Ive been coming to signature fitness for a long time now. All staff members are helpful and friendly. Tina will help you with anything you need and is very professional. There is Plenty of equipment and area to exercise. I get motivated everytime I walk in that gym. If you want to take it to the next level they offer personal training 💪🏾

Been at this gym for over 15 years and it keeps getting better. The staff keeps everything clean and organized. There is always new equipment and classes. And this place is huge!! I’ve met a lot of pro athletes in this gym!

This place has a lot to offer. There is so much equipment and classes. They have a physical therapist, tanning area, posing room, yoga program etc. Also, its open 24 hours! This is the first time that I had to pay for a gym membership because I always worked at them - hence free membership. They gave me a good deal and they are working on an area for something like CrossFit too. So, that place is doing well and its the kind of place where you can work hard and not worry about freaking people out because so many people are doing hard lifts. Im very satisfied there.

Where do I start with this gym. 24 hours. The amount of options this gym holds, no matter how busy this gym is theirs always something to do. Tanning salon is amazing. Juice bar is one of the best, the pose room and the lighting makes me want to go even more. Very clean gym. Always putting new machines out, always looking to upgrade the gym. The new strength and conditioning is the best and one of the top facilities in the state. With everything your looking for as a strongman, cross-fitter, body builder, etc. The vibes are always great in this gym, also their music playlist is immaculate. Definitely the best gym on the east coast. You pay for what you get which is a QUALITY gym.

It is the best one for girls because it has a special areas for girls only.Also, there are many squats machines. It has sauna . I highly recommended this gym.

A great gym to train at from a 212 Mr. Olympia Champ to the Soccer mom and everyone else in between. Lots of equipment so you should be able to get a great workout. They have something for everyone.

This is by far the best gym in north Jersey. The equipment is excellent, the people are amazing both clients and staff. I recommend this place to everyone I know that’s into fitness.

Love this gym, I have been a member for 10yrs. However, I am truly disappointed that their new gym area that they’ve been working on since covid is an entirely different membership. Us as members already pay enough as is and now we should pay two memberships for one gym? Seems greedy&unfair.

Best gym Ive ever been to, after lifting for over 2 years, I finally found the gym for me. I never have to ask how many sets someone has left on a machine, the lighting is perfect, great for focusing, plenty machines, and their 24 hours! Cant beat it. They also have a cool posing room for pictures!

As always, the experience was pleasant. I have been a long time member and have seen the gym evolve into one of the best gyms around. I argue that it is most def the best gym around. The energy is awesome, the staff is wonderful and they really work hard to keep the gym in good shape. I love this place!!

The gym itself is a great gym probably one of the best I’ve been too, it’s big, nice equipment/up to date, they have countless machines for every body part. Nice, clean, bathrooms are good. The only thing keeping me away from the gym is the amount of people they allow in there. I understand for money reasons but Parking gets so full that the 2 other parking spaces people illegally park too for the gym is even more packed that people make their own parking spaces. Now imagine what the gym looks like with COVID. It’s uncomfortable considering in gyms you spread the most germs. They should really build another gym in more of a Bergen county location they would do very well since they are already overpopulated in there.

Siganture is a great gym! Not only are the staff very nice and welcoming, but they’re great at making shakes as well. I can tell the staff are very dedicated, especially the floor staff. The floor staff are always making sure people have their masks on and cleaning the machines. On top of the yummy shakes and cleaness...they are also 24 hours. How much more can you ask for? Don’t hesitate getting a membership at signature.

Once again, harassed by someone who has bullied me and tried to initiate a fight with me in the past (been occurring since 2018). Lots of equipment, but it’s the community that ruins it, unfortunately.

I love the gym but recently was there and the music was sooo loud I had to yell to speak to the guest I brought. I couldn’t even hear my own music on my AirPods. Went to the front desk to ask if she could turn it down and nothing was done. I don’t understand why it has to be so loud considering everyone there had on headphones. Club or gym ???

Equipment wise gym has plenty of variations.Opened 24/7.Wet wipes to wipe down equipment before and after each use; however is lacking. Always run out and they are stationed so far away throughout the gym. Yes, they provide spray bottles, but they are never in its place. Cardio deck area plenty of times this week, no paper towels, no wipes and or spray bottles. Would be helpful if they stock up on utilities for members to use frequently.Members here also have the tendency of staring people down constantly. As you walk and as you work out. Woman; especially don’t feel comfortable working out here lately. They also closed down the woman’s workout area in the locker room, so it makes it worse for those who feel insecure. Due to people (man) constantly staring and making it so obvious as they do. Some yell to each other pointing and making inappropriate comments. My wife and her girlfriend are going to cancel due to this issue.If you are using a machine, other members come up to rudely and I mean rudely asking how many more you have left and just stand in front of you until you are. You’d think they would ask politely and maybe stand towards the back or walk away and come back when you are finished. I’ve been lifting for 15 years and have been a member at many gyms all over the tristate and have competed in multiple competitions and I’ve never experienced other members being so rude.Manager; female with the black hair who sits behind the glassed windows is extremely unpleasant. I’ve watched her plenty of times pretending to work out, sits on a machine and watches every move members make. Basically staring at us the whole time. The minute you do something she doesn’t like or approve of she’ll go up to you and bother you. She also seems very rude, which is why I didn’t go up to her stating my concerns. When I do however see the owner Mr. Warren, I will be speaking to him.Front desk staff and personal trainer are very welcoming and pleasant.

