All that I could ask for in servicing my Mercedes c300. I definitely needed my scheduled oil/filter change and Zack got that taken care of. My brakes were starting to squeak so I thought I’d need new brake pads. Any dishonest mechanic would have taken my word for it and charged me for new brake pads, but Zack inspected my car and let me know I had lots of life left in the brakes. Excellent service, honest work, nice people. They also have a cool aquarium to look at while you’re waiting. Customer for life!

This guy is the absolute BEST!.. Listen I have many nice vehicles and i have solely used Kevin only for the past 3 years. Hes honest, a perfectionist, and good prices for the excellent quality he provides. His value is unbeatable and you never have to worry about anything. Go see Kevin you will be 100% glad you did. If you have any car specifically Mercedes, BMW, Maserati, Audi.....there is absolutely nobody better.

Have been going to Kevin and CPR since they were in Kirkland. They specialize in European cars and in my experience have actually been Better than Dealerships for our Audi. Yes, they caught things the dealer missed and were able to fix things quickly the dealer couldnt identify and just wanted to start replacing everything. They understand the mechanics... they dont just follow the book. So when I say Better I really do mean Better.I trust these guys to get it right and charge fairly when talking about mechanics that is rare.. But that is EXACTLY how I feel about these guys.Kevin and his crew will figure it out and get it right.Only place to take German cars in my opinion.(Actually ANY car, if they are willing to do it. but They focus on European/German)

Kevin is one of the best mechanics/business owners I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Always attentive, time sensitive and thorough. I would never hesitate to bring a European car here, and will continue to do so.

Dealer from Alaska here, hard to know what’s up with a car 2000 miles away and it’s great to have eyes on location : Kevin will work with the local auction for dealers out of town and front the bill for towing charges. Honest work , well worth the price.

Came in with an oil leak from the front of my BMW X5 4.8i. Was told that I need to replace alternator bracket gasket, its a very common thing on 4.8 engines. Was quoted $1200 as its a service which requires the engine to be lifted and would take over a day to complete. Was assured that we are the best BMW mechanics here by owner Kevin. After Ive dropped off my car, got a call from Kevin about 4 hours later, saying your car is all done. Ive picked up my car but it got me thinking, how can a job which takes over a day with the engine lift can take only 4 hours? Long story short, went to the BMW of Seattle, was told that my car has an external oil cooler and my engine doesnt have alternator bracket gasket. The job at BMW of Seattle was quoted at $400Bottom line is, wanna be lied to and screwed? Go to CPR and ask for Kevin.

Taking my 3 series to Kevin, or Keyvan, was the worst experience in my life for so many reasons.I took my car there for checking why engine check is on. The service he did at the end were these:1- Change collant 2- Change Steering reservoir 3- cabin filter 4- change spark plugs (at 70k miles)and in diagnosis he did, he said your oil pan leaks, and it costs about 1500$ to fix it, which I passed for the time. When done, the engine check light was on, since all these fixes were not related to that, and it was because of sensor!!!! but he said everything else is good, and you should be good to go. I thought the price he charged was unreasonable, but I did pay and I was fine. but It was the start of trouble. I was on the way from shop to microsoft campus, where suddenly engine cuts, I pulled over. engine temperature was too high! I gave a call, and he came over after one hour, saying that: your water pump does not work any more!! He charged me again another unreasonable price and I took my car home after about 5 days. He did not accept any responsibility for that, although he acknowledged, there was no water pump issue when I got my car there. I payed about 2 k for all, and my check engine is still on. Few months later, I took my car to another shop, and to bmw dealership for the OIL PAN leaks. They both said, there is no leak from pan. OIL FILTER HOUSING RESEAL was needed, and the cost was 1/5 of oil pan. When I talked to the mechanic in my trusted shop, he said Steering reservoir was not needed to be changed either as a little bit of oil leak because of pressure is normal. also spark plugs. I think so many mistakes in one visit is not acceptable. Because of that, even one star is too much for this place. 0 star.

I take my Nissan Murano to Kevin for everything from an oil change to a 90K. I feel like I can always trust him to give me the straight dope on what my car really needs. Hes available on short notice, works quickly, and charges the most reasonable prices Ive found (especially for the Eastside!) And he guarantees his work. His speciality may be European cars, but he does a bang-up job on Japanese imports as well. And I love his new shop--very posh. I read the other reviews and all the good things theyre saying are true. Ive had so many bad experiences over the years, I feel lucky to have found Kevin and CPR, (although, I do wish he were still in Kirkland...lol.)
