Went to the store and it was packed with customers, but the store manger Michelle managed to get it all cleared out in like 5 minutes. Super fast! She did so with a smile on her face too. When it was my turn she helped me find the right battery I needed for my car. She was very knowledgeable.

Jen was so nice and helpful, I came in to get break pads the first lady that helped me picked out the cheapest breaks they had for me, found the first one on the shelves, the second one the computer said they only had one left in stock but she couldn’t find it. Jen took over for her at that point, couldn’t find the breaks either. The next cheapest set of breaks was almost $20 more so I asked if I could get a discount, and they went ahead and gave me the better breaks for the same price as the cheapest breaks. I was really happy about that. This is my second time coming here, usually go to advance auto before these two times, and definitely will continue to come back.

I called and ordered a part and this black lady, i didnt catch her name, said she ordered the part but wouldnt take my name or number but said that the part would be in the next morning between 9 and 11. I tried to insist that she took my name but she said my number showed on the phone and that she would call when it arrived. At 11 the next morning I called and the order was not placed. R.J. straightned it out in a few seconds and got it on the next truck at 2:30. R.J. gets 5 stars as well as this Autozone. Black lady is somewhere in the negative stars. Please make sure she is no longer in charge of ordering parts that obviously is beneath her.

Came in thinking I was going to spend over 500 replacing my rotors drums shoes and brakes . Rogelio helped me out all for under 400 and gave me a good deal on brake cleaner fluid and grease . Saved big money compared to the guys across the street and not to mention he was multi tasking helping me and another guy at the same time to help the line go down. I was in and out in under 10 min. Will be bringing all my business to Rogelio including my business commercially. 10 stars if I could rate more

As always when I walk in I’m greeted by Togelio and the staff. Rogelio helped save me money on my light bulbs last night . I have replaced them everyday for the past 5 days not knowing until Rogelio explained to me that I needed to use bulb grease and not touch the actual bulb. I had been going across the street for the lights because they were cheaper but he explained to me that he can price match and that I needed to stop touching the bulb and use the grease ! Thank you auto zone for hiring someone with knowledge and not looking to just make a sale.

As a female I feel nervous when it comes to my car and parts. Well after today I know longer feel nervous when it comes to it . I was greeted by Rogelio and then helped by him. The people across the street were trying to sell me this that and everything trying to make more sales and spend money that I really couldn’t spend. Rogelio helped me and explained to me what exactly that I needed . I was able to get oil a oil filter and air filter for half the price the competitor was asking.
