Beautiful and clean place, amazing job, very nice and professional staff.They’re pretty flexible with appointments.Mackenzie is the girl that I mostly get my treatments from her. She does an excellent job and I’m super happy with her. She is always fun and polite and does a great job, she pays lots of attention to details and I appreciate that. There’s also another amazing girl named Rubye that does sometimes my treatments, she is also very knowledgeable and does a great job .I’m supper pleased I chose this place, cause they’re all very professional and give you the best satisfaction.I recommend everyone.

As a black woman I am always self conscious at an all white facility but the facility looked cute so I signed up for treatment. I am an international conflict analysts and after a couple of treatments at the bellevue location a war broke out in my home country Ethiopia, I had to travel to Sudan to help refugees coming in from Tigray ( where my family is from). This whole thing has been so traumatic and the way these people have responded infuriated me. It may be displaced anger so you be the judge. I asked to cancel the treatment plan and get a refund considering I am in a war zone with a possibility of me losing my life! but I was denied. I then asked for the store credit to be used to get sunscreens to have my ex send it to me in Khartoum also denied I guess cuz it has been over two weeks and I still havent heard back. I feel petty leaving this review using a unhcr wifi connection but Im just tired of white people stealing money from us for not doing anything, using systems like polices to reenforce their white privilege. Im probably never going to see my $1K again and I thought I should make sure that Black People in WA know who they dealing with!

I had my brazilian laser hair removal treatment done by Rubye and am an extremely satisfied customer! More than 95% of my hair isnt growing back at all and Rubye makes the appointments quick, easy, and very comfortable. I have had laser hair removal with other types of lasers and the one she used actually hurt significantly less than those that Ive experienced previously. To me, the laser hurts less than a wax. In my opinion, laser is absolutely worth the cost! Considering waxes are $70+ and you have to get them every 6ish weeks, this will actually save me money (and so much time!) in the long run. I also no longer have to deal with the pain of waxing and dealing with ingrown hairs! Great salon, great service - highly recommend!

I love coming to Kucumber Skin Lounge. Every time I come, I leave relaxed and taken care of. My appointments are always with Karen and I always leave excited for my next treatment. She takes the time to explain what she’s doing and answers all of my questions. While conversation is always good, she also knows when I’d like to just relax quietly and enjoy the experience. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

I was attended by Holly who as always was very professional and caring. She understands very well clients needs especially when it comes to a less comfortable procedure. She made sure I was warm enough and offered me what I needed to rest my injured knee. She explained step by step what she was doing and what I should expect helping me relax and be less apprehensive.

The people here are the best! The owner is friendly and knowledgeable about how to improve your skin. The facial I received was so relaxing and refreshing, I didnt want to leave! The lounge is clean and smells wonderful all the time. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment here. You wont regret it!

Everyone is very nice and accommodating. Everything is explained to me so I understand whats going on.

Ive been going there off and on for years which should automatically illicit 5 stars in theory (for length of time) but since great botox injectors are few and far between and the fact that they are not shy with over the top sales tactics, lends them 3 stars at best. However, they do offer champagne on some Saturdays and their locations (especially Bellevue) are very clean. I am still on the fence about whether the fact that they send me personal text messages about specials is desperate or good customer service. Either way, worth a try.

Absolute waste of money and time i saw Dr Leyla she did fillers in my nasolabial folds.It was all gone within a week. I had severe bruising and the most painful and uncomfortable experience.i also know the Dentist is sanctioned and i will not return and do not recommend this place at all.