Best gym! Coming from a bankrupt 💀 24 hour fitness gym.This gym has all what you need to get in shape, absolutely no excuses and a huge plus is that it’s open 24/7. Amenities are clean, sometimes a machine is under maintenance and usually the next day it’s ready to go again, but even if the machine isn’t available there are at least 2-3 other ones that work the same muscle groups.Usually the gym gets really crowded by 6/8pm on week days; that’s why I prefer to get my workouts in the morning.Got myself a few SF hoodies and they are super comfy and decent quality.Still need to try the juice bar and some of the classes that they offer. Overall I am very happy with the gym. Every time I go in I feel pumped and reasy to BLEEEEEED! 🔥

Love this gym and extremely happy they finally opened pre quarantine/covid. The renovations look great, especially the new boxing room.However; they keep running out of wet wipes to wipe down equipment..twice since they’ve opened. Every station was empty today 09/21/20. I get it wipes are used frequently, but maybe order more quantity since people are constantly wiping down equipment everyday 24/7; especially now with our new normality.They do provide disinfect spray bottles, but people tend to walk away with them and never place them back in it’s holder.Also, more garbage bins are needed; not every paper towel/wipe station has a garage bin and people keep leaving wipes/paper towels on the floor or on top of the equipment.Other than that I recommend this gym!Best one in the area!

Bad expo with their costumer service employees, I went to sign up and waited more than an hour and still there was no one available to help me…

Best gym in the world especially when its not crowded.

Awesome gym. Best gym I’ve ever been to. Clean, huge, friendly, never a shortage of equipment. Lots of specialty stuff: they respect their bodybuilders as much as their powerlifters as much as their casual gym goer. There’s something for everyone here and it shows. Even when the lots are full (and there are like 4 of them), you’d think the gym would be too packed to get a good workout in - never had that problem.

This is the gym I have a membership at and it is amazing. It costs more then most gym in the area but the amenities are great, 24/7 access, a huge free weight and machine weight area, multiple classes, locker rooms are great, clean and have showers, steam rooms, sauna, daycare included in the membership and much more. This is a real gym for any level of fitness.

Recently dropped my rating slightly.PROS: 24 hrs, really clean facility, Gym management updates regularly (unlike other gyms, you can see where the yearly maintenance fees go in this gym; they dont just pocket it as extra money. If you go to a gym that charges a yearly maintenance fee and they havent added one piece of new equipment in 5 years, thats a really really big red flag)CONS: One of the reasons I joined this gym is because the bathrooms were much cleaner than my old gym. Lately that trademark has become lax. Not sure if its the increase in members or a reduction in staff. Upgrades are great, but dont forget the basics. Keep the bathrooms clean.

I think its unacceptable that Signature Fitness Belleville is forcing people to come back ,without their freedom of choice during this pandemic. I called and discussed with the manager which blantly told me Im in contract and a will be allowed to cancel maybe a fee is involved.It must be regulations and policies put in place when a pandemic take place.This is irresponsible, careless, and shows Signature Health & Fitness greed for money.I want it to be known for world about this gym during difficult times this is the behavior this gym is portraying. As a health care professional I want this to be known that this gym is not safe and this behavior is absurd in my eyes....something must be done to stop this gym from functioning and I will not sleep until I figure it out !!!

Gym is great!! Bathrooms are horrible!! Waited 30 min to use the bathroom!! Then realized they were not working!! Not the first time. Very unsanitary. Don’t go to the gym if you have to go :) You have been warned!!

Amazing gym

Easily one of the best gym facilities that New Jersey has to offer. The gym has multiple parking lots, all close to one another so finding parking is rarely an issue. Signature also offers several amenities that are convenient and useful to gym members, such as;- Open 24/7- Large locker room- Showers- Saunas- Steam rooms- Child Care- Supplement Shop- Lounge area- Juice bar- Tanning beds and etc.Along with the amenities that the gym possesses, Signature is very large, spacious and they also offer a plethora of equipment that gym members can use. With their large quantity and variety of weights and equipment, its uncommon to be left empty handed when trying to perform your work out. The gyms cleaning staff insures that the gym is constantly neat and that no weights are left lying around on the floor. The juice bar offers lots of different drinks and shakes made to your needs (their shake of the day is usually amazing). The staff as a whole are amazing and friendly. Theyre very polite and outgoing and never hesitate to help members with whatever needs they have, whether it be a question or help with an exercise. The membership pricing is pretty decent depending on the membership plan you pick, and they usually have good deals on memberships as well from time to time. They recently became a 24 hour gym, even on weekends, which couldnt possibly be more convenient for members. Overall, Ive been going to this gym for almost 5 years now and I never once considered going to a different gym.

