This business is a scam they reported the car being towed for an hour and half when I life 5 minutes from them in Bellevue

Their job is to tow cars not put liens on them and totally screw someone out of all he owns because he cant pay 1,000 $ for towing a car and holding it for no more than ½ a dozen days, you see the guys watch out!!!

I called for a car that’s in the middle of the parking lot and they told me that a manager or the maintenance person has to be the one to call. So I called the maintenance after hours service and they said they can’t do it because it’s not their property. So not only did they give me the wrong info but they can’t do anything about the parked car in the middle of the parking lot. The woman on the phone was super rude.

After an accident, I left the police report in my car and needed it to file my insurance claim. They took the time to find it in my car and text me a picture. Ive dealt with other tow companies that would not have taken the time to do that. Very much appreciated!

Literally the worst place ever! Charged us $192 a day when the towing guy said it was only $42 a day, we had our car there for 4 days so our total was over $800. So unprofessional and rude. Do not recommend this place at all!

Great service. Was completely up front about costs for a private tow. When the tow truck arrived the driver was pleasant identified himself by name and proficiently got our vehicle hitched up. Then the ride was great with an engaged discussion with the driver not an awkward silence. Fully recommend them.

They refused payment to release a vehicle, prevented a translator from doing their job, and stole a copy of personal information. I no longer trust them with my vehicle.

Great service, clean truck, charges fairly but bad suggestions to A&M Auto Repair. The driver John will sweet talk you into bringing the car to one of their shop owned by the same owner and the price is highly competitive. He will also promise you a lot of other things including loaner car but nothing cashes out. Take your car to a trusted auto repair shop elsewhere unless you like to be treated badly and disrespectfully. Towing company is fine but don’t let John talk you into anything!

Helped me out greatly cause me and the owner had cultural ties but the prices are a little expensive. However they do have good quality trucks and fast service. I’d recommend for services in their area

If youre in the market to have your vehicle unexpectedly towed from your apartment complex, look no further than Superior Towing. Richard -- the President, CEO, Driver, and receptionist at Superior -- was fantastic. He was nice enough to explain to me that there was a $13 fee to use my debit card to get the car out, which was extremely nice of them -- I mean, Ive paid some transaction fees in my day, but never in my wildest dreams would I have guessed Id have the opportunity to pay a $13 debit card fee.Although they dont detail your vehicle or fill it with gas after they tow it -- Richard is good, but hes not Superman -- they do their best to drag your vehicle away on a cold and rainy night, with hopes that the drizzle may clean the car a bit for their customers.When I decided that I was looking to have the car unexpectedly and inconveniently towed, I shopped around and Superior had the best after-hours (any time after 5:00pm) rates on the market -- I mean, I didnt expect them to honor the quote, I thought $485 for the hour they had the car sounded too good to be true, but boy was I on cloud 9 when the total came just shy of $500. The sheer quality of the tow was impeccable, you really do get for what you pay for -- Id have given him $900 without even batting an eye. I wonder if they were having a sale or something?All-in-all, I feel like I got a good deal. Richard made the whole experience an absolute joy. So next time youre looking to get your car towed away, dont hesitate to plaster your complex with Superior Towing Signs, and make sure to point them out to the petty neighbors so that they might one day have your car towed for being one-spot-over for a couple hours.

Superior Towing took good care of me after my car accident. Not just my car. Me. J.P. made sure I knew what to expect from the insurance companies and from any potential injuries I might have sustained. He was an anchor in a very scary moment and Im very grateful for his help.

Thanks to the experts that work here, my 1988 Chevy Corsica was taken to a great shop where they fixed her right up. Each worker that I came in contact with was friendly, professional and kind. I didnt have to wait long for them to arrive ether.I was driving along, when POP went my back tire. I just didnt know what to do. I had Yelp downloaded on my Android. I searched for nearby toeing and Superior Towing Showed up in my search. I read a few reviews and called right away. It was a matter of minutes, and here they were. They kindly took my car to the shop.The best part about all of this, was payment! They were great, fast, friendly, and all for little cost! Thank you Superior! I was having enough issues already. And you made my day just that much better from what it was!I recommend this company to all whose car is broken down!

Best towing experience I have ever had. The driver that took care of us (Owen), was incredibly professional and kind. He made sure we were even well taken care of at the auto shop. I would recommend this company to everyone I know.

