I am a current employee at Darn Dependable. I have been with the company for over a year and it’s been great! We are like a big family. Everyone is friendly, and help out anyway they can to make the job easier.We see the owners on a daily basis. They are very involved with the business their door is always open if any of us have a problem we all know we can go to them and they will do whatever they can to get it resolved.Darn Dependable is a great place to work!

This small company works very hard to make their clients happy. If they miss the mark they make up for it! They also care deeply about the staff. They listen to new ideas and respect the staff’s opinions. They are committed to growing their business and they want the employees to grow with them.

Sue the owner lacks professionalism and basic respect for her clients and her employees. There is a well-established history of paychecks bouncing as well as the owner spending company funds on personal projects. Employee training is nigh-nonexistent and the quality of work suffers because of this. Would not recommend using the service OR working for the company; as it stands, there should be a legal investigation of the blatant embezzlement and rampant disrespect in the company.

Trust the reviews! This is the WORST company. They are completely unorganized, lack all sorts of communication, and no call no show on several occasions. The employees are UNPROFESSIONAL like no other. They used broken equipment and never once cleaned to reasonable standards. Not to mention, they STOLE from our residents. (This is caught on camera). NEVER HIRE THEM.

I hire a cleaning company to clean. I was told be out of the house by friday, there is no furniture or personal belongings left in the house. Basically I didnt have time to clean otherwise I wouldnt hire cleaners. I get a phone call telling me there is stuff left in the house impossible to clean around. There is NO FURNITURE. There is just stuff to throw away, I have no time to deal with this bs and it comes with the threat of 75 dollars more for not being out of the house. There is no reason they cannot throw away trash and clean. After all of the furniture and clothes are out there should be no reason for me going back into this house. I didnt hire cleaners so I would have to go back and clean for them.

Had to move part of my business, quickly, to a vacant bay that had not yet been cleaned since the previous occupants vacated. Booking with Darn Dependable was easy. The team arrived on time and was very professional. I am completely satisfied with their work.

No stars. Will never use this service again. The employees are tweekers....so they smoke cigarettes and meth in your home and business. They also brake or steal items Owner doesnt care. Its the worse cleaning company Ive ever seen.

Worst service I’ve ever received. Customer service is horrible. If they call it’s to either tell you to do something or to tell you that you’re in the wrong about an issue you have. We are PCSING. They had 3 days of an empty house to clean which was our 3 bedroom basehousing. Which wasn’t even that big nor horribly dirty. They made us rent a hotel room because we would be in there way. Yet they were only at our house about 4 hours a day. While we were wasting money hoping the house would be spotless, we would check in during nights and the house wasn’t even touched. I do give them credit on the bathrooms and the kitchen oven. Other than that I would NEVER spend $500+ dollars on an unreliable company. The workers were laughing and eating mcds the first time I saw them. About 5 people at the house at a time. Another thing that bothered me, I told Sue I was getting the Uhaul for our house at 10:30am the day they were suppose to start the service (keep in mind that means we have to load the truck or we will be charged from her company for being in the way) seeming as if they understood the situation, they arrived at 10:45am that day.

Its I can give this no stars I would. Hmmmmmm where should I start first off this last has employees including team leads who smoke Marijuana in the clients house even on base houses and hasnt done anything about it. Second she never has money in her account to pay her employees for instance they got paid Friday and its here Tuesday ​and they still cant cash them. She has employees who gotten hurt on the clock and wont turn it in to workmans comp because she doesnt want her insurance to go up. She just got back from Mexico and left her animals in the house alone and leaves it up to her employees twice a day to Feed them I in mean I can go on and on about SUE

NO STARS had to chose 1. They have bounced 3 of my paychecks so far, and hoping to get my 2 last checks. over 600.00 they owe me with bank fees and bounced checks. Took it to labor commision. we will see. She probably changed accounts.

We started using DDS a year ago and love the service. They are very good at communicating and easy to work with.

Darn Dependable Services LLC. Is a Cleaning Service Out of Bellevue , Nebraska . They came to my dads house yesterday and did a Horrible Job Cleaning his House. He was in the Hospital for 6 Weeks wasnt even home and almost died. His Brothers and Sisters went to his house and cleaned while he was in the Hospital so his house was NOT A MESS as Sue the Owner put it to me on the Phone when we called to Complain. The Cleaning Girls told her his house was a Horrible Mess from him being in the hospital for 6 weeks. That thats why they didnt have time to Dust a SINGLE THING IN HIS HOUSE.. REALLY?? I guess thats why one of them were also having a leisurely conversation on her cell phone while trying to sweep the kitchen as well too.. See I had Already taken All the Trash Out and Watered All of My Dads Plants to Save the Ladies Time in that Area Because Those Are Things They Usually Do For Him. So They Were Suppose to Be Here for an Hour and I Think They Were Here about 45 mins.. There was Absolutely NO REASON Why They Should No Have Dusted... Thats Part of Cleaning a House last I Checked.. Then I went in the Living Room and There was Potato Chip Crumbs on the Floor in Front of the Couch. So They didnt even Vaccum Properly.. They Left a Dirty Cleaning Rag with Chemicals on my Dads Dresser and Dirty Glovesvtheu used to clean with on his other dresser... He has End Stage COPD - UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!!! THIS CAN MAKE HIM VERY SICK!! IT CAN SEND HIM BACK TO THE HOSPITAL!! WE ALMOST LOST HIM RECENTLY THIS IS REDICULAS!! SUE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER CLIENTS AT ALL!! The ladies used his Cat Box Deodorizer on his Carpet in His Bedroom INSTEAD of His Carpet Deodorizer... they also left that on his dresser too thats how we knew that. So When we called to complain and Sue The Owner from Darn Dependable Services Called Us back she Just Started Defending Her Cleaning Girls!! SHE DID NOT CARE AT ALL THAT THEY DID HORRIBLE JOB! They Lied to her about the Condition of the House and How Long They Were There Saying They Didnt Have Time to Dust Because the House was so Bad LIES!! THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT HANDICAPPED SENOIR CITIZEN!! SAD REALLY SAD :( See I had my own house cleaning business for 14 Years and I had a Slogan Where The Details Matter To Me BECAUSE The DETAILS like dusting, cleaning the bottom of a toilet etc... MATTER!! EVIDENTLY NOT FOR THIS COMPANY!! SHE IS A TERRIBLE BUSSINESS PERSON WHO DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER CLIENTS AT ALL. SHE WAS RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME AND MY DAD TODAY AFTER SHE TOLD HIM HE NEEDED TO GET SOMEONE ELSE..So If You Need Cleaning Service I Would Greatly Advise You To Look Elsewhere

They come to the house and dont clean anything most of the time!! Or they will do the dishes (if you have like 5 or less in the sink), and clean out the sink in your bathroom to make it look like they cleaned your house. They dont dust, rarely sweep or mop, they are supposed to supply toilet paper per the contract I am on (Ive gotten 4 rolls in 5 months) so they dont do that either. HUGE WASTE OF GOVERNMENT FUNDS!! Rising View leasing office doesnt really care to assist either.
