I think this janitorial business is great. Very organized and is managed professionally. The pay is ok but the medical insurance is better. Id work for this company again for sure.

I filed a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General (Complaint #: 559837--can be accessed publicly) regarding a wallet with $1,100 that disappeared from Swedishs Queen Anne medical clinic. According to Swedish, Alliance Building Services was the last party in the room. Furthermore, Alliance Building Services refused even to either respond to my phone call or provide its bonding company information. As it turns out, and I now am writing this several days later than what appears above, Alliance finally responded to the Washington State Attorney General on the exact day I posted my review. Still, even in its response, it sidesteps providing its bonding company information while denying everything.

I had to give them one star. If there was a way to give them less. I would. This place is all about using you for as long as possible and on to next.
