This place might be the best kept secret in Houston! The space is always impressively clean and chic. The staff are polite and conscientious.For the quality, this is also the best pricing I’ve found in this area. You can come and enjoy their new Milk & Honey pedicure. I have always found them to be kind, professional and I have never once had to wait. They are very clean and adhere to all CDC guidelines for Covid19. They take your temp and everything! Let me start by saying I gave this place 2 opportunities. I went in on Dec 19 and asked for a shellac mani when the lady started she started by putting tips on when I told her thats not what i wanted she said they would look better i was not ok with that but i went along with it. 3 days later they started to fall off. I went back in and told them they said they would fix & not charge full price i also asked for a classic pedi while i was already there. All the girl did was soak my feet and file my toe nails. I asked for a french tip and it looked like my 4 yr old painted my toes. My nails did not look much better then when i went in hands or toes. I asked for a simple desing and the girl was so confused. It was a simple stripe design that also looked like my kid did it. I only went here because it was close to my job.. never again waste of money and time

The ladies treat their customers with great diligence and take their time to do all their services like pedicure, manicure, waxing professionally. You feel very relaxed and calm when they do pedicure and manicure. Their choice of colors and products is outstanding. Fantastic!!

I walked in with no appointment and my large service dog. They welcomed me. They took care of all three services that I needed. They did not pressure me to upgrade, although I chose to. The place is extremely clean and well lit. The professionals know what theyre doing. It is family-run. I would recommend them to anyone!

They DEFINITELY treat people of color differently. This is my second time going and when I asked for the services, NOT the prices, they made sure to KEEP reminding me of how much each service was as is I couldnt afford it. They did not do that with anyone else who walked in the door unless they asked for the price . I dont think Ill be going back.

Came in on a busy Friday evening and was promptly greeted and helped. A lot of selections of colors for shellac manicure. I asked the tech would there be an available matching color for my non shellac toes and she replied yes.My toes were painted with a color that resembled my shellac pick, however, I was then told that they were out of the shellac color that I chose. From that point on, they were offering “matches” to the color on my toes. None of the colors matched. The techs said that the red tone shellac color that they insisted for my nails would turn out looking like my dark purple toes with multiple coats. As the work was being done there were evident differences in the hues but the ladies insisted that the colors were the same.I was evidently upset and there were no alterations in their actions. I didn’t want a discount ... I wanted to pay for a service to have matching nails and toes like I requested !!I left with purple toes, red fingernails, nail polish smeared around my cuticles and no sorry or any sort of compensation or acknowledgment.I feel as if the availability of colors should have been checked before we started any polishing! Common courtesy.My family and I will not be returning hereAlso, they did a lot of communication and chatter in their language. To each it’s own .... but when it’s accompanied by pointing between me and my family .... obviously it’s unprofessional chatter.

They are great! Nice people, very helpful and informative, good massage chairs, lady gave good foot and leg massage. And they offer complimentary drinks. No complaints and will definitely be back!

First, I want to say it was a good experience overall. I will return and would recommend this place. It was reasonable price for my shellac manicure and classic pedicure. I loved it! This is only my first visit so I hope this good vibe continues.Secondly, theres a few things I think could help make this place run smoother. To begin, having someone extra stay at the checkout station. Greeting and seating customers, taking calls, grabbing the colors for the nail techs, assisting clients with beverages, etc. I noticed when I arrived, all the personnel were busy with customers. Once I picked out my color, I was seated but I had to wait a few minutes before someone finally came to work on me. I didnt mind, the wait was maybe less than 10min.Not sure if the gentlemen there was the owner but he was multi tasking to the fullest. Working on a customer, taking calls, trying to keep track of the walk-ins. There was a point where a nail polish was dropped and shattered by a customer. He stopped working on his current client to pick the mess up. He was very efficient and polite about the incident but I knew that only brought more pressure on him trying to focus on so many tasks.Additionally, this one is small but entrainment should also be looked into. The TVs are on a boring channel. I personally would appreciate it if there was something interesting to watch. Also my massage chair was not turned on. I read a few reviews prior to my visit and they mentioned the massage chairs were relaxing. I unfortunately didnt experience that feature. Hopefully next time.Thats all I have to say for my first visit here at Trendi Nails & Facial. I hope the business improves. I see so much potential here. Thank you for your time.

I had Tracy to do my nails today and she did a great job. She gave me a small bottle of oil to protect my dry finger skin and thats so sweet and caring. Recomme this place!!

I got a gel full set and the lady cut my cuticles 5 times. The length of the nails are not the same after I even asked for her to cut them shorter to match she didn’t. They are not smooth, I can feel the unevenness of the nails. The polish is uneven. Just an all around bad experience. To give the benefit of doubt maybe she was new but now I have to go somewhere else and pay to get them fixed.

Went here while visiting my sister during the holidays. Staff knew I wasnt a regular and stopped working on me to work on someone else who walked in. On top of that the lady that took over didnt take off all of my previous gel polish and tried to paint over it but you can still see it through!! That night polished chipped off so had to go back the next day to get it fixed and the same lady that did a terrible job the first time was rude and didnt even finish the fix, left caked on shellac under my nails and did an awful job on attempting to shape the nail. Would recommend spending your money elsewhere where at least people are polite.

Been going to this place for almost 2urs and never been dissatisfied. My dad even started coming with me to get pedicures. When our familys girls get together, this is where we pamper ourselves. Very clean, staff extremely nice and they do a REALLY good job! Ita hard for me to relax, but this has become that one place i can really relax.

As of my experience it was great, he gave me an awesome legs & feet massage, along with my pedi. Which looks super cute. Although with my Mani, I did only polish & I honestly think she couldve done a better job. But I guess for the mani, I got what I paid for. 😩 Overall it was great. & they offer drinks which is a Plus 😌 will deff come back for a pedi.

Ive been here twice and they experience has been okay. The staff is very nice but I havent been very pleased with my nails. They only dip glitter nails in the powder once which leaves them looking very sheer and uneven. This is the only place Ive ever been where my nails actually ached after getting SNS. I suspect that its either because of the heavy drilling that they do or because they use gel polish s a top coat.

I don’t recommend this nail salon. Like someone else said in this reviews. When you go to a nail salon I expect to be relax. Well, that doesn’t happen here. I had a bad experience with A, who got mad,, because I told her she was cutting my nail in the wrong way, and it was hurting me. She kept talking in her language with other staff. I asked the superviser for help, and did nothing. I left with a hurting toe, and stress out. 😡.

The nail tech got an attitude with me because the rich lady next to me said that she was in a rush and she was told that it was me that said I was in a rushso she had an attitude and was very rude with me until I explained that it was not me that said that it was the lady next to me with the huge diamond ring. And yet she still did not go on to disrespect the woman with the huge diamond ring she did not even apologize to me she just made excuses as to how she didnt know did I wasnt the one that said it. I think it was just racism The treatment was very very obviously different. and also ask for the job she did on my nails they are way too thick they look very obviously fake and shes horrible with designs. Designs meaning ombre because that was all I asked for. Just dont go its trash and they are very judgmental.

I assume that when you go to a nail salon you expect to be pampered and relax. I find it extremely hard to do this while having every employee in the shop conversing with each other loudly and giggling in another language. It annoys me, and I find it impossible to just sit and relax. They do a good job at the nail care, and the salon is very clean and organized. If you are trying to take it easy I dont recommend, very distracting.
