Hired for a 3 am airport run, NO SHOW. Driver claimed he thought his phone was charging & it was not so he had no GPS. Also they require 20% tip. Heres definition of tip/gratuity:Gratuity definition is - something given voluntarily or beyond obligation usually for some service; especially : tip. I interrupt this to be voluntary, not required. You could suggest this or remind customer when booking, however requiring it is just wrong. Rename it as a fee to be paid in cash if you require it.
