This day, the crew was on their A game. IN and out within an hour and had all 4 tires replaced, balanced, and mounted. Had some good and bad experiences in the past, but if they work like they did this day, the negative post will stop. Thanks Walmart tire service for quick turnaround.

Horrible service. They dont even check tire pressures properly. They physically cut a ground wire off our Honda accords engine because it wouldnt reach to install the type battery they insisted we needed instead of the one we asked for. They then way over tightened the the bracket that holds the battery caving in the top. Ive tried for 5 days to get a hold of a manager with no luck, no call backs, nothing! I will be contacting a lawyer on Monday.

My daughter took my car in today for a battery. After talking to someone earlier in the week twice and again today they assurrd me no problem. When she got there some rude old man told her no way. Were short handed. Cant get anyone to stay off the drugs long enough to come to work. And we close at 4:00. They..are sopposed to be open till 7:00. If they cant get reliable.help they need to close up permanently!

Got a tire rotation here and my tires were STUCK on my vehicle. Had to take my car to two different places in town and they finally got them off. NEVER get any services done here. Go to Tire Choice in town.

Tire center needs better people. Got there 7am didnt get out of there till noon! An I was only customer in there. After they was done i had ta go back cause they put the wrong tires on my car! Said it was my fault. Place is a joke! If I could ide give it no stars! One guy just stood there eating as other guy just talked!

These guys are LAAAAAZY! Drove in at 5:45PM. 1 lane had an SUV halfway through a tire change and the other was open. The old gray-haired scruffy guy manning the check-in area refused to perform an oil change because it would take too long. There were 4 guys in the shop (2 were doing nothing), and an hour and 15 minutes til closing. Wouldn’t trust them with my car if that’s their work ethic...

Tried three times to get an oil changed ,even got there thirty minutes before opening and stil got turned away! Rude , slow and never enough staff

Was quoted $10.00 per tire to install new tires. I even questioned the associate because that is about half of what everyone else charges. He said “10 bucks for mount and balance out the door”.Upon arrival the service tech said it was $23.00 per tire. When I explained my verbal quote he became very rude and wanted to argue. Had to speak with the manager, and he was even rude to me in front of the manager.The only reason I didn’t give one star is because the manager took care of everything and gave the quoted price.I’d pay double just to not have to put up with rude people!

They where very helpful they fixed my flat tire and I was back on the road in no time

Went today to have 4 brand new tires put on. Was told since they were busy it would take around 1 hour and 20 minutes they would at least have my car inside by then. A hour and a half later my car was still sitting outside in the parking lot. No one came to say how much longer it might be and another couple there had been there a hour and a half just for an oil change. I understand they are busy but to not even check in and let you know it will be longer is ridiculous.

They suck as usual. No suprises.

We tried to get an oil change last Sunday. When I called to confirm their hours, I was told the scheduled employees had called off but they would transfer my call back to the department. Someone in the department answered and said they were closed for the day. We went back this afternoon. There were 3 employees, 2 cars inside and 1 car just had been signed in. We were told it would be a 2 hour wait. We declined their service and will be going elsewhere.

They were quick to replace my tire and good pricing

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. they state they are open until 7pm...Im currently sitting outside at 5:50pm and they are closed up...

Dont get oil changed here. I didnt have a problem with oil leaks until after getting oil changed here.

I always go there for my oil changes and they always do a great job. I am usually out of there within 20 to 25 minutes.

They never answered I called 3 times and the auto center never answered

Really wish the Manager would have stressed the importance of changing all 4 tires on AWD like his employee (that we didnt listen to) did. Would have saved me an extra trip .

Complete garbage rounded my oil pan plug off. Asked them if they would fix it and the worker told me no have receipts and everything. This is why I always refuse to take my car anywhere.
