Miranda has the absolute worse customer service as a manager chile you need to get it together.. I had reservations and telling me I will be placed on a waiting list..Who does that you and your worker claim to never have seen my reservations I had to call the other location to verify then call you back you over talked me lied to me and you are very rude.. Find a new job customer service isnt for you Yes I was rude after being lies to and calling you back asking why you lie to me about several things. If you dont want to do your job then say that I said what I said.. I will speak with corporate about you and your worker... If it was a mistake I can understand that because were all human and make them but to pop off and expect me to remain calm chile plz!!!...

When I got there, the lady that was helping me told me that I was getting a chevy malibu, she lied. Upon receiving the rental car, they aired it out and cleaned it because the previous renter was smoking very heavily in it. When she gave me the keys, she told me I could not smoke it in despite the extremely heavy smell of smoke. At the time, I did not feel any type of effect. However, once going on the 30 minute drive to my house, I could feel the smoke affecting my asthma. Once i got home, I tried calling and the lady that answered transferred me to someone, only to be waiting for 20 minutes and then the call dropping. My daughter finally got in touch with someone this morning and the lady very rudely hung up on her. Very disappointed in this place and not worth your time and money! Please stay away

Had a horrible experience with Hertz. After pre-paying for a rental...long story short no car was available and I lost my money (never renting with them again). Booked a rental with the Bellaire enterprise location overnight. Arrived in the morning with a car cleaned and ready to go. Miranda was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Miranda helped make my rental experience perfect. Her customer service was everything! Will always come back to this location when in need of a rental!

Excellent service which was done contactless by an amazing representative who told me her name and now I forgot, lol. Anyhow since I drive an older vehicle that does not have the technology of a new car, all was explained how to start the car to where the gas lever was located to adjusting the steering wheel, etc. Kudos to Maaco 2 blocks away where my car is being painted for the recommend!

Car was delivered to Classic Chevrolet by Enterprise driver after a short wait. Looked the car over and found a few nicks but otherwise in fair shape. Car was clean inside and out. We used car for about three weeks and enjoyed it’s good gas mileage and comfort. Even has us thinking of buying a Nissan Sentra.

Recently I had to rent a car due to an auto insurance claim. The service manager at Bellaire office was courteous and was able to provide a rental car to me quickly. The check out process was smooth and easy. I even got a free upgrade. Their office is nice and clean. The return was easy too.

First of all I got 2900 pts. I did the it on line. Whatever the mixup was they charged my card. I picked the car up at 9:00 on June 13. I brought the car back 8:00 that same day. They charged me for 2 days. I got it corrected we’d. That’s bad business. I hope this don’t happen again. I have no problem with that location, but the online service.

Michael Cole at 5410 Bellaire Blvd, Bellaire, Texas 77401 Enterprise location is a great salesman who always helps me with the best option for my companys rental needs. He is very friendly, cordial and helpful in arranging pick up and return times, as well as setting up my telephone with each cars differing set up system, favorite radio stations. He also helped me to lower the seats for cargo needs in suburban vehicles. These are extra service items which are not a standard in other rental cars, including other Enterprise locations, I had experienced. Its highly appreciated. Thank you Michael.

Everyone who works here always has been very nice, but its usually only staffed by one person. In other words, you might be in for a wait. The parking lot can be pretty tight. Still, its nice to have a spot in the area.

Great Experience from start to finish. Very understanding that life happens. Its not just a 9-5 job for them. The manager there has the best customer service skills I have ever encountered. I have been renting from enterprise for about 3 years. I will never rent from any other company. Even after I said I am a 5 minute walk and Im in the military and physically able to walk, They still offered to pick me up! Now thats what I call customer service!!!!!

I had a great experience at this location. They were very accommodating with my needs in getting the car. Even swift in answering the phone unlike the Braeswood location. I am renting a car because of car trouble issues of myself, Tyler was very proactive in speaking with the dealership and staying in communication with me to get things completed! Also, he stayed a few minutes late to ensure that I had a car that day!

Its a Saturday and considering circumstance and realizing this a cooperation. I understand how policy work. So those issue I had where understood. However the location is understaffed and lacks management skill due not to any one else but their location manager Shawn Matthews. As that was who helped me. when ask for the upper management so I could call them for that stores lack of management control she stated she was the manager and that she had her businesses undercontrol. Which was very obvious she had little undercontrol, as another customer was helping handle others in her waiting area. As a business management professional. This enterprise location need a serious business management restoration.

Service was quick and friendly. I got there 5 min before closing time and the staff was very helpful. They got me into a nicer car than I expected and helped me understand the insurance follow-up. They were able to give me a ride to the body shop w/in 15 min of dropping off the car.

