We live in Door County and needed better ventilation for our house. John came out to give us a estimate and you could not ask for a better person to do the job. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took the time to figure out what our best options are and how to best deal with the situation at hand.

Had Murphy strike and lost my A/C unit at 8 PM on a Sunday evening during a heat wave. Sinkler not only answered the call but was also able to send a technician even given the terrible timing. There is a premium to pay which is justified and expected given it is a weekend and the time of night but it was very fair. The tech (Jarred) was great and and was able to resolve this issue and get my unit running yet that evening. Great response and service!

Excellent people and top quality work! We had an entire heating system installed in our 100 x 60 shop and the workmanship was outstanding. I also hired them to install a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. They continued to impress. My hats off to Eric and team for the workmanship and response .We will be using them to upgrade our heating system in an additional shop this summer. Give them a call....you wont be disappointed!

Our air conditioner went out last night. I called at 7am this morning and he was here by 8. He knew what the problem was right away and had it completed by 8:30. It was great. Friendly, quick and thorough. I will use them again for my heating and air conditioning needs.

Last time they came out in the night in a snow storm. Today they came out right away and fixed it quickly

I was very pleased with the service I received from the Folks at Sinkler. Of course my furnace went out during this last snow and it was after hours when when I called. I assumed I was talking to the owner and he was very nice and informative, I told him what was going on and discussed price. He was honest and told me that because it was after hours it would be a higher hourly rate and after making sure I had the ability to stay warm through the night he suggested that I wait till the next day. They were prompt and very efficient. Im happy with the work they do and the quality of service.

Fantastic, fast and friendly service. This cold finally broke our furnace and when I called to have a tech come out they were polite and excellent to work with. The initial tech was awesome and even provided us with 3 space heaters to use while we waited to get the measurements and quote the next morning. John came out and was awesome to work with. This is my first home and I did not know much but he walked me through everything and all my options. Didnt try to push the most expensive unit on me but showed me what was available. After setting everything up, they were there on time the next morning and were very respectful and professional. Answered any and all questions I had and they did a phenominal job! They did not leave until they knew that the furnace was good to go. I was not recommended Sinkler, but I am glad I called them because they were stellar. If you are hesitant to call on Sinkler, dont be because I know I will be going back to them for any heating and cooling (the ac is most likely next) problems in the future. Thank you again for treating us like family during this very cold time.

Sinkler is a fantastic company with knowledgeable staff that provides professional work at a reasonable price. After our home was built a few years back, there was a knocking noise coming from our ducts (this was later discovered due to loose brackets). Sinkler stopped out multiple times without hesitation until the brackets solution was found. Sinkler is the only company I will trust with my HVAC system.

They were able to get to my house and give me an estimate much faster than their competitors. We had some scheduling issues on the day of install, but the workers were phenomenal in their quality and speed.

I have used Sinkler Heating and Cooling Inc forever - at least twenty years, which just makes me feel old when I type it. I have used them for everything, through two different homes, and two furnaces and air conditioners. They always do the work right and send very helpful servicemen.

Sinkler Heating & Cooling comes and does a filter maintenance check every 6 months. The last time they came out it needed changed. Instead of just doing it they consulted me first and asked if I already had a filter before charging me for one of theirs. I was both shocked and pleased that they took the time to speak with me before changing the filter

The pricing is fair. For the quality of work that they do, its very fair. If I have a problem I can call them whenever I need to. I know for a fact that a live person will answer me, which is reassuring.

Had problem with furnace on Sunday called for weekend service they suggested to wait until Monday to be cheaper that they would put me on for monday. They called me Monday morning first said they would get to me in late afternoon. Then said they could not they asked me if Tuesday was OK I said OK if they got to me in the morning said they could get to me at ten thirty said OK . Before I hung up they changed and said Tuesday would not be possible. There service is terrile will not call them again.

Ive been using Sinkler Heating & Cooling, Inc. for about 10 years now. The service technicians are very courteous and knowledgeable.

Whould not recommend. Installed heater , 15 min after the installer left the heater stopped working . Another service technician came out and couldnt get it to work. Supervisor came out and had to disconnect safety features. They left it like that for almost 3 weeks before they finally came out to fix.