After the first towing company managed to damage the front end of my motor home, then promptly say they couldnt tow it, Superior Towing came to the rescue. Randy was there quickly, knew exactly what he was doing, had us rescued and on the way to a horse show in less than an hour. It was great dealing with a true professional at his craft. Brad was great. He was quick and helpful replacing our tire. The reason Im leaving only a 3 star review is because we were quoted $79 for our tire change and were charged $100 plus tax when it was replaced.

Wow, it is 20 degrees outside and she is mad because we asked for the address to send the tow truck and kicked us out. It was a fun night, we got towed because the batteries on the car died.We didnt care we were towed they are just doing their job, but telling us to wait outside when it is below freezing is crazy !!!

Superior Towing is a great company! They are friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they care about the environment, and that they only use bio fuels. They have a wide range of services and areas that they work in, and are available 24/7, which is ideal for a towing company. I also appreciate that they let the person paying for the tow to choose who the vehicle gets donated to.

Just a jump start but they were timely and polite. A bit pricey but I havent had to have a jump start in a very long time

Called this place at around 11 tonight asking for a quote, & it’s now 1:27 am, & they NEVER called back. I had originally called because they had a higher rating than some of the other places in Bellevue. Don’t waste your time with this business.

Extremely discourteous and petty in helping impounded vehicles. The employees were quite rude to speak with and demanded egregious measures just to be able to retrieve my vehicle. Given the immediate crass nature of interactions I cant imagine they would be any better for voluntary towing services. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for assistance.

We had an excellent experience with superior towing. Steve arrived within 30 minutes of being called while me and my family of 4 were stranded alongside the 405 when our car stopped working. He drove us an hour away, all the while helping us figure out which auto repair shop was still open and able to accept our broken vehicle (which is not part of his job to do!). He got us situated and offered to drop me and my small children at our hotel (again, wasn’t his job but he was so very helpful). It was a blessing to have Steve come pick us up in this terrible situation. Thanks again, Superior Towing!

Super Easy and Fast!!! Broke down in Bellevue. I figured pricing would be extreme ( Its Bellevue- go figure). Was explained hook up fee and mileage- Simple math... I knew it was going to be between $100-$180, was more hoping on the lesser side of it- Its supply and demand ( I wasnt going to leave my car on the side of the road to get impounded!!!!)... Driver showed up, she was nice and polite. She stated: $80 to get the car- $5 a mile (8miles to mechanic) + a $8 gas one time fee( the one time fee I thought should have been part of miles, but whatever).Did the math and $128 is far cheaper than $500+ from impound!!! She tossed it on the truck and on we went. Very easy and she even had a hell of a sense of humor to make this day less crappy! So Thanks!!

They told you one price but at the end they charge 50% more, and off course they dont release your car until you pay, that sucks.I DO NOT recommend this company >:(

No one likes to be stuck with a broken car in the middle of the city, so that being said, this was actually a very pleasant experience. My older Subaru broke down pretty close to Superior Towing, so I gave them a call and Im sure glad I did! They were speedy and friendly and reasonably priced and all the employees that I came across really knew what they were doing. Their manager, Paul, was very considerate of the situation and understood that I was stressed without a car. He suggested some next steps I could take and I really appreciated the personal help!

John backed his tow truck into my car and caused over $1,200 worth of damage. He denied doing it because he didnt realize I was standing 30 ft away across the lot and had witnessed everything. He refused to provide name or insurance and then fled the scene. I did not have my phone on me to call the police or take photos/video. I would not recommend doing business with people like this. I figured out his name by identifying a photo of him on their yelp page.

I just want to give a shout out to Superior Towing and the woman working the front counter. I was highly upset about my apartments towing my car and took out my aggression on this innocent lady that had nothing to do with it. She deserves flowers for putting up with people like me who take out their emotions on her. What a difficult job. I feel so terrible about it. The owner was professional enough to continue to work with me/ my husband even though I did not deserve it. He could have just kicked me out and said come back another day. Thank you!