Needed to get my car in shop. Had to get vehicle asap as unsure if I would be given a loaner or not. Called at 8 and by 9 am on a Fri they found a couple of cars. Now insurance proof can be via cell phone app which took me almost that long to download and pull up. Car is good. Service knowledgable friendly.

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a car rental agency! I have used Enterprise so many times before in different locations and even different countries and never had a problem like the one I experienced recently.. And I called back today wanting to give them an opportunity to solve and fix the problem but the manager named Michael instead of giving an apology and answering my questions, told me that he needs to go back to work! Extremely rude and unprofessional! So try not to use this locations, bunch of unprofessional workers who do not know anything about what they are supposed to be doing!This is a total fiasco from beginning to end!

I never do reviews unless I’m very disappointed. The staff here was very unprofessional and disrespectful. We booked a car and were just a little late to pickup just to know they gave it to someone else without informing us or any warning? I have been dealing with rentals for so long and never experienced that problem. They wanted to charge us more for vehicle available there. Cheap upsell strategy, bad customer service. Never again this location!

Enterprise has been my car rental company for over 10 years now. This is one of my two most common sites to use, and it was the one most convenient for my needs this month. There was a glitch concerning getting access to fill up the tank with gas on my last day and Mike Cole handled the situation very satisfactorily, just as this location has always done.My only suggestion would be to put a magnetic Enterprise sign on the door of the pickup vehicle because it was rather disconcerting to keep an eye out for a white Ford pickup at my location when I was ready to go rent the car in the first place

NOT RECOMMENDED, BE WARNED!I hate to write negative reviews, but I hope that it may help you out there to reconsider this location. I Booked for Toyota RAV4 way ahead of time. Stop by the store a little early to make sure my pick up is ready. I’m told that unless I get the car 4 hours earlier than the time I booked, there’s no guarantee I might get same car. I agreed to get the car earlier. Then the course changed and they said they need to make oil/tire change on that specific booked car and asked me to call me as soon as they finish or they can give me Santa Fe or Ford infusion. I declined to get different car than the car I booked for. After the entire day back and forth arguments, they said the car isn’t available when they have already promised on availability to only deny later. Totally irresponsible staff and very careless individuals with full of attitude over phone conversations. They mess up my entire plan & left me with no option!

I was a bit put off by the lackluster reviews at this location but it was a two minute walk from my apartment so I gave it a shot not expecting a decent experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service as well as the cheerful demeanor of the counter person who assisted me. She went out of her way to make things run smoothly (even bringing in a specific model I wished to drive from another location.) I was even given a couple of days credit off my weekly rental to compensate for a minor technical issue I had with the car. It should be known that this is a small office with limited inventory which was usually very active and busy but I would say it looks as though they fixed the customer service issues at this location.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION **** If I could give this place a zero star, I would. If you are a usual renter with Enterprise, go to another location. These people hang up in your face and the manager is aware of the poor customer service but he doesnt care because he is just as rude. Mike and Ross should be demoted because they dont know nothing about customer service and are just outright awful. Also, dont ever fall for their weekend deal because its limited on miles and these folks dont even have the decency of letting you know that until after you drop the car off and they give you a bill of almost $200!

First, it takes at least 20 minutes to get the phone number answered, all the time, they are playing a tape about their GREAT service, and that they will pick you up. In Texas we refer to this a BS service,DO NOT EXPECT to get a car if you have an insurance rental. My experience at this store began on shaky grounds the day I picked up my rental as the store was extremely short staffed.Despite this problem, the salesman was friendly, apologetic and never once appeared stressed. He tried hard to meet my needs.I received a text from Mike, the assistant manager the next day which was very much appreciated as I had some problems with the car I had chosen. I was put in touch with Cornel the manager who assured me that he would get a car to meet my needs. Several hours later I was on the road with a lovely comfortable vehicle which I enjoyed driving for over a week. Cornel was very accommodating and true to his word.I was extremely pleased with my experience.

Being this was a different location that I was dropping my car off at than where I picked it up, I did not know what to expect. I had a tough situation where I needed to have my personal card charged instead of the corporate card I had on file... Kieva(sp) was so polite and professional, she didn’t know the answer to my question so she got on the phone and got the answer for me. Great job and many thanks! I would recommend this location to friends or family.

Just a month ago, I used Enterprise in Minneapolis (paid about $260) for weekend and it was an awesome experience! This Bellaire location is 0.6 miles away from my home I’ve lived in for 16 years, is at my backyard. It’s immoral for me to pass not commenting for this particular location room for improvement. Staff here look unhappy with the job they are doing or they need intensive customer care training before they hurt this company & it’s reputation. My experience at this location on June 13th 2018 is terrible. To sum up, they are unwilling to rent cars or they would want to force you become optionless! In the end, they succeeded in messing up my entire plan! Very unfortunate the higher management give deaf ears to such valuable customers feedback. Customers have unlimited choices but Unless some (improvements) action taken, this location is well positioned to decline.

