I usually come here for my haircuts because I could not care less about the style of my hair. But what always has me coming back is the prompt, caring, and attentiveness of my stylists. They really know how to work with my hair and always care about how to maintain it.Besides all that, they are the cheapest option in this area. I believed theyve increased their prices over the years, but I just paid $35 (not including tip) for a cut, trim, and shampoo + blow-dry. I find that respectable and affordable.Note: they can sometimes cut a bit too much off. The trick is the ask for a length longer than you want, and then ask for more a little bit at a time. I havent had any problems with them that couldnt be solved by my speaking up.They are wonderful and Ill enjoy coming to them for years to come!*Pictures: I got bangs and Im super happy with them!!

They have increased their price drastically and was trying to charge me for a hair cut and blow dry on price not even listed. They then cited it was because I had longer hair. What??? For taking 1 inch off? They wanted 49 for shampoo, cut, and blow dry when listed price was $39. She argued that she told me but I thought it was $39 per listed package price. She then gets out a separate book validating her verbal quote. But what ever, I told her the $49 listed was for a brow package which included brow shaping and thats not what I had done. Anyway, I stood my ground and she changed me $39 at the end per what was listed on their own price board. Needless to say, I will never return after YEARS of going there as it appears management changed. The last 2 visits with family were horrible hair cuts and services.They have unethical pricing practice which is against business guidelines and I will never go back. Nor should anyone else seeking hair service as you will be charged not per price listed but some random verbal quote leaving you confused. I couldnt believe at this day and age people are still conducting business like this.

I’m not big with how I style my hair. Perfect for people like me who need near basic haircuts. Can’t speak for other types of people. The barber at that time was really nice and the included shampooing was a cool thing to have with the most basic haircut price. I would recommend to others. The price is not too steep considering other barber shops in this area.

This place is great. Ive gotten my hair cut here probably close to 10 times and have always left satisfied. Prices are pretty reasonable too.

Had a simple cut and blow dry. They charged $ 60 and did a bad job. Wasnt too happy with their ability.

Brian has been my stylist since last 4 years and i get complements every time i get my hair done by him !! Every time i tried any other stylist, I regretted that !!

So Let me start out by saying I only go to Tahn so I can’t review how others cut hair here. Tahn is amazing and has been in this location for years. She does an amazing job. Both my daughter and myself have very curly hair and as you curly girls know it’s not easy to find someone who knows how to cut and style curly hair but she does. I have gone to some very high end salons to try out the proclaimed curl experts and I always come back to Tahn. I totally trust her with my foil and color. I have blonde hair with highlights and do a stacked Bob and she pulls it off effortlessly,that’s not easy to do with blonde highlights and curly Hair. Every other salon including Gene Juarez has had to do toner to make it look right but not Tahn. Seriously a color professional.and The price is amazing!

Walked in, waited for the hair stylist to finish washing her face and do her make up. Took me shortly afterward, ask what i wanted, did what she wanted, paid and left. For $20.00 i could have gotten what i wanted from a barber shop. Was just asking for a trim, end up way shorter with a full cut. Also tried to trim my beard... Something i didnt ask for. Thought I would try this place despite the bad reviews... I learned a lesson today.

The hairstylist I went to was supposed to just fix the back of my hair and do a eyebrow, lip and chin wax. She got wax in my eyelash and hair. I couldnt open my eye for like 15 seconds she put oil on it but was not careful at all. Some of my hair got pulled out due to the wax. I would not recommend going here. I called the manager to let him know but was refused a refund because he wanted to see I actually got wax in my eye lash While I may have went down there to show him I have a wedding to go to thats why I wasted 40 bucks at this place. Not worth it at all. Plus the stylist almost laughed about it.

MasterCuts has always been really good. Whether I want the exact same thing every time, or I want to change things up, they never fail to do what I request.

I started going to this location of Master Cuts because it was closest to my home, but I keep going here because the staff is absolutely wonderful, friendly and have the knowledge on how to care for your hair and they offer competitive prices! I usually get color and cut, and I have never been unsatisfied with anyone of the stylist work, they take their time to make sure the color is applied correctly and thoroughly, unlke some other locations I have been to, I see all ages of clients coming in and they treat each and everyone so well you are made to feel special and they cut your hair with care and just the way you ask them to, they do modern fresh and exciting styles! They are up to the minute iinformed on new styling and thats a wonderful thing! Love, Love, Love this place for the friendly and fun staff and the knowledge and most of all the service! I would recomend this Master Cuts above all others, so make an appointment or drop in (its worth any wait you may incure, but usually they have a seat available quickly), youll enjoy your visit!

Had haircut today at this place and had a very bad experience, the stylist cut super short on one said and left normal on the other side and trying to cut it all short to match it up and telling me no other option.. if the stylist cannot match the cut in both sides not sure how they are certified as stylist. im not going to this place again... not sure why im giving even 1 star...

Horrible experience. They totally spoiled my kids hair and she left crying. I asked them to cut two inches and the lady cut close to 5 inches and told me its coz my kid was moving to much, which she wasnt.

Asked for my hair to be cut with a razor, instead she got out a pair of clippers and buzzed the back of my head... Instead of getting a mushroon cut(ish) haircut i was hoping for, i ended up getting a haircut similar to that of levis from attack on titan...

Came there, walk in, she asked for id(name, phone number). Then I Sat down, i requested a vohawk, and she cut my hair like a pro. After she trim my hair with those clipper machines. She just went confused on what to do next... Then she started cutting my sides and act like she can cut. Then suddenly after 45 minutes on the chair, she said ok thats it. And inside of me i was really schoked, it doesnt even looked like vohawk. So this is called as a master cut? Well it was a NoobCut i should say.

They made my hair have a big bald spot and cut it down to the core when I just wanted a slight trim because the barber was too distracted with her smart phone.

I was booked today for 7pm when I walked by at 6pmCame back at 7pm and no one is there except a worker that wasnt are of that and she was already fully bookedI wouldnt come back to a place that doesnt keep their commitments
