and had conversations with each other and other customers. The air conditioning sucked, to say the least. During the day while I was active in the room, they worked great. At night; however, they would not stay on for more than five minutes. The room got extremely hot, which made sleep impossible.

The hotel provided outstanding service for the duration of my stay. The dining hours suited well for my work schedule and the room was very clean.The staff at the front desk was extremely professional during check in and check out. Will definitely stay here again during my next trip to Omaha !

Very nice

Recently I returned home to a family wedding ! I love to return to Nebraska (best people) Anyway the celebration was in the event room which is connected. This was kinda tricky as there is more than one so it’s kinda maze like.:( When I arrived there was no one at the desk but then a gentleman came out friendly and took care of my daughter and I so we could have close rooms. The room is nice and updated looks great. Very nice I might add . The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

The hotel is clean and very well maintained! The rooms are well organized and make great use of the space. What sets this hotel apart from many others Ive stayed in was the staff. The customer service was incredible. We were always greeted with a smile and a kind word, and they were very accommodating. I would rate the overall customer service experience as the best Ive had in over 20 years of traveling. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Greater Omaha area!

The conference room we used at the courtyard was very nice. We watched a few bands play at a gaming tournament and it was quite a good time. The staff was very friendly and accommodated our needs well. There was a lot of space so it never felt too crowded. The area was also very well kept. I would definitely go to an event there again.

I visited this location for a social gathering at the Beard more Event Center. The facility is very clean and well maintained. It is a high quality location for a large organizational event. We had hundreds and room to spare. Well staffed. I would recommend it.

Very clean!! The staff communicated very well. Even when we got there to find out the pool was closed for a bit because the pH balance was off, the pool caretaker was super kind and informative. Loved having the fresh new carpet smell in the stairwells as well. All areas were very well kept. We stayed to visit the Omaha Zoo and the drive was very quick and easy. Close to good food options as well. We will stay here again when we visit the zoo again.

I really liked this up-to-date Courtyard hotel. It was clean and organized. The housekeeping folks were nice and early and our room was always ready upon our return. The Starbucks was a nice touch and the food served from the Bistro was presented beautifully. However, one thing was a bit of a pain...it wasnt near any major restaurants or shopping centers that we could walk to. Mobile checkin made things a lot easier upon our arrival and the room was ready early. Thanks Marriott Courtyard Omaha Bellevue at Beardmore Event Center.

If you are going to do something, be the best at it. Make sure that the bed sizes are correct, if not then let the customer know and discount if needed. People usually dont need a king size bed and a queen will suffice but be honest about it. When a customer is checking in with a Friends and Family discount, mark the room as such and make sure that upon checkout that they are charged the correct rate. I dont know when hotel rooms started being built without bathtubs but when my wife gets away she wants to take a long hot bath to relax not a shower. If you are going to offer a bistro then you should make sure that it is staffed properly especially on a weekend that the hotel is booked solid.The building is new so everything was very clean and up to date. The fire pit in the back of the building is a great touch and faces a row of trees.There is a Culvers and a movie theater in the parking lot so it would be great for couples.

This place was really nice and had a bunch of cool architectural designs in the room. The bathroom was awesome but is also they only reason I cant give 5 stars. The shower head kinda sucked and the water pressure wasnt so great. Other than that, great hotel. I would recommend to others definitely!

The new Courtyard Omaha Bellevue at Beardmore Event Center is very nice. It is one of the only decent places to stay in the Bellevue area and is close to the AFB. The rooms are very modern and comfortable.My biggest complaint is that there was an awesome bistro with wine and beer and it was never open in the evening during my stay. I stayed there for the convenience of not having to leave the hotel to grab a glass of wine.

Excellent, brand new hotel. Beautiful, airy layout and the rooms are modern and well designed. The front desk staff and the cafe staff were pleasant and helpful. This is the only place I will stay in south Omaha.Stayed here a second time in Feb. 17 and the service continues to be exceptional. We sat outside at the fire pit with cocktails this time and that was fun.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed at the Courtyard in Bellevue for 3 nights. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The back patio area was very nice has lots of seating and a fire pit! The pool is not very big but my kids still enjoyed it. Rooms are very clean and modern design. Overall was a wonderful stay and I would recommmend this hotel.

Very clean, modern , polite staff. Pool is small, the room was nice. I had the suite. It was modern and airy . The reason I gave it a four is I thought the bed could of been more comfortable. It was a little hard. And no free breakfast . Over I would stay again it was a nice hotel
