I noticed few places in the area were motivated too renting ..here is another one...I called them never got a response.

These cozy apartments are beautiful inside, they placed back Where it’s secluded and private. Vicky Shields is always ready to help you with a smile and a laugh!!! Great place to call home.

My daughter lived in these Apts and it was beautiful! Everything is top quality and they have beautiful amenities. I would highly recommend living here.

The best part of this place is the office manager Vicki!!! She was so helpful with the move in process and exceeded my expectations! She is always friendly to myself and my dog :) Anytime I need anything she is always helpful with my questions! This is how customer service should be everywhere!

The management here are amazing even after my first look at an apartment here they just lured me in with kindness. They worked with my husband and I to relocate to their sister apartments in Marysville with a breeze! This place is amazing, clean everything moving in. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath on the top level out looking the wooded area. During the winter is was amazing just to be in our front room and look out our window at the beautiful snow and deer running through. Walking pets outside was a breeze. The amenities were clean, up to date. The neighbors we had were also very amazing as well. Gas/electric/water was very affordable as well. It is a bit of a drive if you work out of town, but worth the drive every day for the price of everything.

Ms. Vicki is the nicestest person on the planet. I cant say enough good things about her.

Rude, and unprofessional. Personally i went through all the reviews and seen it was a nice place to live but that was a joke and over priced !!! When i moved into the apartment it still had dog hair a dust form the last tenant when the manager insured me it was clean and taken care of but there is more we had made several work order they all took more than 3 reminders and weeks to be fixed even when i called the head office. The manger would tell me lies just to get me out of her office. Their pet fee is ridiculous, the neighbors have drunken partys in the breeze way/deck to the second floor apartment. I will NEVER RENT anything from Dietz property group ever again and i hope you dont either.If i could rate this lower then one star i would!!!
