Top notch alignment! Set my Porsche up just right with steering wheel right on center. Saved me from adjusting tie rods to center the steering wheel which I had to do for some of my economy cars done at a quick alignment shop. Well worth the extra cost.

Took my 2004 A4 Avant in after rebuilding the suspension and adding coil overs. They did an amazing job getting everything into spec, 204k miles and drives like new! Will definitely be back with my other cars. Most alignment shops and even the dealer wont put the effort in like Tru-Line, I would know as I was a Audi tech for 6.5 years. (I put the effort into my alignments but know many other techs did not).

About 5 months ago, I was in a collision t-boning around my driver-side front wheel. Collision repair company made some small functional repair but the car never drove quite right though nothing specific I could describe. Recently had issue with the steering sticking and took the car to Tru-Line in Bellevue. Byron was surprisingly fast getting me back an estimate. He assured me that the damage he found could not have been caused by anything other than the accident and even handled meeting the insurance adjuster and convincing them as well. He communicated with me throughout the process. Picked up the car today and it feels great to drive. I could not be more pleased with this experience.

I highly recommend Tru-Line Bellevue for any suspension and steering related service. After I installed a coil-over suspension system, Byron did a fabulous job corner balancing and aligning my BMW. In particular, he provided me with detailed before and after values of all of the adjustments and discussed the trade-offs involved with the various settings. If you want the job done right, it’s hard to beat Tru-Line.

Ive twice had Tru-Line install tires delivered from Tire Rack.The tires were installed quickly and well both times. Also in both cases I elected to have Tru-Line adjust the alignment. Both times, the car ran better than before the work and while, as noted by another reviewer, the alignment isnt cheap, I do think the cost will more than pay for itself in reduced wear on the tires and I get a nicer car in the bargain.

I am not at all surprised that the ratings are nearly perfect.I came in contact with Tru-Line when my dealer recommended it, and since then I have used their services about a half-dozen times. I cannot imagine a higher quality of service or professionalism than I have received.Every time I need tires, I consult with Byron, have them shipped to Tru-Line, and they install them. I have had alignment work done there as well. I could not be more pleased and strongly recommend them for any services offered.

This was my first time using Tru Line, and I couldnt have been more impressed with their service and professionalism. Theyre a small shop and appear to be very proud of what they do. I had an alignment done and after a few general questions, it was apparent that these guys were alignment nerds and I mean that in the best way possible. They obviously know what they are doing and are meticulous about getting the right result not only for factory specs but for the expectations of the customer.Beyond the complete and detailed explanation of what parts of my alignment were off and what they corrected, I was very impressed with the professionalism and genuine customer service of the staff. While I was waiting, another customer who appeared to be a regular came in. She and Byron had a conversation that made it evident that he and his staff not only took an interest in doing the job right, but also in their customers. It was obvious from their interaction that she had great trust in them to do right by her and they honored it. The best part was I didnt feel like I was treated all that differently as far as level of attention or effort.A nice touch that was very impressive is that they left a personal note in my car thanking me for coming in and branded pen in a box that the staff had all signed with my name on it as a small gift for trying them out. Trust me, I bought into cheap lifetime alignment at PepBoys and did wheel alignment. They not only managed to knock my car out of alignment and they couldn’t fix it even after 3 visits to multiple locations. These guys did the alignment so bad that the MPG went down drastically and left turns were too dangerous. I can understand a people or a store having a bad day at work but this is outrageous as 3 different locations couldn’t do an alignment tells me something about how crooked many alignment shops are.Truline is suggested my one of my friend who tracks daily and I didn’t consider it earlier as it’s bit on a pricy side compared to many alignment shops but they do it right especially if your car is AWD. I would suggest people to do alignments at frame shops like truline because they know a thing or 2 about what they are doing. My car feels like a car again now and drives dead straight.There are many interns out there at chains like PepBoys and Firestone who wants learn stuff on your car.

I was recently in an auto accident that required front end work on my vehicle. This repair was completed at an auto body repair facility recommended by my insurance company. They had to replace all the tie rods on the front end assembly and were to align the wheels as part of the repair. When I got the car back it drove worse than before the accident. I had it back to the repair facility to make certain everything was done correctly and that they had not missed anything. They looked it over and determined that everything was satisfactory.I drove it for a few days more but could not tolerate the poor handling. I took it into Tru-Line and had them look it over. They found that the upper tie rod connection was loose and that the front end was severely out of alignment. When I got the car back from Tru-Line it drove better than I ever remember it driving. I would highly recommend Tru-Line for any front end work and I also highly recommend that if you ever do get in an accident that you have them check out the repairs to insure that the work was done properly!

