I called Dry connection to have them come and clean the carpets at my grandmas house.they got us on the schedule right away and arrived on time to clean her carpets. They handled all furniture rugs with care. I appreciate that the process of how the clean is explained. 5/19/2021. Dry Connection Carpet Cleaning provided us with one of the best service experiences of any firm we ever hired! Holly, the owner and primary person doing the cleaning is experienced and did a great job at a fair price. Amazingly, Holly accomplished what we thought was impossible, removing a stain of red wine that sprayed on our light tan carpet. The stain was four feet by one and one half feet and had dried over night before it was discovered (a wine bottle had exploded). We spent a few hours working on the stain and the best we could do was to eliminate small spots and lightened the denser areas. The earliest Holly could come was three days later. Holly worked hard on the spot and in the end almost eliminated the spot entirely--only two small areas of pile look slightly darker, like someone walked there.Holly uses a “dry cleaner” system, which Is what Lantal Handmade carpets of Switzerland recommended to a Boeing aircraft customer of mine, who had problems getting their carpets clean using a steam cleaning method. Since then I have used the same Host brand system (cleaner and machine) to clean my carpets for years, and was extremely happy with the results, but could find no one renting the system.Dry Connection Carpet Cleaning provided great customer service; they did more than what most companies do, were knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. This was by far the best carpet cleaning we have ever received. They use some of the best equipment which included this wet sawdust material. The difference was night and day. 10/10 would use them again.

My husband and I recently chose Dry Connection to come clean the carpets at the end of our 2 year lease. The home is almost completely covered in “light colored” carpeting that is most likely well over 10 years old. Dry Connection was great! They scheduled our cleaning within a week of the call and they came on time and it only took them only and hour to clean the entire basement, master bedroom, and rug. With 3 pets, we do a fair amount of cleaning to keep out pet odor. However, I did not realize how much cleaner our house could be! Definitely going to make a recurring appointment for every few months! Oh, and the price was very reasonable.

I called and spoke with the owner about a particular problem we were having with a white long shag area rug. She did not have time avail. from her technicians, and I needed it done, so she herself came out the next morning. She told me that she would not be able to get 100% of the stain out, as it was bad, but it would be better. It was better, but not perfect, as shed said (not her fault, but the fact that dogs had been on a white rug for 7 years). She told me that if I could find any other system that would clean it better, she would refund my money. I had the rug out on the deck and tackled the problem with non-rug type cleaner and while it still was not great, it was a little better in some spots. The owner came out, looked at it, agreed and refunded my money.I dont know if Ive ever run into a small business that was so honest. Highest marks for integrity, honesty, effort, and customer service.I have the utmost respect for Holly and her company.I highly

Recently bought condo in Issaquah highlands and the carpet needed some Major TLC. Holly was amazing and worked around my crazy schedule. I love that they uses pet friendly products. She was able to restore my carpets all the high traffic are stains, several grease are gone which she had to scrub by hand to remove and also the pet urine stains. My dog had an accident which left a horrible stain I wasn’t expecting to come out. I had my bedroom cleaned and the stain was completely gone and my carpet looked like new. So much dog hair came out that I didn’t even know was there! Amazing and definitely will be using again.

I got my carpets cleaned by these guys a couple of weeks ago and I am so happy with the results. I could not stand my carpets because they were so spotty and now they look brand new again. I even had a red wine stain in my bedroom that just wouldnt come out and now its gone.
