The Pure Barre Bellevue team is by far one of the best in the boutique fitness industry. From the second you walk in everyone is super friendly and ready to assist you. All the instructors know your name and they know how to challenge you on your own terms. The workout is absolutely incredible and I’ve seen so much improvement to my body composition and overall strength. Yes the first few classes may be a little difficult but after your 5th you’ll catch your stride and begin to see changes in your body.

Pure Barre definitely knows how to get you sweating without heavy and strenuous movements. The movements are focused and bring attention to key areas of your body to give you a total body workout. If youre looking to tone your thighs, arms and burn fat, this is a class youll have to take. Even as a guy, you can get a lot out of it and believe me, youll feel the burn. Plus, the music and studio space is great!

Great and intense workout for ab, legs and arms toning and core strengthening. The instructor was nice and led a very organized yet fun and energetic routine combo that invokes different muscle groups for a full body workout. The gym was very clean with nice equipments.

When I first went into Pure Barre, I thought Id have it made because Ive done ballet before. Oh I know how hard barre is. I can suck it up and do this and make it look easy. Ha. Wrong. My muscles were violently shaking while this possibly evil woman told me, Embrace the shake! That means youre building long lean muscles! What she didnt tell me was, Youve just made enemies with stairs. Do you know how many stairs are in Bellevue? Too many.A year and a bit later and Im still attempting to embrace the shake and fight stairs. My core is stronger, my arms leaner and stronger, my butt actually fits in skinny jeans, but Pure Barre does not get easier. Up an inch, down an inch, and sink into this position a little more are two of my most hated phrases on Earth but they seem to work some major magic as I always leave the class in a better mood than I arrived.

The toughest barre class in my opinion. The time goes fast. Lots of classes at great times like later in the evening and weekend afternoons.

Great work out program, friendly staff, parking is not an issue. I dont recommend this program to people who have not worked out in a long time (like...10 + years) to try this for the first time though. It might be discouraging... i do wish they have a water station to let people fill up/get some water...

I had a wonderful time working out here. As a dancer, I could really see the how much this workout could impact my dancing and my strength. Sammi, our instructor, was extremely helpful and kept the energy going throughout the hour. While I had difficulty with a lot of the routines, I knew that a few more sessions would get me up to speed and really get me to enjoy the workout rather than focus on the pain. As a student on a budget though, the price of all their sessions keeps me from immediately signing up. I wish they had student prices and they could definitely get a lot of people coming especially since they have a location in Seattle so close to UW! I surely recommend it for those who have the money for it. :)

Great workout, friendly staff. Free parking in the structure below the building. Entrance is actually located outside in the plaza area. Not accessible from the sidewalk on 112th or 8th.