Ive had extensive work done at Tru Line, including subframe reinforcement, bushing and engine mount replacements, all new aftermarket suspension installed, new differential and drive shaft swap as well as standard tire mounting and steering alignment. Byron and Pete did an outstanding job with all of it. They were communicative all throughout the process and paid close attention to detail. After driving the car on track, I went back and described some small changes to how I wanted it to handle and Byron nailed the changes perfectly. This is the place to take your car for anything suspension related.

I honestly cannot recommend Tru-Line highly enough!!Not only was this the best customer service I have ever received at an auto-shop, it is actually the best customer service I have ever received period.Byron and Pete are both incredibly knowledgeable, personable, accommodating and friendly.I originally brought my car in for an alignment (I bought it used a few weeks back and it was pulling to the right).I had been recommended to Tru-Line by Justin over at Redmond European, and other shop I cannot say enough about, and who I highly respect and recommend.Although the quote was slightly higher than some of the others I got, I truly got what I paid for.Although the alignment was a success Pete noticed that all 4 of my suspension bushings were cracked through, and one tie-rod was seized.Having a 3rd party warranty I immediately called the company who informed me that the tie-rod was not covered if it was seized from rust.Byron ensured me it was not, and offered to speak with the warranty company, who are notoriously difficult to deal with since they believe everyone is trying to rip them off.Needless to say Byron contacted me later that day to say that they had agreed to warranty the work, and I was booked in a couple of days later.Due to a mistake on my end, I missed my appointment, but rather than expressing any frustration Byron simply offered me another appointment.I have since gotten the car back, as good as new.The cherry on the cake for me was when I called for the 2nd time ever, Byron answered and said Hi Kevin....I was a little stumped for a moment since we had only spoken once before. It is this level of personal service that sets Tru-Line apart.If it is a service that Tru-Line offer, they will be getting all my business in the future.

Truline is the best alignment shop on the Eastside as far as I’m concerned. Ive been trying to resolve suspension and alignment issues with my 4runner for two years. Every Toyota dealer on the Eastside refused to help or even acknowledge my issues. I’ve had multiple “alignments” from local shops that were not performed correctly. My vehicle has pulled to the right for years. I finally was referred to Truline and they got everything right on the first try. I’ve been told “no” by other shops but Truline tackled everything and I could not be happier.

Pricing was straight forward and while more expensive than Les or discount tire, I was never concerned that my new wheels would be scuffed or scratched in the care of Tru-Line. Byron was outstanding! I had scheduled an appointment in which he began working on my Porsche C4S immediately upon my arrival. My car was not handling quite right and my rear tires were wearing out prematurely (only 12, 000 miles). I thought that perhaps my shocks needed replacement since I had gotten a front & rear wheel alignment at the dealer not long ago. Byron diagnosed my problem as just an alignment issue in which he readily fixed and he also flipped my rear tires so I could get a few thousand more miles out of them. I had an excellent experience here in every aspect. I had new tires put on at Costo, and they told me I needed an alignment. Costo recommended a different shop, but after reading online reviews I went to Tru-Line instead.I scheduled drop-off at 6AM, but showed up at 5:45 hoping I could get going a bit early. Sure enough, Byron was already in the shop working on another vehicle. He came into the office and did a very thorough intake with me, learning about my symptoms and how I use the car. I was off and on my way before 6.My car was ready before noon and the alignment was spot on. After a few days of driving, the improvement is noticeable. Byron also spent the time to review other issues he identified with my car, recommending which ones needed to be addressed and which were non-safety issues that I could let go based on how long I plan to keep the car.I will definitely come back here if I need their services on any of my vehicles. I will also recommend them to everyone I know.

They did a great job aligning and mounting new tires on my Audi TT. They are very professional, and knowledgeable. They are not the cheapest, but they are the best due to their product knowledge and attention to the small details.

I have had my 2005 Pontiac GTO since 2006. Over the years I have discovered inherent issues with these cars and had them taken care of. One such problem has been in the suspension. I had work done but not properly TruLine came recommended by two people. They did an amazing job. It has NEVER driven or rode this well since I bought it. I dont know much of the ins and outs of suspension setup. They were very helpful, patient, and good with explaining to me the things of my concerns. I didnt understand it all but they took the time to make sure I did. My car feels like a brand new car. Best experience Ive ever had at an auto shop. Very professional and knowledgeable. If you ever need suspension, steering, and alignment services, brake system service and repair, complete wheel and tire mounting and balancing, automotive structural repair and service, or Specialized diagnostic services - all under-car related handling problems or concerns, I HIGHLY recommend this shop, I wouldnt go any place else.

