The best place about this salon is that they are transparent about their pricing and DO NOT require looking at the car to provide a cost estimate. They have a very detailed price catalog and you can choose what type of service you want. The prices are also quite reasonable and actually cheaper compared to the quotes I received from local detailing stores. My car was ready at the exact time quoted by them and they did a great job with the interior detailing of my car.

The Auto Salon at PRO is hands down the best place to take your car to get the best clean you can find. I recently moved away and cannot find a place to do even half as good of a job as these guys. Dont even bother going anywhere else, these guys are the best. I miss them already.

The worst auto salon experience. They could not get their act together to even get a detailing quote. After multiple follow ups and over a week of taking the car there for them to inspect, they still cant get their act together..its always an excuse of their manager not available or their paint job guy not available. These incapable auto folks are just taking advantage of being in pro club but lack any professionalism.

My stuff was stolen after the detailing services. Called them three times and every time they promised me to call back for an update. I never get a single update from them, no voicemail, no miss calls. I provided my number every single time I called them, and they can still manage to not call and lie to me about calling and leaving a voicemail. Ridiculous. One of the guy mentioned he might have saw it in their lost and found area but was not able to find it. He mentioned he will check the security camera for me. Later that day I called back for an update, the manager said that they don’t know who that guy was so they can’t do the security camera check. If they find something, they will call me. As always, three days later, no call whatsoever. Very disappointed and will not recommend this place because of their poor customer services and unreliable employees.
