I called them to inspect and clean the ducts in my home because there was a couple of rooms that werent getting cool enough. The guys arrived as planned and were very professional, gave me options in clear terms I could understand, and offered ideas that would help my issue. As it turns out my ducts didnt need cleaning and besides it would not have been a big factor in the diminished flow we were experiencing. The inspection pointed out what can be done now, and if I wanted in the future to take care of the ducts. Can you believe it? they didnt try to sell me on some fancy this or that, only offered some advice and promised to send me a info about a good filter. OMG, this was honest, professional service. I will definitely be calling them again when I need the services they offer with full confidence that I will get the best solution for my issues.

I had read the reviews, so I felt confident that I could trust this company. I cannot speak highly enough of how pleased I was with their service. From the prompt and pleasant receptionist who scheduled the inspection to the final product, this is a top-notch, five-star company, and I would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for duct cleaning.The gentlemen who came to do the inspection and repair were on-time (and called to let me know they were on their way), respectful and extraordinarily professional. They were very meticulous in their inspection and advised me accordingly. Oftentimes, you wonder if someone is trying to take advantage of you, but they were honest and were able to explain to me the advantages/disadvantages so that I could make a decision that made sense to me. They were also so knowledgeable about their work, so it inspired a lot of confidence that the job was being done correctly.

I reached out to them with clear pictures of my ducts the lady on the phone said the work would be for $129 up on pricing with other companies these seemed like a reasonable price. When the technician arrived it was a different story they wanted to charge me $300 up to $400 for the labor that would include spraying a chemical for mold as preventative maintenance and to paint the duct, why would I want to paint the inside?The technician with a horrible accent you could barley understand what he said the other technician spoke no English.I was not going to pay $300 or $400 for the work when other companies were charging $200 or less so the tech settles for $200.After looking at what he did I should of just bought a shop vac with extensions and done the job my self. This was utterly a RIP OFF as usual businesses in Houston with their deceiving practices.No I would not recommend them and nor I will not use them again.

As a real estate professional, I did my due diligence and called many companies. I ultimately decided on Donald Duct to steam clean my personal residence and check the ducts. They did a great job with the cleaning and told me the ducts did not need to be cleaned. The technician was very honest about everything and earned my trust so when I called them to check the ducts on another house and he told me that one needed to be cleaned for sure, and he even sent me pictures. I went ahead and had them do it and he sent me before and after pictures and included a warranty for my peace of mind. I would highly recommend Donald Duct to all of my clients and anyone considering any of the cleaning services they provide.

We used this company to replace very old air ducts and to clean vents. They were efficient, reasonably priced, easy to work with, and did a good job. I would recommend them.

Upon calling,the guys were out fast to give an estimate, came back to do a complete install, found out that 2 ducts were not connected, the guy in charge assured me he checked everything before leaving, that was incorrect information obviously, I had to have them come back out and the same guy in charge blamed it on a new worker even though he assured me all was well. He did correct the issues but was definitely not professional.

We used Donal Duct & Steam Cleaning to replace all the air ducts in our old built-in-1958 home. The first impression was terrific when they showed up to measure/quote us. And they were STILL terrific when they came to our house and did the replacing. They removed all the ducts, cleaned the return vent, cleaned the connection in the vents in the ceiling to ensure that the air wouldnt blow mildew & dust everywhere when they were finished. They tested everything when the job was complete, vacuumed up their mess - we were so impressed with their professionalism! The work they did was FIVE STARS! AND they hauled away all the filthy old ducts. AND they called me personally afterward to make sure the job was done as expected. GREAT customer service! They are reliable and professional - we would definitely use them again.

As you can imagine, carpets and upholstery furniture are not quite the easiest things to keep in a good shape, considering the aforementioned scenario. We decided to give our spring cleaning a boost, so checked online for good quality but still affordable services when we finally found Donald Duct & Steam. We saw their ads at first in our neighborhoods Randalls carts, so we decided to check their reputation online and decided to give them a shot, given that we only read good feedback and 5 star reviews.Mor and team were super punctual, offered me an honest reasonable price and were super professionals. I used their AC ducts & Dryer vents cleaning and carpet cleaning services (including my couch, which was covered in baby art per say) . My house looks and smells cleaner then ever! The couch looks brand new, the carpets are so clean that I didnt even remembered their initial color when I had them installed. My dryer vent had never been cleaned in the almost 6 years that weve been here in the house and now its running quieter and more efficiently. Upon their departure, they cleaned the excess of water left by their machinery and I am now good to enjoy the hot months of the year in a cleanner than ever house! Finally I must say they were very kind, made sure to keep the noise down to avoid disrupting my babys nap or my Work Video Call, were super efficient and multi-tasked with 3 professionals to have everything covered super quickly.Totally recommend this company and would definitely keep them in my speed dial.

This was Rons second visit to clean our dryer duct work. He did a great job both times.The real standout for me on this trip was the carpet and rug cleaning. We had some spot cleaning needs; one spot in particular was a deep pet stain. They had a Christmas special price on cleaning, but it was per room with a minimum number of rooms. Ron worked with me to make sure we got our moneys worth.When Ron was finished, there was hardly any evidence of the deep stain, much less those elsewhere. Needless to say, we were quite happy.I would recommend Donald Duct and Steam Cleaning to anyone.

Upon my request they replaced all the ventilator shutters for free, as a favor, and out of consideration for the relationship! He was very realistic on what they could do and did not try to promise more than could be delivered. He even helped us troubleshoot an unrelated problem with our AC system. Used for the dryer vent cleaning service. They were able to schedule a time within a couple days of my call. Arrived on time in the two hour window provided. Very professional and polite. Helped answer all my questions and fixed my vent that had fallen off without being asked. Throughly cleaned my vent (and after themselves) and even located a broken tool previous homeowner had left in duct. Very upfront with pricing and when they noticed my job had issues that required additional work, very upfront beforehand with the cost increase. Will definitely use again.