Absolutely worst customer service and rose was beyond rude! I completely understand getting your car towed is not a pleasant thing but we were understanding walking in, it was the attitude and the way they were talking to us. Taking their time trying to run more time. Once we finally were taken to the lot they took 20 minutes trying to load a different car and refused to let us get our car. Once in he car there was a noticeably large scratched n the car. It appeared as though someone had rummaged through the inside aswell. Strongly recommend going anywhere else and if looking for a towing company for your business i would recommend SNS towing instead

I have had a few interesting experiences with towing companies in my day, so I was surprised enough by Superior Towing Company’s good service that I had to write a review about them. Of course because be car sucks, something inside of it decided to die when I was in a fairly busy intersection in Bellevue. Luckily, these guys were pretty speedy and nice about my situation and gave me a decent priced tow on over to a repair shop. They made the whole process a little less terrible, and I highly appreciate that.

If you aren’t fortunate enough to have roadside assistance already built-in to your insurance plan, a reliable tow company is the next best thing. Enter Superior Towing. Having a vehicle mishap that leaves you stranded is stressful enough. I was relieved to find that dealing with Superior Towing wasn’t going to add to my stressful situation. The service overall was quick, efficient, and affordable. Bonus points for offering 24/7 service for those late night/early morning catastrophes. Definitely keep this company in your speed dial should the need arise.

70 dollars for less than a mile of towing. Parking lot to another parking lot. Id feel more comfortable if I was just throwing away the money myself. Robbing people in a legal way had become a common practice of many companies. Society is full of traps. Lesson learned.

I was over charged by at least 1/2 hour or $63.50 + tax.My car was 3 minutes from their head quarters and 18 minutes to the drop off. It took 5 minutes to load and 5 minutes to unload. another 18 minutes back to head quarters and 5 minutes to write the receipt. Total 54 minutes generously. They charged me 1 1/2 hours.

I had the misfortune of breaking down on my way to work last week, and had an immobile car in the middle of Bellevue. NOT a good day. However, I was able to get a hold of the friendly receptionist at Superior Towing who sent someone to help me right away. The guy that arrived to rescue me was professional, friendly and set me at ease. In short order, my car was loaded up with great care not to scratch or damage it, and we were delivered to a nearby repair shop. Considering that tows can be an expensive and sketchy nightmare, I was grateful for a reasonable rate and quick service.

My vehicle was stolen in January. Today the police called me when I was an hour away to tell me the car had been found at an apartment complex and the towing company was there to tow it. I requested the officer not let the towing company tow the car and ask the apt complex if I could get it as soon as I got back. They told him I could come pick it up by the end of the day.The officer called me back a few minutes later to tell me the towing company decided to tow my car anyway because they needed to cover the cost of coming out to the site and had a lean on the car. I called the towing company and was told that they were sorry my car was stolen but legally they had the right to take my car and that insurance should take care of it. Unfortunately, my old vehicle is no longer insured since its months later and I have a new vehicle now. At the time of the theft I only had liabilty coverage. At this point I was told it was my own fault for being self-insured when my car was stolen so I would need to pay for a tow that I specifically asked them NOT to conduct.I am not upset because of the money. Im upset because its wrong to make someone an undeserved victim twice when you have the power not to.The owner of a stolen vehicle should not be liable for a towing companies time when they asked them NOT to perform the tow before they do it. At that point, it is purposefully towed to make me (the victim of a crime) pay for their time when I explicitly didnt ask for it and the owners of the property gave time to for me to retrieve my stolen vehicle.That is unjust, it is not ok, and I am ashamed that our legal system allows this kind of behavior.

I was fortunate that my tie rod end on the drivers side gave out while I was pulling into my driveway. I searched for Bellevue towing and Superior Towing appeared in the search results. I called them and scheduled a tow from my place to a shop in Bellevue. The dispatcher was kind and helpful and forwarded me directly to the driver to make arrangements. The driver, Krystal, was very kind and professional and on time for it was not long til we were on the road with my car in tow to the repair shop. The tow charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend Superior Towing for your next tow.

Thank goodness for Superior Towing! They were the closest company we could find to tow my girlfriends car out of a ditch (some drunk driver almost hit us and we skidded off the road!) The first thing the tow truck driver said was are you guys ok? He sounded genuinely concerned, and the dispatcher was very friendly too. So glad they were there to rescue us and didnt make us feel like we were being taken advantage of in a bad situation. Highly recommended!

Called a tow truck last night and the person on the phone was supper rude to me. Didn’t give any estimate timing, just said they’ll call me back. The communication here is absolutely horrible. I ended up called them back and tell them I’m not interested anymore, because of how I was treated on the phone.