The facility and the machines are actually not bad. That was the only good thing i could honestly say about it. I’ve been working out for 10+ years and have worked out at a number of gyms across north jersey. This one has to be the worst for all the reasons everyone is mentioning. All the good reviews are people who are best friends with the staff nothing more. Number of issues with this gym.1. Nobody follows the rules. Weights are everywhere, and people bring these giant gym bags and throw them all over the place. They have signs EVERYWHERE in the gym saying not to do that and still people do because management is too scared to tell people.2. WAY to overpriced and if you sign up you are locked in for 2 years or you get hit with a HUGE fine.I have another gym membership that i use as well as this one, goes to show the lengths I’ll go to avoid this one.

All the Staff is Great!

I closed my yearly account 5 years ago because I was moving out of state. I talked to the manager at that time and told me that since I was moving 50 miles away from the gym, it was sufficient to cancel. Never had a late payment, and even had personal training sessions from time to time. Now I am getting a collection notice 5 years later, because the guy never did the correct paperwork. It was a nice place, but he management really sucks!!!

Ive been a member for 7 years and counting! I love the fact that there is free childcare, I always bring my son with me. Friendly staff and the gym is very clean; which is a huge deal for me. Tons of equipment so Im able to change my workouts. Overall awesome gym, very happy here :)

Signature Fitness is one of the best gyms in the Essex County, Hudson County and Bergen county areas. Their equipment is well maintained and the facility is very clean. Its no wonder people like Kai Greene love coming to this gym when hes visiting New Jersey.

Love my new gym since September! Great ladies only sectiom in addition to the coed area! My trainer Kenny is the best and keeps me motivated. The machines are well kept and the hours are amazing!

Great gym!! I’m from ny and just moved to New Jersey about a yr ago and I’m very picky about gym but this gym has far exceeded my expectations. Great staff great environment great machines and I swear no matter what time of the day it is I rarely ever have to wait long very spacious and enough machines so you don’t have to wait around!! I would absolutely recommend this gym over any other!

If your serious about working out, or getting in shape, this gym is great. Tons of equipment, I almost never have to wait on a machine or weights. Not too many naked old dudes hanging out in the locker room which is always cool. Most members are friendly and the staff are all tentative and nice. Every encounter Ive had there has been a pleasant one. Happy to be a member.

My absolute favorite gym. I always choose this gym when I know I’m gonna be in Jersey. Plenty of equipment, love the staff, love that it has a steam room and sauna, and the protein shakes at the bar are delicious. I can easily spend 2-3 hours there and feel great when I walk out.

Absolutely amazing facility! Everyone that works here are very warm & welcoming! The building itself is huge & includes all types of equipments. It also allows for all types of training styles: weightlifting, crossfit, powerlifting, etc! The fact that it is open 24-7, is perfect especially for late or extremely early birds! Theyre constantly updating the area with new equipment & sections! They have a tanning, sauna, & even physical therapy area! They also have a womens only section if individuals do not want to train on the main floor. Their membership rate is extremely affordable! I definitely recommend this gym!

Great gym and the layout of the machines have a nice flow for working out. Probably the cleanest gym I’ve been to in the area, but it’s also one of the more expensive options.

Great gym...I only have a complaint about one of the female managers. My boyfriend and I were approached by her and asked if we had signed in. After I said yes, the response I received was “ok just checking”. I think that was totally unprofessional considering the fact that we were greeted by the staff behind the desk as we were checking in. She could’ve just confirmed with them OR the system, instead of rudely approaching us which we took to be quite offensive (especially since she was the one that processed our memberships).

Great Gym

Ive been a member of this gym for about 3 months now and I come here about 5-6 times a week. I mostly go around 12-1pm on weekdays and anywhere from 10am-1pm on Weekends. This gym is amazing in my opinion, the staff is great and there are so many pieces of equipment that even if the gym is slightly packed, I almost never wait for anything. They have 4 parking lots, so parking is never a problem. People will find little problems with this place of course, but Ive been a member of so many other gyms and none compare to this one. If your shopping around for a gym, seriously look no further.

Ive been a member for about 2 years and Ive witness this gym deteriorate from good to bad.Dont waste your time on this gym, let me explain why:1) Gym is OVERPRICE, the steam room has been broke for about 6 months and still they dont fix it. The showers and sinks have issues with the hot water. Its a joke, people have to wait in line to take a shower because only few showers with hot water work.Therefore, the SAUNA is always crowded, people are packed in there like sardines.2) One of the best Zumba teachers was kicked out, now its pretty lame.3) The place is always crowded and packed.4) Gym is NOT OPEN 24 hoursI rather pay less money, if all Im going to use is the machines. I paid a lot of $ to enjoy the other perks such as steam room, plenty of parking, 24 hours as how it was initially. Its just gone from good to bad. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

After so many years here ... I left this gym to try out other gyms in the area (just for a change) ... I came back in a year after trying every gym around ... nothing compares to this gym.The equipment and atmosphere = GAINZ 💪
