Worst insurance office ever! Nearly caused us to lose our house when they doubled the cost of insurance the very day of closing. They are the very definition of a Bait and Switch operation. We had been working under a quote for more than 2 months and they switched it at the 11th hour. We found out about it while we were at the title company for closing. Luckily we were able to find another company that would honor the same rate and coverage for our home and auto bundle so that we could complete the closing. This was hands down the worst customer service experience of our lives. If you need insurance go to any other provider. In our case Nationwide saved us. There are no expletives strong enough to express our hatred for Kate Elder and her agency.

I needed a notary of republic who will accommodate to come to a nursing home to my mother as shes not able to get around and Kate Elders and her staff accommodated us and agree to meet at the nursing home to get the paperwork signed that we need.
