I walked in and had to wait maybe five minutes but it was a very good experience. Dalinda is the woman who helped me and she made sure that even after I left I had a way to directly contact her if I needed help. I appreciated it so much because I’m new to setting up my own WiFi. I had AT&T before and I pay the same price at Xfinity for better internet. Definitely recommend.

My wife showed what she needed for verification and received the wifi box ,but couldnt complete the hook up because Xfinity said it was not sent or verified.Not to for forget,we have waited two weeks

Not good customer service if you want to make changes to your account they force you to go to the website to do it yourself but if you don’t have the proper information it is nearly impossible .they don’t pick up the phone. they don’t return the call. there’s no way to send them an email and there are using COVID-19 as a excuses not to provide you with a more better service..If you can go to another company it will be better

I needed to reconnect my home internet service and pick up the hardware 30 mins before the store closed one evening. The associate took good care of me. He reviewed my services and made sure I got the most cost effective solutions and latest promotions. He even gave me an extra reusable shopping bag, which I really appreciated. Ive forgotten your name bro, but your kindness and great customer service will be remembered and chronicled here forever. Lol.