My 2005 Audi had a sustained alignment problem over many years. Went to multiple dealership and never got it fixed correctly. My front tires had kept getting uneven inner wears and I kept spending money on trying to fix this problem. Tru-line eventually was the first to be able to diagnose the problem correctly and recommended special upper control arms. After at least five years, I feel the problem has been finally fixed.They are also heavily customer-centric. Had a pleasant experience overall.

Im rating this place 3 stars only because of price. I was recommended to them by Mercer Island Service Center (great place, btw). I needed an estimate on replacing the ball joints on my car. Parts usually cost anywhere between $25-50 each, but labor would be substantially higher of course. I expected the labor to be high, but what I didnt expect was the price for the alignment afterwards. $160??? Really!? That is almost triple what a front end alignment should cost. Outrageous.I understand if these guys are honest, but do I really have to shell out almost triple the average price for a service just to get honesty and good work? I guess so. They wouldnt even work with me on the price. Its unfortunate too because these guys came highly recommended.

I have a 53 Merc that had been to two different shops trying to get it to handle decently and these folks here pulled it off. It now handles properly and again is a joy to drive.

Byron of Tru Line was extremely helpful and personable. Brought my 94 Mustang in to get it aligned after replacing the steering rack. I knew the car had suspension problems when I bought it, during the alignment Byron brought me in and showed me that my sub frame was out of place, causing one of my wheels to be farther back than the other. He managed to bring the suspension/alignment back into symmetry. He showed me a spec chart after the alignment was done, showing what my alignment was before, and after. The amount of detail that goes into work here is exceptional. Customer Service could not be better.

After getting pushed into a curb, the team at Tru-Line fixed my 09 WRX in quick time and even worked with my while I was overseas. They are knowledgeable, diligent, and professional. No problems with insurance, too. I will definitely do business with them again.

Ended a nightmare with sweet-dream alignment from Bellevue Tru-Line.My car took a hit on the front left-wheel that bent forward the strut and lower control arm. When I received the car back from the body shop, it pulled to one side, so the shop sent me to the tire shop that had worked the suspension. That shop did a left-front to right-front wheel switch. Steering still didnt feel correct, but the tire shop said the numbers were right on, even though the print-out showed a couple of measurements outside the specified tolerances. I measured the left and right wheel bases, and found a 5/8 difference, which seemed to bother only me.I called Pete at Tru-Line, and made an appointment. A bit less than two hours after I arrived, Pete gave me the pre- and post-alignment measurements. The latter were dead-on spec. In the first few hundred feet of diving I could tell the difference. Its been a couple of months since the alignment, and I still marvel how the car handles like a dream. I can figuratively think the car to change lanes, the steering feels absolutely neutral and responsive. The sweetness? My effort to get the car properly aligned paid off, the all-wheels alignment was only $160 (as quoted), and the insurance company is going to reimburse me. I was already totally happy when I thought I was paying the bill, thats how good the car handles.

After two alignments elsewhere truline finally got my car driving straight. The tech also discovered that a small part of my pull was due to a radial pull in my new tires. Thank you truline for taking the time to do things right!

Purchased new tires from Tire Rack and at the recommendation of several Northwest members of the Porsche Club of America I chose Truline Bellevue to do the installation, balance and alignment. They handled everything for me, explained the reason for collecting various data (my weight, passenger weight, % time with passenger in car, etc., etc.), and completed the work in less time than anticipated. They also checked my brakes during the installation. I highly recommend Truline and will return for other work as needed and within the scope of their business.

Trash if you have aftermarket anything dont bring it anywhere near these guys tried charging me $380 for a SINGLE ALIGNMENT and they forgot to lock the steering wheel. not to mention it took them 5 hours to do nothing on my car. dont let them waste your time like they did mine.

Service was above and beyond. I had a strut replacement done on a Toyota Tacoma and it went smoothly. Was easily able to setup an appointment that fit my busy schedule. The staff is really knowledgable and knew the replacement part I had before I even said it. Was able to install and set at the correct height just like I asked. They even took a look at my TPMS gauges and went above and beyond in trying to attempting to resolve the consistent dashboard light appearing.

Byron took good care of my 3000GT VR4 when I brought it in for an alignment. He was patient with me and explained all the important stuff, and I felt like I got top-notch service for my vehicle. The level of detail was apparent when Byron took the time to adjust a twisted steering rack boot. A best practice for purchasing any used car should include a trip to Tru-Line Bellevue. They use computers & lasers to ensure the frame, sub-frame, and suspension are NOT bent. These components can be damaged in ways that are impossible to detect through visual inspection. They also check those expensive alloy wheels to ensure theyre straight as well. I recently bought a 2015 Camaro with a clean car fax, only to have Tru-Line determine that the car had significant crash damage repairs and a bent wheel that were not reported elsewhere. Intage 79 Mercedes 450SLReferred to True-Line by Mercedes Dealership. They were quick in determining front end alignment problem, made temporary adjustment to align wheels best possible.They are working on estimate to repair back to factory specs. Will update when work is completed.

