Wipliance is a team of knowledgeable and helpful people who made the process of getting my shades & LED lighted mirrors easy and well worth it! Lee T. provided ample help with deciding which mirrors and fabric/mounting style for the shades would be best for my home. Melissa M. not only helped with making decisions and ordering the shades, but she was happy to step in when I needed help sorting things out with the delivery company ...after I had already closed out with Wipliance. You will only get the best from this company!My house looks & feels like a new home given the final product. My friends already love what they see and will be upgrading to lighted mirrors & Lutron shades via Wipliance.

Everyone at Wipliance is fantastic. We just ordered new shades, and I absolutely love them! Melissa was great and helping us understand the different fabric options and choosing the perfect style for our house. Their installation team is fantastic as well. We have been customers for almost 14 years, to the point that we are redoing technology we did way back then. Since day one we have relied on Pi Murdock. Im writing this review because tonight my doorbell wouldnt connect to my ipad control 4 stations or my phone. I googled, redditd and searched. After 5pm I texted Pi and within 20 minutes he remotely fixed my system. Most of our issues are user error and he can diagnose or help us via text or phone. When we want to upgrade or add technology he has kept us from making huge mistakes with bringing in a cheap trendy technology that will not into integrate or will conflict with our current system. He even has a bit of a design eye, helping me choose electronic blind. He goes above and beyond in every way, plus my cat loves him.

I worked directly with Lee and he was great. I didnt think they would want to help with a small project since I was just looking for a TV, sound bar, and a couple of Sonos amps. I thought they only did high end audio, video, and automation systems but thats not the case. Lee was awesome and turned me on to brands I hadnt considered before. He was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. The pricing was on par with any box store and online but the service was way better. Wipliance will now be my first and only call when looking for anything relating to Audio/Video/Automation. If youre looking for great products and great service call Lee before going anywhere else!

Haven’t completed the install yet but so far the process has been great dealing with Melissa and the installer that came to take measurements. Very competitive and the do the entire install including electrical and programming.

In short: Wow! We worked with Wipliance to install Lutron automated shades. Melissa was great with the design, helping us to choose the best fabrics for both looks and function (insulating, light blocking). They even figured out how to custom build and install shades on two large angled windows in our bedroom -- we previously called 4 other shade places looking for a solution for those windows, and none of them could figure out how to do that. Our measuring and installation team was the same all the way though, so we had consistent (and friendly) contacts, and Melissa stayed involved and guided the process to the end. They linked everything up to our home network, even helping us integrate the Lutron controls with other Lutron lighting products we already had. Highly recommend them -- great experience, great customer service, very COVID safe. Highly recommended!

Just had a Ubiquiti camera setup installed by Wipliance and could not be more pleased. The team of installers (Andy, Tony and an apprentice) did high quality work and suggested small tweaks to improve the setup on the spot as they were installing to make sure the setup was a good as possible. I will definitely be using them again for any future work!

Highly recommended! They did a home theater installation at my house and Im impressed with the service. From the site visit to AV equipment proposal to installation, all stages were smooth. Im loving the setup I got! Tony, Jake, & Emily were friendly, professional, and courteous all through the installation process. Ann was flexible and knowledgeable while building the estimate.A truly free estimate (no strings attached), their willingness to work with your own components/budget, and great service sets Wipliance apart from the other AV shops in the area.

If it were possible, I would give Tony Gould 10 stars but I am limited to only 5. He is always on time and respectful to everyone in our household. His knowledge of the systems he installs and ability to lead his team to get things done efficiently is always present. If ever I have questions or concerns Tony has returned my calls in a timely manner and has always made himself available no matter the time of day. In my opinion, Tony (and his team) are the BEST!

Over the years Ive worked with Magnolia, Definitive, Intuitive Integration until finally landing, happily with Wipliance. Ive been a customer for over 10 years now, and Wipliance has outfitted 3 homes. Dependable, quality work, can-do attitude, great products, awesome advice and point of view. All the subs (e.g., electrical, blinds, etc.) have been top notch. Last and certainly not least, Pete Murdoch as technician, account lead, project manager is fabulous. Pete customizes with his personal touch, and his teams, although some more junior than others have never faltered on performance. If hes teaching new technicians, its teach time and not billed to me. This integrity cant be beat. Actually feels like Petes one of the family. Recommend Wipliance with out reservation, and welcome anyone using me for as a reference for their work quality and overall performance.

