This is a my first time coming here, but wont be my last.I brought it in for a estimate, and Derek checked me in . Ryan diagnosed it, previous mechanics had not plugged the part in ,so a/c was not functioning. I was expecting to pay something, but they told me no charge. Great job and integrity ,as I would have never know it wasnt something else. Thanks again.

I went there and asked about a check engine light that came on in my truck. They explained what the problem was and cleared it. They where very informative and didnt give me a bunch of b.s.. And they didnt charge me for clearing my check engine light and finding out what the problem was. They are good peopleand will treat you right.

Ive been taking my car to Midlands for a couple of years now. Theyve always done great work and I trust them. I bought an older Ford Ranger recently and have started taking that in also. Highly recommend.

Midland preformed work on my Hyundai on Friday. They did some minor work. I transferred out of Nebraska on Saturday and broke down on the Interstate on Saturday. I have requested twice via email what work they did and an itemized bill so I can turn it in for reimbursement. They have never responded to me so I dont know if this break down was related. They dont seem to care about communicating so I waited to leave this review to give them a chance but they failed.

I know nothing about cars, this makes me a prime target for unscrupulous mechanics. Im a college student on a very limited income and my car trouble put that in jeopardy, I have to be able to get to and from classes, it took me years to go back to school. Im not a fool and I have a best friend who knows a little something about cars, he just cant fix the complicated issues BUT I did have him run some test on my car and tell me exactly what was wrong with it, I even had him write all the codes down and parts I would need. I searched google for car places near me and seen this ones stellar reviews and took a chance. Armed with my piece of paper I went to this shop informed but didnt let them know it, I needed to test their integrity. These are GOOD and HONEST men. I tested them and they passed with flying colors.When they got back to me about my car, the ONLY issues they brought up were the same ones my friend found, no more, no less. Not only that but they work with you to provide you the best deal and service, always keeping their business dealings fair and just. I tested them so you didnt have too. I will only be going here for the rest of my stay here in Bellevue. They are worth their weight in gold. I highly recommend them if you are like me and just want to work with benevolent people who only have your best interest at heart but still need to make an honest living. They are more than worth it. Took my vehicle in, it had an issue that made it unsafe to even leave the shop after it was diagnosed. They showed me the issue personally, gave me a reasonable price of repair and despite being swamped with other customers they got my car repaired in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Ryan has a great shop, with good, competent workers. He strives to make it all right the first time. On the rare occasions that it doesnt work that way, he WILL make it right. Theyll work to get you scheduled and do a good job of sticking to that schedule. They have competitive pricing and provide a good cost:value ratio. Ive only used them a couple of times so far, but they are now my goto shop.

I have used this shop several times for my 69 Chevelle. I sent it in there for a new engine and Ryan worked with me and the engine manufacturer to work out some issues and get me the best parts he could and never deferred any of the cost onto me. I feel like their prices are very fair, and I really appreciate that I can call them and have a clear talk about mechanical issues, and they make a genuine effort to explain the issue to me (no we saw this, replaced it, heres the bill, etc). The only criticism I could offer is that I have found they arent the best at calling me when there is an update, especially a few months ago while my car was there longer-term for the Engine. I would normally just call frequently for updates, but last time they did call me when it was done so maybe they have solved the issue. Would recommend to all my friends!
