I called several different companies before finding Grade Us. All of the others wanted to sell add ons and had plans that started out above $400/month. Grade Us offers exactly what we want at very reasaonble cost. Also, Jackie was extremely helpful. I called without notice on Friday and she eseentially went thru what probably amounts to their onboarding process. Highly recommend Grade Us and Jackie.

Just signed up for my 2 week free trial of this product. So far so good. I look forward to trying it out and subscribing to it.

The demo I received was very well put together and I learned a lot in a short amount of time. Anthony did a great job of sticking within our half hour timeframe, answered all of my questions, and overall, gave me an impactful demo.

I recently made the switch to Grade.us from Reputation Loop. I was really nervous about it because Ive been on Rep Loop for a long time and I really really dont like change. Furthermore the owner of Rep Loop misguided us for months, so I was also just down right angry.I finally made the switch because I figured at this point I have nothing to lose and I wish I had switched earlier. The site is way better, offers more features and the support has been great. Both support people I talked to walked me through my concerns, showed me the new features and even followed up to ask if I had any questions. I cant wait to see what else this platform can do! They even offer office hours for any questions I have where you get to talk to a live rep.

It’s a great platform to implement into a business to receive positive reviews. They are reasonably priced too.

Great software for collecting reviews from your customers, its raised our rating quite a bit and weve only been using it for a month or so. I highly recommend.

Runs good informative webinars. I attended one today on review fraud and tactics and strategy for fighting them and found it very informative.

Grade US bought out Reputation Loop and the merge over process has been a nightmare. It started off by GRADE US emailing my client, a prorated bill, that should have gone to me. I reported it and then they still continued to bill my client. Tech Support had no idea to stop it, so they told me to delete his email address. SERIOUSLY. Nov 1st, I will be billed AGAIN and I suspect that too will be wrong. Moving over to GRADEUS, I was promised the features & benefits would be the same, but better. Grade US does not offer a desktop link for clients, email marketing campaigns, local review directory, cell phone app and requires me to enter the review requests on behalf of my clients. While on boarding my clients, I sent the email with their token so they can set up their access and it sent out the wrong token to EVERY CLIENT. I realize this is to be expected when you merge companies, except that you would think a software company that promotes a positive experience would be better. GRADE US Prices are three times what I was paying and getting 1/3 of the features. I am not happy and very disappointed because I feel like I have really let my customers down. My clients trusted me to handle this so they would not lose their internal reviews and that I selected the best company. I trusted Reputation loop, but Grade US has failed thus far. I probably will refund my clients money and just go with a more reliable company like Birdseye, or YEXT. I really had high hopes, since Reputation Loop promised me for months, sticking with them was the right choice. I feel deceived and heart broken for my clients. I really hope the founders of Reputation Loop enjoy the profit they made by selling the company, but they really screwed their customers by this total cluster with Grade us. I have included screen shots showing the info submitted is correct and yet the wrong client access is being sent out by Grade US. Imagine if your client had access to another clients private info. Does HIPPA still apply? Grade US sends out canned response emails and today is day 3 with the same issue. The biggest problem is GRADE US has forgotten their business premise is about REVIEWS, Customer Service and monitoring Consumers
