I had a deep cleaning done by Rain City Maids, and it was a really great experience. Everyone who came was professional, efficient, thorough and friendly. They arrived promptly and the apartment was left even cleaner than when we moved in! Ill certainly be scheduling regular cleanings with them after this for some time.

The office scheduled less time than I needed but the housekeeper they sent, Elizabeth, was so fast and thorough. I have used the service for well over a year off and on and I feel they do a satisfactory job.

I just received my first cleaning, the deep clean option and they did great. A two person team arrived around 7:45am and stated unloading all their item. They knocked on my door, wearing masks, at 8am on the dot! Their arrival window was 8-9am. They were very friendly and liked dogs which was a plus because I have two :) attention to detail was paid and I came home from work to very clean house that smelled wonderful! The team was considerate and I felt very comfortable having them in my home especially during Covid.

Weve had an ongoing maid service now for about a month and a half, so I felt it was a good time to weigh in!Were not particularly dirty people (at least, Ive been places that are way worse) - we dont like to sweep/mop weekly, the bathroom is scrubbed when it looks dirty, the dishes are kept clean - but things can get cluttered, or cat hair (and my hair) can add up and roll around like tumbleweeds on any errant breeze. So when we had a friend temporarily move in between leases, she suggested we get a maid, and we all went in on it.Its incredible, honestly. They always arrive on time, theyre always friendly and warm. We stay out of the way and just huddle in our rooms (me keeping the cats out of the way) so that they can work uninterrupted. I dont know how they do it so quickly or so easily, like, I swear, doing even just one room takes me 5 hours and exhausts me, but two ladies can get 4 rooms and a hallway done in an hour and a half and make it look a hundred times better than I ever could. Everything is so shiny and clean and smells fresh and beautiful. The long-term roommate whos a bit of a grouch and actively complained about getting a maid even stared wide-eyed at the microwave after the first time and said: It looks brand new, I dont think I can use this. This is amazing.I recommend the team whole-heartedly for the future. Theyre great and do an amazing job!

After hearing me complain about how hard it has been for me to clean since my car accident, another disabled friend told me to hire a cleaning service and shed help me with the cost. I did some on-line searching and read reviews and selected Rain City Maids. Due to the current pandemic, I was nervous about having a crew come into my house but they reassured me they wear masks and take all precautions.The two cleaners, Alex and Kerstin, arrived on time and were very pleasant. I was able to easily keep working from home while they cleaned. And last but not least - THEY DID AN AWECOME JOB! Thank you for all the hard work! I know the bathroom is hard to clean. They also offered some helpful suggestions and a check list at the end.I am very thankful, and already planning to hire them again.

Were having a baby soon and have been in hyper cleaning/nesting mode. We hired Rain City Maids to come out and do a deep cleaning of our condo and they did an amazing job. Everything was dusted in detail, smells clean, looks sparkling clean and they even put clean sheets on the beds. They showed up on time and got the job done in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of work and will definitely be using them again.

Lori, her supervisor, visited to make sure the job was done to their high standards. As well, Elizabeth left us a check list of what she had done.I highly recommend Rain City Maids.

Excellent job all around. The team arrived promptly and was very thorough in covering my 1000sf apartment. When a very small issue was noticed the next morning, a supervisor was immediately sent back out to address the issue at no charge to me. Would definitely use Rain City again!

My wife was rushed to the hospital for two difficult surgeries. A few days before she was allowed to come home I called Rain City Maids desperate to get a deep clean before she came home. I called on 12/31 and On 1/2 they were there exactly on time. They looked and were extremely professional and meticulous They did a spectacular job, and will be setting up a bi-monthly schedule. I cant recommend any company any more than choosing to reuse them.

We used Rain City Maids for the first time on 9/4. Two cleaning ladies rrived on time, and were easy to work with. Towards the end of the job, third lady came and did quality check. My kitchen and bathrooms were cleaner than ever! ^__^