They billed me a rate of $178per hour for 2hrs=$267.00, Car was towed approximately 4pm was impounded for about 24hrs. We took car out of towing yard about 4:16pm on the 20th. They charged us $180.00 for after hour pickup and 1.5 Day storage fee=$67.50My final bill was $514.50 for towing and storage where other companies would have charged around $385.00 Total.THIS TOWING COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR DOING BUSINESS WITH STATE PATROL, TOTAL HIGHWAY ROBBERY.

Caution, ask specifics about your towing service requested because I found that they were less than upfront about things. Remember that its door to door costs and that includes theyre travel time to you. Used them several months ago and was less than thrilled to obtain a bill at the end. I was quoted a price that was 2.5 x the actual bill. Disappointing none the less. Save yourself the frustration and go with another tow company.Terrible business practices.

My car broke down this week in Bellevue, and I did a quick internet search and found Superior Towing. I called them and they responded with excellent customer service, and promptly came to my rescue within 15 minutes. After the driver determined that my car would need to be towed, the driver was very helpful in suggesting a reasonable but quality mechanic. I am grateful to be back on the road with as little hassle as possible. I can HIGLY recommend Superior Towing for anyone with car trouble. Great Job Guys!

Unfortunately we had the lugs sheared off our boat trailer on the Fourth of July requiring a flatbed truck. JP Rajao responded he could be there in 30 mins. Right on time he helped load our 23 foot boat. Not easy if you have never done this before. JP quoted the price clearly and honestly recorded his hours. Friendly. Knowlegble. Took care of the boat like it was his. Would highly recommend. Regret not giving him a tip. Would not hesitate to call again. Great service.

After dropping my daughter at school I went to head home and my car wouldn`t start (on a Monday). I called Superior and they arrived fast (like 10 min). I got to sit in the cab while he hooked up the car (good thing .. it was cold outside). He took me straight to the dealer and talked me out of my bad mood by assuring me that it probably wouldn`t get any worse than this. He was right!

The mechanics here are competent and honest guys, with fair pricing and efficient services. This is a local auto shop that deserves your car or vehicle.

My Prius died on I-90 on a weekday afternoon (right in the middle of rush hour on 405), luckily I managed to roll into Mercer Island. The receptionist was courteous and helpful, if a little wary (no doubt the nature of the job), and had a flatbed tow truck out to me in under 30 minutes.Steve (the driver) did his best to jumpstart the Prius using a special battery kit, and after determining it was futile proceeded to load my car and drive it to the dealer. Altogether, Steve was very friendly and helpful - the price was as expected for the Bellevue area and the service was great. Would recommend ~

Called to get road side assistance at 1am and the lady was super rude.

I have used Superior two times in the past 6 months. The first time, they were recommended to me by a State Patrol when my son wrecked his car, and they arrived right away. The second time, I requested that my insurance use Superior instead of their normal towing company. They gave me an ETA for there arrival and were 22 minutes early. Steve Uemura, their driver was quick and super professional. Their first drive was also very professional. What ever you do, hire Superior instead of anyone else. (City Wide Towing is a disaster).

Getting to work today in my 79 Dodgevan was NOT hassle-free! As soon as I got on the freeway, I saw steam or smoke coming up out of the hood, and I know nothing about cars, so I called superior towing and they came to my rescue! The guy that came-I believe his name is Paul-was friendly, and very nice. He let me sit in the front of the truck while he hooked up the van, and took me over to a mechanic where I could get good ol Betsy (thats what we call her) looked at. Turns out, a hose connection to the radiator had come undone. Nothing too crazy, but I was at work only fifteen minutes late and Im grateful for that!

I understand that this is usually a good company but our experience was not great. My daughter parked in a fire lane. The tow truck driver blocked her car even though she was in it and trying to leave. The driver wouldnt let her leave and told her repeatedly to get out of her car (so he could tow it). Finally the property manager came and intervened and let her go. I am disappointed that she was intimidated and told to get out of her car. What she did was wrong, yet the only point of holding her car there and towing it at that point would have been for the tow truck company to make money. I appreciate the property managers intervention and diffusion of the situation and hope that Superior reviews their policy on blocking people from moving their cars.
