This is the BEST company I have ever had work in my home. Very professional , nice , calm, when I wasnt and they continued like for the couple of days that they worked on my home. The guys answered every question I had ( I had many)and explained everything.A #1 top of the line.

Solid company. They came out the same day within a few hours of initial call. Service crew always called before arriving and was always punctual and professional. The entire team was easy to communicate with through the whole process. Unfortunately my insurance claim was denied. However, the final bill from ServiceMaster was extremely fair. Would use again and will recommend to family and friends.

If you ever have a water problem in your house do not hesitate to call Service Master of Sarpy County. I informed them of my problem at Noon and by 1:15 p.m. the same day they arrived to dry out my house! They were so careful to protect all the rooms without damage. They hung plastic dividers - with a zipper so we could go from one room to the other! The brought in all the fans and heaters necessary to get our house dried before mold could set in. They came back daily to check on progress. They were professional and knowledgeable. They made an unpleasant situation easy to navigate. Thanks to Kevin Bousma and his crew, we had minimal damage and minimal repairs. Our insurance company, USAA, was pleased that we selected them to help with this project. We cannot thank them enough. They are the best!

We had a broken hose that leaked water from our kitchen into our basement. Jake Bailey and his team showed up quickly and immediately went to work cleaning and drying everything. Jake went over the process thoroughly, and worked with our insurance adjuster to help explain the damage. 100% recommendation from us.

They did a great job. We had never had a pipe break and they walked us through the process.

This company is trash. If you need something cleaned strap a towel to a dogs tail or hire a young child. A bunch of idiots with windex does not make a company. Can’t believe society has lowered itself to the point that a company like this can exist.

Dealing with service masters is more stressful than your house being on fire!
