Awesome Awesome customer Service! Joe was extremely patient and understanding of our lack of knowledge. We had one device that unfortunately didnt work and they were speedy to replace and accommodate our needs beyond expectations. The delivery driver, I wish I knew his name, was very kind and diligent to ensure we were happy as well. Highly highly recommend using R&R over any big box store around!

I was blown away by the customer service at R & R Rentals in Bellevue today. They fixed my chainsaw in less than 20 minutes for free and gave me a lesson on how to fix the problem on my own next time it happens. Hands down the best service I have ever received. Prior to coming here I contacted 5 different repair shops all quoting 5 - 6 weeks to get anything fixed or looked at because Spring is here..... Blah Blah Blah....I am incredibly thankful that they were willing to help me without trying to hose me with labor costs even though I was ready and willing to pay.Thank you to the fellas that took the time to help me out. I appreciate you and my business is yours.

If I could give more stars, I would. I came in to buy cord for a nearly broken pull start, and without hesitation they fixed it for me and showed me how to do it. Didn’t catch the name of person who helped me, but he was very knowledgeable and nice. Highly recommend!!

He offered me a free rental to try to make up for my experience. I very much appreciated the call. That is how business should be done.

I rented from R&R after a bad experience with Home Depot. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and the equipment first rate. Highly recommended

Very helpful staff. I needed a fuel line for my Stihl saw and they found there were several styles for my model. They took the time to find the correct one before ordering it. I appreciate their dedication to service.

Use these guys and save yourself from Home Depot frustration. Theyre friendly, know the equipment, are typically less expensive, and the paperwork is 1 page. There are times when Ive had to rent from Home Depot and it just reinforces why RR Rentals is my first choice (and I refer them to people waiting in painfully slow lines at Home Depot).

Extremely ambivalent to any needs but the financial needs of the owners. Service techs are hacks who are not qualified to work on Stihl products. Extremely racist manager Joe Hughes can be heard making fun of Indian customers by mocking their accents, talking about the disgusting face of the American native, asking African Americans if their African names are real names, among the other derogatory, eccentric and ultimately disturbing comments made by this cretin. His ethics and morality are comparable in condition to his front teeth, one of which is split right down the middle. Good on you for providing such great service with such genuine and respectable associates!

I used R&R Rentals for the first time on Saturday after using Eastside Rentals (no longer in business) for years. I rented a dethatcher and an aerator, and found the staff to be very helpful, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely be back.

If I could leave a minus star I would! The first experience was fine the last two times I rented and returned the tools both the lady and the man working there were rude AF! Needless to say they wont be getting my business again!
