Had a yappy dog, shes rather large, 5o lbs or so. Come to find out a female mail carrier who is deathly afraid of dogs had our house flagged. No one informed us and mail was being withhealth. I have moved my mail box outside of my fence and my mail still gets withheld. No communication from them, too lazy to un flag my house. Makes documents late. 8 and skate baby, should be their matto.

Jan 3rd 2021, I ordered parts from Parts Geek online, and 2 of the 3 items came from a warehouse that still uses USPS to ship. the other was UPS well the UPS got here in three days NO PROBLEMS. The other 2 parts are not here yet it seems they went from NY and NJ to Columbus Ohio over night, But cant make it 60 miles to Bellefontaine since the 7th of Jan. This is now the 12th of Jan and still no parts from USPS.. THANK GOD FOR UPS and FEDEX.

This place ended up losing my package even though it is at there building. I have the tracking details to prove it.

My mail keeps getting dropped off at other peoples houses 4 times now and I have 2 packages missing still how hard is it to see my name and address right on a package and put it at my door this is so unprofessional and Im tired of it! I do not spend my money on things for other people to get them

I went at night to find a mail drop and found it easily while it was nighttime and snowing so I have to say they have it located in a very convenient place for a newcomer in this town. I appreciate it becuz I really needed to get 3 Christmas cards out immediately.

This USPS branch certainly meets expectations. The staff is friendly when you interact with them. They are also very knowledgeable and helpful. They handle bulk mailings well and are willing to explain how things need to be sorted. They are patient and gracious! Thanks USPS!

I transposed 1 number on an envelope 14 in lieu of 41. Thankfully the extremely diligent staff at the post office returned the letter to me - 7 weeks later. Even better, it was time sensitive legal/financial documents. Thank you for waiting 7 weeks to return the envelope.

Tracking marks the package out for delivery..The mail carrier came and delivered mail... The package out for delivery was not there....

Staff is very friendly at the Post Office and route carrier as well. I dont want to give a bad rating due to one Boo Boo. However, I put mail in my mailbox today before noon with flag up. Mail truck came up Township Road 185 unusually late today and drove right by without picking up my mail. I have to wonder about Saturday mail as well. We didnt receive any mail Saturday and its extremely rare for us not to receive any mail. Carrier retired a year or so ago and mail times vary since her retirement it seems.

Every time I deliver freight here, the workers are late. Your time is NOT more valuable than mine.

This is one of the worst Post Offices for tracking confirmation. I send my items via Priority due to the tracking. Invariably I can track to Bellfontaine OH to the point of Out for Delivery - then no confirmed delivery scan. Delivery status not updated, 24-hrs now and counting... ALWAYS happens. There are other delivery options. Fix it or lose me as customer.

Lazy Delivery Drivers. Amazon telling me ”no access to front door when I receive multiple packages a week. Just lazy.

Ive never had any issues. Lines might get long at times but they move quickly. Friendly staff.

Over and over this same group of people fail miserably. They dont scan the packages like they should and when you call to speak to a representative it just rings half the time. Not sure if there are independent organizations that monitor and audit these government run failures but there should be! Absolutely fed up with this place they just cant get ANYTHING right what a joke going FedEx from now on! Bye bye losers just lost another customer imagine that.

I have had to pick my mail up early at the post office instead of waiting for the delivery to my mail box on three separate occasions and the Bellefontaine Post office workers have bent over backwards to help me out. Nothing but appreciation here. Thanks
