I called and scheduled a tow. I specifically said I needed a flat bed due to having a four wheel drive vehicle. They sent a wheel lift saying they can dolly it. We told the driver it wasn’t his fault but we asked for a flat bed and we weren’t risking damage. He said it would be a couple hours. I called the dispatch lady back and told her the situation and told her I asked for a flat bed and she again said they could dolly it. I told her no we can’t and she said a flat bed isn’t available and hung up on me. This is the poorest customer service ever and to be rude about it wasn’t necessary when I started off saying a flat bed. If u knew u didn’t have one u could have saved us both time and just said so. It didn’t have to go this far. I don’t recommend them!

Through my AT&T Roadside Assistance, at 2:30pm I requested a tow and was given an ETA of 3:47pm by Halls GED Towing. At 4:30pm no tow truck, so I call and am told they have 3 calls ahead of me. I wait patiently until 7pm and call again being told they will be here soon. At 9pm still no tow truck, I try to call again and now no one is there. So at 9pm Im left with my vehicle that will not start and I have no one to tow my vehicle.

My insurance company arranged for Hall’s to tow my vehicle that was in a wreck to the auto repair. Five minutes after the call, got a text message with the tow company and a time estimate. About ten minutes after the call with insurance, The tow driver called me saying he was about 5 minutes away. Was polite and professional. Probably only about 20 minutes total until car was loaded and rolling, from talking to my insurance company. This went as smoothly as could be expected, during a stressful event. Really appreciate Halls and the tow driver for making this easy. It was quick, which can’tguaranteed as we all know, just random how busy the towing companies are....but the notifications and ‘Pre-arrival’ call from driver were nice, never felt like I had been forgotten.

My roadside service dispatched halls to my house. They said they would be out in 60 minutes. After 80 minute I called them. They tried to tell me my 60 minutes wasn’t reached as yet. I went all the way back on my text messages & told them they was way lateThe girl told me it would b another 60 minutesI told them to forget itWhen u called my roadside service & told them what balls did. They told my roadside service that they had sent a truck out & I refused to let them tow my car. Not even close to the truthNot only are they not professionals they lie

My tire blew on the highway and I called my insurance company State Farm and they connected me with the company. The driver showed up really fast, he knew what he was doing, was very respectful, seem like a great person. Expectations of the whole experience was met. If anything happens to your vehicle I highly recommend this company.

Halls Towing came out on a roadside assistance call from Allstate when my front axel broke.Jerell the driver has very courteous, professional, and efficient. Within a few minutes of his arrival, my car was loaded and we were ready to go.

Had my classic truck (‘49 GMC) towed tonight and the service provided far surpassed expectations. Absolute professional, couldn’t recommend any higher service than what was provided! Will use these guys again whenever in need.

I was trying to get towed by this company, but they were being completely unprofessional. Laughing at the situation I was in. I had to wait an additionally 20 mins on top of the original 45min wait time.. I called back to see what was taking do long so I could have my car towed out of thomas tow lot before they closed. All to find out their tow driver got a flat and he was working on a car ahead of me when they told my insurance company usaa I was first. Terrible service😠

When I blew a tire late at night by hitting a hole in the pavement, I called my AARP road service people. First they sent a guy to put on my spare, but he wasnt able to get the damaged wheel off. It wasnt a very safe area and by then it was 1:00 a.m. so I left the vehicle there and got a ride home. Called AARP back on Sunday morning and they hooked us up with your company. Your tow truck arrived promptly, the driver was efficient and friendly, and loaded the vehicle for transport to our tire dealer. Thanks for your help!

Requested their service at 8:30am. Was told to wait up to 45 minutes(9:15am). Nothing. I called their office at 9:30am, was told to wait another 30 minutes (10am). Assistance did not come until 10:30 am. I had a 9:45am appointment.I guess if you plan on using their service, call 2 hours before you need it.

Absolutely ridiculous company. Quoted 33 mins (might I add that I was stranded in an unsafe area and told them this), got a call saying it would be another 30 mins. Called after waiting 2 HOURS and the rude receptionist lady said it would be another 30 mins!!!! There is no way a tow truck should take over two hours to get somewhere. I am NOT HAPPY!
