The people here were very knowledgeable and friendly. They offered me coffee while I waited, which was nice. Their prices were very competitive but the product is above the rest. I will definitely come back and also refer anyone looking to have a spray in bed liner done.

They removed my tailgate to apply the liner but after reinstalling it they did not connect the plug that controls the back up camera and the tailgate lock and and instead routed it through the first hole they could find and and tossed it on top of the spare tire under the bed, leaving both the plug and the jack open to be filled with road debris. I was left to troubleshoot this myself because after I left and discovered the issue they would not answer the phone which is strange because while paying they said they would be putting 12 hours down that day and had only been there a maximum of 5 hours. On top of that they left tape and masking paper residue all over my truck and moved all the seat and steering wheel adjustments in order to pull the truck into the shop but made no effort to move them back.

After installing the spray-on bed liner, I noticed a blemish in the coating a few days later. I brought the truck back to them and they immediately accused me of removing some sort of advertisement emblem that they had glued on the inside of the bed without by permission or letting me know they were going to do this in the first place. They refused to fix the blemish, which was visible from outside the truck, and said they would only reinstall their product placement placard. The technician was very rude when I first pointed this out to him and the female owner was about as much help as a rock since she didnt understand the problem with this.