Over the past few years Ive had all of my tire/wheel/alignment work done by Byron at Tru Line. Im a pretty hard-core car guy and I have a few very, very special (to) me cars including a 1988 Porsche 911 that is in pristine condition.I am leery of letting anyone else drive my 911, let alone work on it. When I needed new tires put on it, and needed it corner balanced, I had complete confidence in Byron and he did not disappoint.We recently got a flat on our 08 BMW 135i. My wife, not knowing better, took it to Les Schwab. Not only did that guy try to sell her the wrong size tires, but ended up losing one of our BMW valve stem caps. I ordered new tires online at Tire Rack and had them shipped to Tru Line (they are in the Tire Rack system as an authorized installer). I called Tru Line and made an appointment and 3 days later the car had new shoes.Awesome service.

Recently had a couple of tires replaced and wheel alignment done on my vehicle. I have to say, the car drives like a dream now - what a difference! Very professional service and good communication. I ordered my tires on Tirerack (no upsell here) and had the service completed all within a few days. Somehow Tirerack was able to ship my tires to them in one day - crazy!I cannot recommend these guys enough. Please stop going to the big chain shops, they are all about money first, and service if they have to. I love supporting great small businesses like these guys that are willing to work for your patronage.

I was looking for a shop to do the alignment on my 350z after I installed coilovers, I couldnt find a shop with reviews that made me feel confident until I found Tru-Line. Drove from Kent all the way to Bellevue which was definitely worth it!

I found this business online after reading many reviews on Google and Yelp about different places for alignment. I read that Tru-Line is more expensive than some other places, but they do a great job.I must say that I was not disappointed. I was actually very much impressed by Tru-Lines professionalism and customer service. However, the most exciting was the fact that they offer follow up checkups every three months and in a year. I also appreciate the explanation of the service that was performed and some recommendations regarding future repairs for my car. They were so attentive to details and now my Mercedes runs great, much better than before. I highly recommend Tru-Line Bellevue.

I believe in local owner/operator business being worth my time to support. I think quality is not optional. Precision work is what I am looking for. I am convinced my life is worth a little wait, a little money and a little more than a slam bam job. Not interested in seeing how many cars a shop can get through in a day - but how well they do MY CARhowever, if you want to support a large corporation who hires people @ minimum wage, or who offers incentives to sell you things you may not even need because they are on commission. Maybe you are in too much of a hurry and need your tires in 15 minutes and like places that can do 30 cars/hr and get most of them right - or you prefer a polished white floor and guys/gals wearing suits and sport jackets working on your car....wrong place mateLook I have had nothing but the best TIRE and ALIGNMENT service. I guess maybe because that is what Byron and Pete are specializing in.... they are pretty focused on your tires and your alignment - at the end of the day it reminds me how great of a place I go to and refer lots of people to.5 years of service on my cars and you know what....every time I show up - its the same guys - every time! Byron (or Pete) say Hi Ed, hows the Porsche treating you? Next thing they do is look right at my tires and start a detailed analysis of how well it is doing based on tire wear - WOW!I run HPDE days at Pacific Raceways in Kent, and The Ridge Motor Sports Park in Shelton where my cars sees 130 mph for HOURS - this stuff IS very important for that type of driving. The more high performance driving I do, the more I realize how important good alignment is for braking and turning - even at 40 mph - never cheap out, your life, or another life could depend on itNuff Said

These guys are the best! Great customer service and they are professional. You can come in for an OEM (they will already have this on file) or custom/track spec alignment (just tell them what you want). They provide a complete print out of your specs, so you can tmonitor what works and what needs to be changed if you run your car at the track. They stand by their work. I own an S2000 so Im particular about how my car is set up and you will see many Porsches out front any given day. Thats probably all I needed to say.

I was recommended to Tru-Line by a friend. I needed new wheels put on my existing tires, and also reluctantly requested an alignment. I was initially skeptical about getting an alignment done on the car, which is a brand new Ford Mustang and only had ~2000 miles on the factory furnished tires.Not only did Tru-Line do a great job on mounting and balancing the new wheels (they even put wheel paint matching balancing weights on), but I was so amazed at how great the alignment was. The car now tracks sooo much better at freeway speeds. I would have never thought a car so new from the factory could use so much improvement in the way it is aligned. Byron is truly a master of the art of chasis set-up.If you want to have your chasis work done by the best, look no further than Tru-Line. Ill be going back with my other cars!
