Great place if you need to do laundry. The gentleman and his son working tonight were so friendly and polite. They were very helpful and did a great job cleaning and getting it ready for tomorrow.

This place is OUTSTANDING!!! Super clean and extremely easy to navigate. Signs are clearly labeled and machines are simple to use. Takes credit and debit cards and even Google Pay and Apple Pay. HIGHLY recommended!

Bill breaker was out of service and took my 20$, I posted a review and the owner immediately reached out and offered to come down from his papillon location to start some washers for me and get me my money back. Overall great service and the available sizes of machines make doing large amounts quickly extremely easy.

Use the facility on a Saturday needed customer service from the attendant but no attendant was in the building I think they unlock the doors at whatever time they open and come back and lock the doors when they close I’ve tried for the last week to call to speak with somebody about an issue I’ve stopped at the store three times in the past week there’s never an attendant there how can you have a laundry facility that does laundry if you don’t have an attendant to attend to yourSuper disappointed in the hole customer service or better yet lack of customer service and the experience with the facility

We are a family of 6 and our laundry backs up very quickly. I absolutely love that I can come to this place and do 11 hampers full of laundry is about 2 hours because the have the extra large washers and dryers that can handle 10 loads of laundry at a time. They have plenty of machines, small, medium, large and extra large!! Super Convenient! Friendly Staff! I would highly recommend coming here!!!!

This is honestly the cleanest and most well kept laundry mat I’ve ever been too. The employees are always super nice and nothing is ever broken. There’s also a ton of washers and dryers and chairs and things to do while you wait for your laundry.

Live in the area and it’s very clean and up to date appliances. Very family friendly arcade games for kids. Very big and spacious washer and dryers. Haven’t seen any bigger in Omaha area. Plenty washers and dryers. Not to costly as far as you definitely get what your paying for. Has signs so points out info about what and where you need. The owners very customer friendly oriented. Highly recommended.

Normally go to anytime laundry down the street to do my laundry but decided to change up and do my laundry at laundry world first let’s start by recognizing how clean the facility is. Second I was unaware that they got new machines that you use a card on. I had change the kind attendant their exchange my currency so I can use the machine. Reasonable prices plus they have a huge machine that you can wash 3 loads in at once. Will be doing my laundry here from now on.

Really customer service oriented employees. I showed up expecting to be able to pay in quarters when I was informed that the machines dont take that. He offered to start the machines for me with a card and I paid him directly. He also made sure to let me know how to go about getting a card for next time. They go above and beyond there and are all around just very nice and accommodating.

Absolute best service in town and cleanest facility in a laundromat been having sick kids so I had to wash lots of laundry decided to try it out one night and it’s been working out ever since and the attendant there has helped us out a lot. 10/10 would recommend .

I use the facility every once in awhile and have never seen it dirty. Very well kept. One time I used a machine to wash my pillows, one weakened and shredded fuzz all over the inside of the washer. Todd, the owner was very gracious and assisted in cleaning, and even paid for a free wash/rinse and drying load! Neat atmosphere and more spacious with the recent upgrade. Will come back for sure.

Have been doing my laundry here for a while. It’s clean and the employees are friendly. I also love how they have an option to use your debit/credit card rather than quarters, it makes everything so much more convenient.

Nice atmosphere. This was our first time here and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by a friendly man who accommodated us since we only had quarters. He also answered any questions we had and helped us figure out how everything worked. Will definitely come again!

This is my second time washing here and I just love it. I was new to using a card to wash and Dan was so informative explaining how it works he was kind patient and provided great customer service to me I will definitely come back I noticed he cleaned with sanitizer the tables which is great I love that its clean and the washers and dryers work great.

Very clean, lots of machines of all sizes, and extremely helpful staff. My debit card wasnt reading AND the bill break machine was out of bills so I was a little stuck. But a very helpful gentleman used his own card to get my laundry running.

