I am a frequent user of Enterprise. Cars are characteristically clean and ready to go. I I like their pick-up procedure and the selection from our local office.There is a frequent renter program that seems pretty generous to me. It doesnt take many rentals to start earning perks.

Always pleasant and efficient people. Cars are clean and ready to go. Pre-pay gas is the way to do it, as far as fueling options. *Far* cheaper than buying at a gas station -- let alone post-filling. Car rental prices are good, and, if you need them often, they have a great frequent customer program.

Quality rentals at a reasonable price. Its tough to get them on the phone, but the service is great!

We dropped our rental car off on time, and in perfect condition, and they still kept our deposit! We even tried calling and talking to them about it and they were simply rude.

Great customer service but the problem is since its a small location they dont have a large inventory of vehicles so you will be very limited on trying to meet your special needs for a car if you have any.

What a joke of customer service- Its always good policy to tell the customer they are wrong for showing up early for a reservation when employees have location closed in middle of business day without a contact number- Shame!