Wipliance came out and wired up my office for our greeting area and conference room giving our office a much more professional look and feel. They even noticed our wifi was weak in different areas and helped install some extenders that solved a lot of my teams internet productivity woes! Theyre professional and the quality of their work is outstanding. I wish I had a picture handy of how well the organize the cords and make it all seamless. Really solid work.

Justin, Charles and Bryan installed 2 new televisions as well as Sonos equipment. They were working with our old system which proved a challenge. Justin explained everything they were doing and why it was necessary or not necessary. They were all efficient and respectful of our home. Justin is very good at explaining and making sure we understood the concept. Justin returned a few days later to fine tune a few things, once again, polite and respectful, all the while doing excellent work.

I would highly recommend Wipliance. They were creative, professional, and responsive in meeting my needs (in-Home audio, controllable lighting, Security I can monitor and control on my phone, and a Ring doorbell and chime).I was looking for a distributed vs centralized/monolithic system, and Wipliance worked with me on a creative and cost-effective solution. Other providers I talked to steered me toward their preference, not what I asked for. Plus, Wipliance came up with a replacement for my legacy Security system that lets me monitor and control my home security on my phone. Way more convenient- for me and for visitors! Highly recommend these folks!

I couldn’t be more happy with this company and Jessie, their tech.We had a Lutron system that appeared to have failed. We were quoted over $12,000 to repair it.Jessie came out simply to make a competitive bid, and instead focused on fixing the system.Within 15 minutes, he got the whole system up and running.They earned my business!!!

I had the unfortunate experience to contracting Wipliance for a custom home project on Mercer Island. They were responsible for all low voltage pre-wiring including sound system, data points, security, fire sprinklers, home theater pre-wire and wap. For a company that classifies under “smart home” they are far from it. The sales team and leadership has very little knowledge about the future of smart home technology and is only interested in providing pre-determined archaic packages. I reached out to the owner several times and only heard back from him once to tell me his sales team is the best in the industry and my complaints cannot be valid. At the end of process I even reached out again several times and no response. As a business owner it tells a lot when you don’t show interest in your customers. There were even several times during the process where I had to inform or teach their team on technology. One of many examples is that I requested a specific alarm panel and system which they were unable to figure out, even after I personally researched and told them it was possible. They ended up charging me an absurd amount of money to utilize their own system instead of working with their customer. After the house was complete I reached out to Absolute Security who was able to confirm and implement the system I wanted for half the cost of what Wipliance charged me. At the end of the day, Wipliance is a “there way or the highway” type of company with no interest in working in partnership with their customers. They are only interested in building a business model that charges you monthly to monitor equipment that only they can access. I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere for a company that stays up to date in this fast moving industry and that has a team focused on the customer experience.

WiPliance is great! My wife and I recently purchased a new home and upon moving in, determined that we wanted to upgrade the current home entertainment system that currently in place. Given we like to entertain and are pretty adamant football fans, we wanted a setup that would allow for both. In addition, we are currently expecting a baby girl so we had to be very careful with our budget while not losing out on quality. WiPliance delivered on both! From the start they were fantastic to work with. They were very helpful in recommending a system that would allow us to get the high quality experience while aligning that to the initial budget we had in mind. Weve now had the system in place for just over a month and couldnt be happier. The sleek look and placement of the TV is perfect for the size and shape of the room we have. We also love the floating audio cabinet they installed, looks perfect in our home. Video and Audio - definitely not my forte - as a dentist I had no clue what to do when it came to this portion of my office... But knew I needed a great company to take care of my needs and wow my patients. My dental office was transformed in a blink of an eye - security system...Check...big tv in the waiting area...check...music flowing melodiously thru the office...check. Wipliance is an incredibly company not to mention Obot Electric (its sister company). The team was friendly and taught my entire staff how to work the tech savy implementations they added to our office. Patients have already commented on our office in reviews about music and technology in our office...all thanks to Wipliance and Obot.