I used this place to wash my king size comforters but since my town has a water restriction in place I use this place for everything now. Its very nice place and I can get everything done under 2 hours. I dont have to deal with bags of quarters. Debit machines are great a plus wide variety of machines no matter how small or big your loads are

Yes I love this laundry mat! I myself was going to a different one until I came across laundry world and entered inside the doors and felt like I was at home! Very cleanly, very respectful, very professional, and worth the money. They care alot about their customers and in making sure they are satisfied. Ive never seen a place as clean and sanitized as this laundry mat. Their washers and dryers come in all sizes and for a great price and even take debit/credit cards if need be. The staff and owners here are great! You can tell they actually care about their patrons! They keep the place extremely clean, are welcoming, helpful and friendly. I prefer this place over the other one nearby because its always sparkling clean and you wont find people sleeping on the benches. There isnt any riff just hanging out to watch tv as loud as possible like they are at home and if you need anything they are always willing to do what the can and then some! Great place to go when doing your wash.

This is the best laundromat HANDS DOWN! The best customer service ive received in a long time, Dan is one of the nicest down to earth people Ive come across in a long time. Not sure if hes the manager or what not but he makes sure the places looks and runs good everytime Ive been there. The atmosphere is like a home away from home. Its clean theres snack machines, games, and multiple TVs with remote access . Along with the huge washers and dryers. Makes doing laundry 10x more convenient and I enjoy my time!

We relocated two kids from San Diego to Bellevue for college and needed to introduce them to the laundromat! We were blessed to walk into the clean and efficient Laundry World facilities. We loved using the smart card and the dryers only required one cycle. We made a mistake and accidentally charged our smart card for 8.50 and when I texted the number I was surprised by the immediate response and was refunded immediately. My kids loved the experience! Happy washing!

Weve been coming here for the last six months because its clean, the machines are kept up well, and the people that run the place are very friendly. They also have a huge selection of different sized washers & dryers and run deals all the time to save you money. My favorite feature is the laundry card. You dont have to worry about carrying around a bunch of quarters and they reward you $2 for every $20 you load onto the card.

This place is always kept so clean & the attendants are always so pleasant, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Convenient, economical and clean. The facilities are very clean and I feel safe there. The large machines are very convenient for large items like rugs. They have all that I need when I need to do season cleanups.

Only place I go. They have about 5 TVs that you can watch at your discretion w/ plenty of seats. And free WIFI. Great place to get homework done while you wait for your clothes. Place is pretty reasonable on prices.

Clean, very well cared for laundromat. Fairly priced, lots of BIG washers for your multi-loads or just your big bedspread etc. Room for 2 tractor trailers, but it would be better to just bob tail here. Close to Wally World for your next stop. 😊

Moved to a house without laundry hook up after going to many other places this is the cleanest on I have found! I had an issue tonight with a few of the machines and they made it right and corrected the problem right away! I will be back

This place is awesome. We travel from south of Offitt just to use this facility. It’s clean. All equipment is new and works well. They have ultra big washers and dryers as well which is nice when you have big loads or blankets etc to washThe best thing for me is safety. This laundromat is amazing. They use a CardMate laundry card or your credit/debit card to pay, no quarters. They have a large selection of 2-8 load washers and even bigger dryers. (Biggest is a 12 load dryer) There are also vending machines for laundry products such as detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets. Food vending machines also available. I definitely recommend this laundromat.

This is by far the best laundry facility in Bellevue. Clean, bright, safe, and everything works. Plus lots of extras to keep everyone busy while they do their laundry.

Very clean, lots of really big machines. Up to 6 load washers and dryers. Takes credit cards or cash can be put onto a machine card. Has 2 TVs and soda and candy machines. AC does a decent job of keeping up with all the humidity.

The washers and dryers are very clean they have the huge ones my parents have been through the flood and this place was great for her quilts that she had to wash. The night cleaning guy was geat knowing how tired we were he helped us get the bins out of her car to bring them in to was. It is a very clean and well keep up facility. With being on a water issue in plattsmouth I will be bring my laundry here to do to.