My prior experiences with this location were EXCELLENT, when the manager named Liah Valles ran the location. However, her successor to the position (Tracy) has terrible customer service skills, and despite my specific instructions against doing so, charged my credit card for a large unauthorized amount. I now am dealing with HER management, which I hope is better with customers than she is. Otherwise, I will never rent from Enterprise again. Very unfortunate that one individual with a terrible attitude is allowed to potentially ruin a longstanding client relationship.

Disappointed in customer service and overall experience with this location. The saff did not acknowledge or greet me when entering store and I sat for about 5 min before the associate made acknowledged me. Throughout the rental process, the associate seemed put out for having to preform get basic job role. I have a service dog and she bluntly told me pets were not allowed in the vehicle, even after I explained that it is a working animal and not a pet under American Disability Act. I was told the company would charge me $250 to clean the vehicle if my service animal was in it. I called twice during the rental to check on the billing and was quoted the same daily rate both times. The third tine I called, the day before the return, I was told the previous quotes were incorrect and I would be charge an extra $18/day. It has been a disappointing experience and I would not recommend this particular location.

I planned to rent a car to go home to visit my parents which I havent seen in over 8 months. When I enitially went to pick the car up I had some complications which would prevent me from renting the car. My Representitive Breanna was great in guiding me through the process. She walked me step by step on the necessary documents I needed to rent the vehicle. She was friendly, welcoming ,and very understanding. Wow!!!! I cant believe yall would take advantage of Hurricane Harvey victims here in Houston especially after they were trying to do the right thing. Filing false claims that a vehicle is TOTALED when it really wasnt, is a Federal Offense last time I checked! You threaten a young, HARD-WORKING man that youre going to report the car stolen if he didnt turn it in after being 2 days late due to the roads being impassable & he went out of his way to park it in a safe spot, so it WOULDNT get wet and DIDNT get wet just so he could turn it into yall in perfect condition. Do you know this young guy walked 5 miles through the rain to safety??? And the next day my son and I took him to get your rental car and I saw him with my own eyes drive away, and drive to your location. I dont know what kind of employees yall are hiring at this location, but maybe you should consider employees that dont threaten customers, or file false damaged reports just so you guys can total out your high mileage vehicles for new ones! Shady business practice. Crappy Customer Service. Only use this location at last option.I hate to write negative reviews but sometimes it is needed and I feel like sharing my experience.My car was in repair shop (nearby) and I needed a small/cheap car just for 8 hours to go to work and come back to pick my car. Too much to ask, eh? I booked a Compact car online, a night before, no issues.But next morning, they kept me waiting to pick me up from car repair shop, just a mile away, with excuses like, you are calling last mins, it will be 25 mins, 10 more minutes all BS! This was 830am and I was running late for work. So After waiting for 30 mins, I end up walking about a mile to their location.When I got there, they tried to up-sell me since they dont have a Compact car and want $10 more for a Full-size car. At every other car rental in past, they always give you the bigger car at the rate you booked, no questions asked. But here when I refused to pay more for Full-size car, they made me wait further and promised me to get car from another Enterprise location that is just 5 min. away.But instead they drove me 15 mins (opposite direction from my work) away to a BMW car dealer to give me a Toyota Yaris. I have no idea whos toyota was this at BMW dealer lot and why Enterprise is renting me. Super Shady.All of this, because they dont want to give me car they already had in Enterprise Lot since I refused to pay more than I booked online.I am never doing business with them at this location and going to complain at their corporate offices.

So I did a review 2 weeks ago and Chris R replies back and said that I should email you all about that situation. Well o did just that and that email was like going in circles two people would respond that same response and the next day it would be the same thing and so on. I request to speak with a manager days later they asked for the same information I kept sending and still no results as to what happen with a manager reaching out to me no rental me missing work the the rudest of the manager and the Co worker at this branch is crazy However I see the patterns with customer service across the board the ball has dropped several times I went on to try and book with new enterprise location never received a call back from people who said I will have something two days out. This has been the most difficult and unprofessional situation Ive ever experienced in my life I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ORDO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE CAISE I WAS JIST PUSHED AROUND AS IF INWAS USED GOODS NOT ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP TOOK MY EMAIL SERIOUSLY IVE SHARED THIS STORY ALTEADY PLZ dont reply let us fix and send me a email What exactly can you fix me missing work and my sons missing school??
